All mod cons, central heat and AC, laundry room, 3 x cable TV and WIFI. Gas cooking and BBQ, seats 8/10 to dine outside.
The ground floor has a spacious bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room.
The style is Hampton's casual with a designer finish for the living room, dining and kitchen and powder room.
The second floor offers a master with en suite bath and shower, a further TWO good size bedrooms each with twin beds that can be made up as king size beds.
The en-suite bathroom can be shared.
The basement is finished and offers a second family room with a double sofa bed, TV, cable and living space.
There are bikes, beach chairs supplied for your use.

The house was in perfect condition and everything in it is in good taste. The pool was great and very convenient location in a quiet street. It was exactly what we were looking for for our long weekend vacation. I would highly reccommend it and would definitely go back.
This is our second stay in this lovely house, located on a quiet street walking distance to the train station and town. The house has lot of lovely decorating touches and the owners have thought of everything a renter could need - beach towels, bikes and a beautiful pool. We even used the board games one rainy afternoon. Also recommend the Union Cantina, located a five-minute walk away. Delicious Mexican food and margaritas!
We had a wonderful month in this home. Convenient to everything, clean and modern. The owner and property manager could not have been more helpful. The kitchen is perfectly appointed. The pool is perfect. Shaded on one side for morning coffee poolside. We loved biking to town (Bring your own helmets!) and walking to Tates, Schmidts, and 5min walk to the butcher shop and fish market. Also, I think we were the only renters on the block because despite being in town it was very quiet and private. THANK YOU!
My family and I have rented this house twice. The house is on a quiet and convenient street in Southampton close to everything, and the interior is impeccably furnished, clean, and comfortable. One day, we will stay when it is warm enough to use the pool, but even in off-season, the house is a gem!
We were thrilled upon arrival at this fabulous home. The photos do not do it justice! Wonderful french doors open from the kitchen to the deck and pool. We were a group of college girlfriends celebrating 24 years of friendship, but this home would be ideal for couples and/or families, too. Lovely decor, spacious bed and bathrooms. Conveniently located, it is close to everything. A nice short stroll to town. The house is completely complimented with anything you will need. Cynthia at Open Minded Concierge (omhamptons) was beyond helpful with recommendations, appointments, and information. We had a wonderful stay and will return. Treat yourself and stay at this charming home!
The location is fantastic, you can walk into Southampton village and enjoy the shopping and restaurants, not having to worry about driving! Plus you can hop on the train into Manhattan. Bikes are provided so you can bike to the beaches, the most fabulous is Coopers which was voted best in America 2011!
It's a local neighborhood, very peaceful and friendly.

For all bookings we take a utilities deposit in case you use more than the allowance of $100 each for gas & electricity in a week. Bookings for two weeks or more, some utilities, pool cleaning and carting are additional.
We also take a deposit for damages which is discussed at time of booking.
The house can not have more than 10 people staying at any time. A lease will be issued directly on receipt of the 50% rent payment.
