Absolutely ideal place to stay in paradise
What a beautiful property! I cannot speak highly enough of the Sheffield House. Paul and Rachel were excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the suite, which was pristine and perfect for our family of four. Big beautiful shower, nice little kitchenette, comfy beds, everything you'd need. The little patio was so gorgeous and relaxing with the sound of a little fountain and birds singing, and my kids were delighted with the adorable little geckos and anoles they found. Super easy and quick walk to both the beach and lots of stores and restaurants, even with kids. Just the perfect retreat, we can't wait to come back.
Perfect location. Easy walk to beach and near all sorts of restaurants and shops. Will absolutely stay here again.
Great location and gardens
Great spot for a couple, quiet, close to beach, private garden, really enjoyed it.
Lovely suite in beautiful Kailua
Stayed for a week in this cozy suite. The location was the best, 5 min to the beach, 10 min to the center with restaurants and shops. The suite is never sunny, so there is no need even to turn on air conditioning! Very green and cozy. Lots of equipment in the kitchen, although I didn't use it, but it's there if you need it. Also, everything for cooking, e.g spices, olive oil, coffe, tea, etc. The bed is very comfy and the TV has lots of channels and Netflix so you can use your account. Bathroom is huge! I met Paul on my last day and he was very welcoming. Overall I had wonderful stay and hope to come back. Thank you Paul and Rachel for the hospitaliy!
We really enjoyed our stay. Spacious cottage with everything we needed. 4 stars because of a piece of very soft foam for a mattress. Also, internet was very slow or not there at all....
We are located between Kailua Beach and Kailua Town. There are tennis courts, basketball gym and outdoor courts and an Olympic sized pool (with a lifeguard) at the park only 13 houses toward Kailua town. Beautiful sandy Kailua beach is 10 houses in the other direction. A hike to the pillboxes (concrete lookout stations built in World War 2) over Lanikai gives a wonderful view of Kailua bay and the ocean.
