RECENTLY RENOVATED, this desirable END UNIT with THREE BEDROOMS in the popular SNOWBROOK VILLAGE neighborhood offers a MOUNTAIN VIEW and a CONVENIENT LOCATION within equal walking distance to the SNUBBER CHAIR LIFT, the NORDIC TRAIL NETWORK and the FREE year round POOL and winter season SAUNA and HOT TUBS accessible only to those who stay in Snowbrook Village. And if you prefer not to walk or drive yourself, step right outside your door to catch the Sugarloaf Explorer FREE SHUTTLE. It will take you to the Sugarloaf Lodge, Village and Lifts, the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center, the Antigravity Center, as well as many area restaurants and amenities to include the local market and town library. This upper end unit with an extra set of windows allows you to watch the shuttle drive into Snowbrook Village and catch it just outside as it passes back by. About Jeff & Lynn Zaman

On our first visit to Maine from southern California, a sign on the interstate read "Worth a visit, worth a lifetime." Little did we know then how true that would be for us. During that 1999 trip we discovered Acadia National Park, purchased a vacation home on MDI in early 2003, and then a permanent home in Bar Harbor to which we relocated in 2004. It's where we are raising our children and where we work as a rental agent and media arts teacher. As year-round residents and outdoor enthusiasts, we still enjoy the same activities that drew us to the Maine to begin with. When not at work or transporting active children from one commitment to another, you might find us hiking, biking, running or paddling in the summer and venturing out on skis, snowboards or snowshoes in the winter.

Why Jeff & Lynn Zaman chose Sugarloaf

As outdoor enthusiasts, we made the most of our early winters in Maine by snowshoeing, sledding and fort building with our young children. At ages 7 and 9, we added snowboarding and cross country skiing to our list of favorite family activities and eventually a bit of downhill skiing as well. Sugarloaf quickly became our favorite mountain for its quiet trails, short lift lines, and friendly atmosphere. This safe and enjoyable mountain experience was enhanced by the purchase of our Moose Crossing condo. Snowbrook Village is the perfect home base for its access to nordic trails, lift service, shuttle stops and for the ability to ski or ride back to a warm fireplace and private pool house with hot tubs and sauna.

Recently renovated with new furnishings, floors, cabinets and paint, this desirable unit offers a very comfortable place from which to start and end an active day and its location in the Snowbrook Village neighborhood offers a convenient location within equal walking distance to the Snubber chair lift, the nordic trail network, and the free year round pool and winter season sauna and hot tubs. Great location, clean condo for family ski vacation

We rented this condo for February vacation. We were lucky to have amazing weather and great conditions. The layout and location were perfect for our three adults and three young kids. We dropped the kids off at ski school using the shuttle, and the adults would walk to the snubber chairlift to start our day. We had views of the Presidents' Day fireworks right from the back deck which was a treat for the kids. The condo was very clean and well-equipped with the basics. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Our only negative was on our arrival night the front stairs and entry hadn't been shoveled, so we had to clear all the snow before we could unpack and get into the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

Owner's Response: Thank you for letting us know that the stairs had not been cleared for your arrival. Our property management company did communicate to all owners that it would take a few days to get to all units after receiving two feet of new snow on top of the earlier storms, but they were confident they'd be finished by the Friday of your arrival. We're sorry to hear that wasn't the case, but are glad you found the unit nice and clean otherwise. That's very important to us!

If you are looking for a clean and cozy vaca rental that is conveniently located to the mountain you have succeeded!!! The beds are super comfortable, and we greatly appreciated how well the kitchen was outfitted. I loved the gorgeous view of the mountain while sitting with my coffee on the couch before we left to ski! The babbling of the river is great also. Jeff was so helpful and prompt with any questions-Two thumbs up!!

Wonderful vacation!

Jeff and Lynn, we love your location. While the weather didn't cooperate, we were still able to take advantage of the facilities: swimming, skating, the torch parade, fireworks on the beach... and spent a lot of family time together.

The 5 of us had plenty of space to spread out. We prepared dinner every night in the kitchen, and the laundry facilities came in handy after a morning of skiing in the rain.

We'll be back again. Thank you.

Clean, Comfortable Condo, great layout for 2 fams

We stayed at Moose Crossing over the holiday break. Lynn and Jeff, the owners, were great to deal with throughout the process. They answered all of our questions promptly.

We were two families, with four adults and 5 children. The two downstairs bedrooms were great for the couples, and the upstairs loft accommodated the children easily.

We cooked a lot in the unit, and had everything we needed to do so. The condo was very clean and well kept.

It's a bit of a walk to the Snubber lift. If you have small children, you may want to take the shuttle.

We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, cozy, and close to skiing!

This was such a great vacation. The kitchen was fully furnished with every item we needed to cook throughout the week, including a crock pot! The Snubber Chair was a short walk away. The view of the cats grooming the mountain each night was spectacular. We will definitely rent from this family again. Thank you for a great vacation!!!

Beautiful, clean condo located very close skiing!

The kitchen was fully functional, with every kitchen item we needed to eat meals throughout the week. We loved how close we were to skiing, by taking the "Snubber LIft" located a couple condo sites away. The condo was clean and cozy and we will definitely rent from this family again. The view of the cats grooming the mountain each night was breathtaking. Thanks for providing a great location for a fantastic vacation!
