Across the street, relax or play in the grass fields of the Martineztown city park. The Martineztown park is home of the sculpture, Southwest Pieta by Luis Jimenez.
Former President Bill Clinton dedicated this statue as a national treasure. This treasure stands just outside the door of the townhouse.
Within walking distance, visit the historic church built in 1889 and Manuel's Food Market established in 1925. Manuel's Food Market, known as 'Manuel's' is well stocked with basic grocery needs such as eggs, milk, bread, and a variety of snacks.
Then, ride the New Mexico Rail Runner Express. This train services Santa Fe and other outlining areas. The main train station is 1 mile from the townhouse.
This condo is in the center of New Mexico's famous tri-cultural atmosphere. Museums are conveniently located two miles away.
So named The Harry Potter House, this townhouse offers a secret, whimsical room under the stairs.
Completely remodeled, the unit has a full kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, large master bedroom with walk-in closet, guest bedroom large enough for two twins or one king bed, large dining area, living area, and two bathrooms.
The unit has a private, large two-car garage available to the guest.
In addition, high speed WIFI extends throughout the condo.
We do allow pets. The quarry tile floor throughout the unit lends to thorough clean up after pets. The private yard is surrounded by block walls which provide a safe place for pets.
Young children also benefit from the safe, enclosed yard. When they wish to explore beyond the safety of the private yard, there is a city park with playground equipment.
Hope to see you soon.

This condo has many positive attributes. Once within the condo, the world disappears. It is quiet and peaceful. A private yard offers a place to relax, and a spot for the family dog. Stepping outside the door, a variety of experiences are available in a very short distance - the heart of Albuquerque.
Rich in both historic culture and modern amenities, this condo is perfect for a true New Mexican experience. Within 1/2 mile the guest will experience art museums, Old Town, Starbucks, churches, and local market. For many guests, the adjacent modern medical facilities offer an additional comfort.
We stayed here for several weeks and we truly felt at home. There was plenty of space and worked perfectfor our two dogs. The location was close to many things and right off the highway. We would definitely stay here again!
We loved staying in this home! It was comfortable, homey and clean. All great things. We've got two young kids ( 4 and 1) and they slept great. My 4 year old loved "his little house" under the stairs. The park across the street was closed, which was a bummer. My only suggestions would be a hook on the bathroom upstairs for extra towel hanging space and a table for the tv in the master. The tv in the master is currently on the ground.
The rental was within walking distance of downtown and a short walk to numerous restaurants on Central Avenue (Route 66). Both I-25 and I-40 were close, making it easy to get out of town for hiking and other day trips.
We were visiting ABQ for a week, along with two grown children. This apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located. A younger child would delight in the cozy nook under the stairs.
Located in the historic Martineztown neighborhood of Albuquerque, it was hard to tell you were even in the city! Quiet, clean and well maintained, with everything you need to relax after a day of exploring Albuquerque. It was especially nice having the garage for the convenience of loading and unloading and off street parking. We will be back to Albuquerque in the near future and will definitely be looking to stay here again.
This was my second visit to Albuquerque and it was wonderful! This condo was situated in the best possible location for convenient access to the major north and south interstates and literally just a few minutes from the airport. We felt very much at home and absolutely loved the courtyard wth the fire pit and barbque, which we frequently used! The neighbor right next door was also super nice to us. The condo is furnished with everything you'll need including a fully furnished kitchen and all the linens that you will need. Our stay was for two wonderful months away from snowy Michigan! We're very sad to be leaving such an awesome city!
PS there is a wonderful (hole in the wall) restaurant called Eli's formerly, Sophia's on 4th street that has the best New Mexican food we have ever had!
Another fabulous restaurant was Hot Tamale's!
Thank you Anissa for hosting such a great place!
