Within walking distance, visit the historic church built in 1889 and Manuel's Food Market established in 1925. Manuel's Food Market, known as 'Manuel's' is well stocked with basic grocery needs such as eggs, milk, bread, and a variety of snacks.
Then, ride the New Mexico Rail Runner Express. This train services Santa Fe and other outlining areas. The main train station is 1 mile from the townhouse.
This condo is in the center of New Mexico's famous tri-cultural atmosphere. Museums are conveniently located two miles away.
So named The Harry Potter House, this townhouse offers a secret, whimsical room under the stairs.
Completely remodeled, the unit has a full kitchen, washing machine, clothes dryer, large master bedroom with walk-in closet, guest bedroom large enough for two twins or one king bed, large dining area, living area, and two bathrooms.
The unit has a private, large two-car garage available to the guest.
In addition, high speed WIFI extends throughout the condo.
We do allow pets. The quarry tile floor throughout the unit lends to thorough clean up after pets. The private yard is surrounded by block walls which provide a safe place for pets.
Young children also benefit from the safe, enclosed yard. When they wish to explore beyond the safety of the private yard, there is a city park with playground equipment.

This condo has many positive attributes. Once within the condo, the world disappears. It is quiet and peaceful. A private yard offers a place to relax, and a spot for the family dog. Stepping outside the door, a variety of experiences are available in a very short distance - the heart of Albuquerque.
Rich in both historic culture and modern amenities, this condo is perfect for a true New Mexican experience. Within 1/2 mile the guest will experience art museums, Old Town, Starbucks, churches, and local market. For many guests, the adjacent modern medical facilities offer an additional comfort.
My wife and I loved exploring the mountains and city, then coming back to this 2-story beauty of a condo. It's really more spacious than the pictures give it credit for....a lot more space than the home we rent in Colorado! Everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms was easy to find. The door lock-code system worked great. Very clean...very private feel! I'll definitely recommend this place to any friends visiting Albuquerque. A really fun spot! Thanks, Anissa! -Zach
This was an annual women get together.,Annisas' condo is in a perfect location. Close to freeway, and close to old downtown Albuquerque. We were actually there for the Balloon Festival. Great location for same. We sat on the deck and watched Balloons go over the condo. Annisa was helpful in researching things for us. The condo is in a quiet neighborhood. It is spacious,clean and very well stocked. The condo has some very unique decorations. The childrens area under the steps was darling although we didn't use it. There is a patio area and we did use the grill. Condo is very secure and has a garage We were able to meet Annisa and her husband, very nice considerate couple. We all said we would come back here again.
The Harry Potter House was perfect for us. It was convenient to the major highways, 40 & 25 which we needed to use for all our day trips. Even though the highways were close we never heard any highway noise. GREAT Location.
When we arrived we were absolutely blown away with the garden like back yard. We spent numerous hours enjoying this space, relaxing and resting for the following day.
When we went inside again we couldn't believe how clean and updated everything was. GREAT kitchen space, GREAT living area and most important how GREAT the master bedroom was. The bedding was right on, very comfortable, never woke up with a back ache which doesn't happen to often.
Working with Anissa was also a pleasure. Our arrival actually got us in earlier than expected, we contacted Anissa to let her know this, roughly an hour before normal check in, she did not hesitate one second informing us that the unit was ready and we could go in. I also talked with Anissa and informed her that we were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary and I wanted to surprise my wife with some flowers and chocolates. Needless to say Anissa did a GREAT job on taking care of this. She was more then willing to go out of her way to make us feel welcomed.
Overall, this was a trip that my wife and I will never forget. The Harry Potter House played an important role in it.

The property was in a great location across the street from a park and close to downtown. The home was clean and the enclosed backyard was beautiful and private. Would stay here again.
