Along with beach chairs, many beach toys and body boards, we provide umbrellas, a wind shield (if needed) and a large cooler for an enjoyable day at the beach. The nearest beach is within walking distance - only 1/2 mile up Rt. 54 towards the ocean with public parking. Fenwick Island Permit Parking ocean side can be purchased at Fenwick Island Town Hall/Police Station for time frames ranging from a day to a month. Information and rates are posted in our townhome. Fenwick Island State Park is 1.5 miles up Coastal Highway. It has a concession stand with restrooms. The daily vehicle entrance fee is: $10 Non-Resident; $5 Resident.

Amazing property!!!!!!!!

If you're looking for the perfect place this would be the one! Not only are the views spectacular but this place is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool is a very short walk away and very seldom crowded. You can walk to the beach and then there is high stakes bar and grille right around the corner. Walgreens is right next door so if you forget anything you can walk to get it. The owners Dianne and John go out of there way to make your stay and vacation a memorable one! We plan on going back next year and our grandson's first vacation here was more than we could ever have expected....plenty of room for him to roam around, the pictures don't do this place justice. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!!!! I'm a realtor....I know a great place when I see it :-)

It was very nice and clean!

Location was great, only a few minutes away from beach by car (or 15-20 minutes walk).

House was well decorated and fully equipped with all you need for your getaway.

It was easy and smooth communication with Dianne and John.

2nd time just as pleased if not more than the 1st

Second stay and quite simply these are the nicest people to rent from anywhere. I regretfully went elsewhere last year and thought about this property the entire vacation. So glad we came back this year and hope to never miss again. John n Diane put so much love and effort into this property and make you feel like family. It is perfect if you want the hustle n bustle or if you want a quiet serene laid back experience. The ultimate relaxation spot on one of three balconies having a cocktail watching the bay activities. Tons of space and cleaner than anywhere you've stayed guaranteed!!! Thank you again John n Diane, you guys are great! My little girl loved it and called it 'her new beach house' all week. I again hope we can make it hers at least one week per year. She cried when we left.

After we had a good chuckle, we were thrilled to learn that you, your wife and your adorable little girl were coming back to us. Beautiful Townhome

My family and I stayed and this townhouse for a week in June 2015. I can't write enough positive comments about the house and the amenities. The house was cleaner than any rental that I have ever stayed in. The time the owners put into making sure the house was in perfect condition and comfortable was very evident. If you travel with little ones, there are baby gates, a high chair and beach toys. The kitchen was stocked with all of the basics; spices, sugar, tea, oils...basically anything you need. The garage was very useful for storing our bikes and beach items. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony, since the view was beautiful and it was so relaxing. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Golf Getaway

The People: I stayed in touch with Dianne (mostly) and John leading up to our visit. They were extremely responsive which I really appreciated. Emails, text messages and phone calls were responded to promptly and courteously.

The Location: Having heard all about Ocean City golfing, my 4-some decided to try it this year. This Fenwick Island condo was close enough to all of the golf courses. We could have found a closer place, but it would have been nowhere near as nice as this one. As we were there pre-season, some of the shops were still closed. The one that surprised us the most was on Friday morning when we walked to the Dunkin Donuts at the corner and found it to be closed. But that worked out just fine because the luncheonette on the same block was a much better choice. The condo is within walking distance to the beach, but is even closer to Harpoon Hanna's. I never went to the beach.

The Condo: PHENOMENAL! I drew short straw and got a nice view facing the lighthouse. If you get the Master bedroom, go buy a panoramic camera. It looks out over the bay and just makes you feel at peace even after a bad round of golf where you missed the putt on the 18th and had to buy dinner. Not that something like that actually happened to me at Rum Pointe. Besides, the wind picked up just as I was putting. Anyway... the deck was the perfect place for my morning coffee and my evening cocktail(s).

The Golf: Would play these again... Bear Trap Dunes, River Run, & Rum Pointe. Would skip... Man O' War. I have been on several golf trips with this group of friends and we all agreed that this was the nicest place we have ever stayed.

Beautiful TH on the bay. Perfect for Familys

This property was beautiful with views of the bay from both master suites and living room. Very spacious with 3 levels and 4 total bedrooms. It is perfect for a family vacation.

My wife and I currently live in Newark, Delaware. I am a Delaware native and she is a long-time transplant from Louisiana. I have been coming to Delaware beaches since I was in high school. My children have grown up on these beaches and continue to enjoy them as adults.

My wife treasures our townhome, but has developed a deep love of the ocean, especially the Fenwick Island beach and its natural beauty. Our dream was to have our own place at the beach to enjoy. So now we do. And we want to share that enjoyment with you!

What makes this townhome unique

Vacationing at the Fenwick Island beach for many years is what brought us to discover our Lighthouse View townhome. The first time we saw the unit as it was being built, it made us feel so relaxed that we wanted to stay and indefinitely enjoy the serenity of that unbelievable view.

And that's the story of how we came to call it 'Our Happy Place!'

The Fenwick Island Lighthouse has long been an important landmark along the Delaware coast since it was first lit in 1859. Check their website for visitors hours. It's a 'must-see.' Fenwick Island features sprawling sandy beaches on the ocean and the Little Assawoman Bay, offering watersports enthusiasts the chance to explore nature by boating, sailing, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking or even paddle boarding! Nearby you will find Shark's Cove Marina which is across the Bay from our townhome, Action Watercraft Rentals by Harpoon Hannah's and Coastal Kayak on Coastal Highway/DE 1.

There is a live outdoor Theater, Freeman Stage, for concerts, musicals and plays.

A 'must-do' is Thunder Lagoon Water Park which has a diverse offering of water sports, including The Lazy River and Viking Ship rides. Viking Golf Amusements offers mini-golf courses and go carts. Stroll the Popcorn Co. Boardwalk for a variety of classic beach treats. Across the street, you'll adore Kohr Brothers Frozen Custard and the renowned Fisher's Popcorn - both 'must places.' And spend time on the boardwalks of Bethany Beach and Ocean City, Maryland, and go shopping at the Rehoboth Beach outlets. Our beautiful beach towns offer all of the 'Good Times' you could want!
