We stayed at the house the second week of August and had an amazing time. The house is even better than the pictures show, everything is recently updated with beautiful furniture, especially in the bedrooms. All of the bedrooms are a great size, especially the corner ones on the second level, and there is enough space in the house that you don't fell cramped. We had 3 families with 8 total kids and never felt as though we were on top of each other. Rob was great and easy to work with. He was super responsive throughout the entire process and during our stay. There were no major issues but little questions came up while we were there and he responded basically immediately. The property is secluded with a nice deck, great patio and pool. It's super close to main street Sag Harbor. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants to be in Sag Harbor and yet have great privacy. We would definitely go back.
Some friends and I wanted to get out of the city for a long weekend and this was a perfect retreat. The house is spacious and beautifully furnished, and the pool was huge. We grilled, walked to the nearby wildlife refuge/beach, and spent a little time in town. Rob was very responsive and helpful throughout it all. Not to be missed.
We recently returned home after our fourth time staying at Rob's beautiful house. It is perfect for our group of two families with small children. The property is very peaceful, and feels safe for our children to run around and play in the garden. We equally love splashing in the pool - the shallow end is perfect for our children who can all touch the bottom - and hanging out on the deck. There is every amenity available, and the house is clearly well looked after and loved. We highly recommend it.
This was our family home for many years. So, it was such a treat to get a chance to enjoy the property again for our summer vacation. The best part is - it still felt like home! We had a fabulous time. Rob is incredibly responsive and makes the process so easy. It really is a lovely property!
We just had an amazing family retreat at Rob's property. It was so serene and private, yet so close to everything you need - beach, town, hiking trail, etc. Everything was just as pictured & described, and more! We had a large group - 8 adults, 5 kids, a baby and a dog. Although the house was not huge, it accommodated all these people comfortably. There were extra mattress, toddler air mattress on top of already described trundle bed and sofa bed.
The house was well stocked with all the necessary supplies and tons of towels & beach towels. It also had tons of pool floaties, toddler basketball hoop, badminton racquets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach tents. We really didn't need to bring anything!
What impressed me more than the well maintained house, its beautiful pool area, amazing location and its well stocked supplies was that Rob really cared that we had a good time at his property. He was very responsive and accommodating. We really felt we were well taken care of during our stay there!
I would love to stay at this property again, and next time, much longer!
Rob's house was great, and he was very responsive to any questions I had. House was clean, and all pictures shown were an accurate portrayal of the house in real life. Would definitely stay there again.

Addendum - Complaints by Neighbors/ Police/ Other
This Addendum is to the lease between Robert G. Williams as Owner and Guest or Lessee whichever is consistent with the lease we use for the Premises knows as 15 Club Lane.
In recent years there have been an increased number of noise violations in the Hamptons. Neighborhoods are enlisting the assistance of the police to ensure the noise ordinance of the town is followed. To summarize, there is zero tolerance for outside noise reaching the neighbors. Although our property is large, and you may not see the neighbors, I assure you they are there and they can hear you easily if you use speakers or otherwise create loud noise. Loud noise includes music, screaming, partying, anything that creates noise that reaches neighbors.
If we receive a complaint from the neighbors, police, the environmental protection agency, etc, you will be in violation of this addendum and your security deposit will be forfeited. If there is a second complaint, you will be in violation of your lease and your lease will end. You will be escorted from the premises by the Southampton Police.
Please review the law below, and please reply to me with the following language: "I (state your name) have read, understand and consent to the addendum and will comply with the policy of no outside noise.”
If you were expecting to have a Party House or need to play outdoor music, please let me know immediately and we will discuss your reservation.
We have actually never had complaints before this year and so we are confident the premises can be thoroughly enjoyed without violating the noise ordinance.
