The apartment is totally refurbished and new.
1 living & dining room with an open modern kitchen, 1 bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a bed for 2 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, modern dish washer, washing-and-drying machine and oven.
The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, a sink and a toilet.
The whole apartment has a good heating system to keep you warm and cosy in winter.
What’s more, it is bright and cosy, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony facing the west.
Close to a wide range of restaurants, bakery shops and daily markets, the property can ideally suit up to 4 people.

I've had the pleasure of staying here twice in 2014. Once in the summer and then again over Christmas. My husband and I lived in the 17eme for 6 years so we wanted to stay in this lovely neighborhood now that we are visitors. This apartment was truly a gem.
The apartment is exactly as described. Very clean and modern. Excellent amenities and overall very comfortable to stay in. The owners are very welcoming and very accommodating. The location is perfect right next to Rue Levis and close to Park Monceau. The balcony even has a small table to have your morning croissant and coffee on and take in the sights and sounds of Paris.
My only small recommendation to the owners, would be to buy a fan for the summer months. We were there in June and it was very hot, since the apartment got very little breeze, sleeping at night would have been better with a fan.

This apt has everything one needs for a relaxed and comfortable stay.It is tastefully furnished ,the bed is super comfortable and the outside little balcony with table and chairs the perfect place for morning coffee or evening drinks.The property is very clean and well maintained.The owner provided excellent customer service . The surrounding area is lively with the Levis market very nearby We would love to return and would certainly recommend it to our friends
We loved the apartment, very spacious, really nice, bright, just a wonderful place to relax after the long days walking in Paris. We were pleasantly surprised by the quantity of food in the cupboard and fridge.
Easy access to everything and a lovely market and patisserie near the apartment.

When we arrived at this apartment it was like a mirror image of the description on the website. It was large and airy, clean and comfortable and finished to a high standard. The bed was big and comfy, the kitchen was well stocked and the facilities were luxurious. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The area is busy through the day with the market and bars close by, yet quiet and peaceful during the night allowing a good nights sleep. The market had a wide range of goods for sale and the butchers tempted you with the aroma of food cooking from the rotisseries. The local restaurant recommended by the owners, The Village, served a range of delicious food from friendly waiters. The location of this apartment was idea, with the Metro only 5-10 mins walk away.
I met the owners mother, Michele, who was delightful. She made us feel very welcome and ensured that we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. I love Paris and when we visit next I will be looking to stay here again.
This flat is centrally located, convenient and lively. It is surrounded by street markets, bakery shops and restaurants. It is also within the walking distance from Parc Monceau and Batignolles. The closest metro station is Villiers, which is well connected to major sightseeing places including Opera and Champs d'Elysees (within 10 minutes).
