This condo sleeps six. It is across the road from the beach in a small 11 unit condo development called Mar Y Sol. Our unit is a very private two story end unit, 1,400 sq ft with a big 600 sq ft veranda that wraps around the unit. We look out over the top of Mykonos and La Jolla condos for our incredible views of Punta Gorda, Punta Palmilla and the gorgeous Costa Azul. You can walk to Zippers restaurant and surf shop as well as many other great places to eat. If you live to surf, this is the place for you! Walk to the waves to surf at Zippers, the middles, old man and la roca , to name a few. Then at the end of your day, throw a steak on the gas grill, grab a beer and enjoy the incredible view at the condo.
For those more into relaxation, enjoy walks on the beach, read a book on the veranda or maybe learn how to surf! There is something for everyone to enjoy.

-END UNIT CONDO with two levels, very private- our building only has two units.
-Two bedroom-both on upstairs level- one bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds and a bunk bed with two twin beds.

-main floor has a half bath with a toilet and a sink
-Fully stocked kitchen

-Community Pool and hot tub area at Mar Y Sol condos- Please note we are not a big beachside resort with an huge pool area and lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are a couple of lounge chairs by the pool as you can see in the listing photos. You could also take the condo beach chairs down to the pool if you wish.

This condo is a two level condo, with living room, kitchen, laundry room and half bath on main level, a full set of stairs to upper level with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There are also stairs to get to the pool area which is accessed through a security gate. There are a few stairs from the upper level parking area to the front door of the condo. There is also a lower level parking area which has a full flight of stairs to access the condo. There are security doors for each parking area.
We like to let potential renters know there are stairs in case they would prefer to rent a condo without stairs. We have had many older clients who have stayed here and had no problem with the stairs.
The Mar Y Sol condo complex is next to a main road in the Baja. It can get noisy at busy traffic times, but other times it is not bad. I can still hear the waves crashing when I sit on the patio, so in my opinion the noise is not that bad. When you are in the condo with windows and doors shut even at busy traffic times it is quiet inside the condo. Quiet enough that my young children can take naps every afternoon.
If you are looking for a sunny warm winter escape for a few months or just a week long get away to surf, this is the condo for you. I'm sure you will have fun!

Late check in fee of $100.00 for any check in after 8:00 pm. No check in allowed after 10:00 pm. Sorry, we are not a hotel with 24 hour front desk staff. This is the fee my property manager charges for a late check in.
