This lovely 3100 square feet pre-war apartment designed by renowned architect Henry Klutho has been completely renovated and furnished for your Jacksonville get-a-way. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the historic Napier building built in 1924. The entire unit has been renovated from floor to ceiling but still preserving the ambiance of the original architecture. The living room is over 600sf with a separate dining room. There is a New Orleans style porch overlooking Riverside Avenue with glimpses of the St. Johns river. The kitchen is appointed with GE Monogram stainless steel appliances including gas stove and 42 inch refrigerator. Two guest rooms share a bathroom with custom shower. The master suite has a custom shower and separate clawfoot tub.
The Napier building is conveniently located within walking distance, 2 blocks, of Publix supermarket and the 5 points shopping area. Many restaurants are near, also.
Perfect gateaway spot that is extremely comfortable and is in a great location! Thank you!
The property was nice, well kept and clean! We were there for a wedding and we were impressed with the size and quality of the home. Bob was very attentive to what was needed and very helpful during our stay. We would definitely rent again!
We rented the condo for my daughter’s wedding that was at the Jacksonville Garden Club. There was plenty of room in the whole family to stay together. The condo was very spacious and nicely decorated. The apartment was clean when we arrived. We were within walking distance to many restaurants, the Publix grocery store and parks. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Jacksonville area.
The Condo was located in the business district, and was luxurious! It was large and very well decorated. The appliances, dishes, and even the cookware, were all top of the line. There was a supermarket, clubs, bars, gift shops all within walking distance of the condo. It was everything, plus more than what was advertised. The owners were the best, and great to work with. There were eight of us and all of us had a great experience in the Condo and in Jacksonville, Florida.
The apartment is in a classic, historical building. It has a haunted charm about it. There were five of us staying there and there was more than enough room to spread out and relax. Kitchen and baths are completely updated. We bought a wine opener for the apartment because that is all that was missing. Comfortable furnishings throughout. The location in riverside and five points is walking distance from parks, shops, salons, and great restaurants. I think it is the best location in Jacksonville. We didn't bring our dog but will next time because it is a very dog friendly area. My family highly recommends this place and we are not an easy to please bunch.
This rental is spacious, clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had anything you'd need for preparing and serving meals. It is located near a nice park, with some good restaurants and coffee shops a short walk away.
The property was just as described in the ad and when we had a problem with a doorknob, the owner fixed it quickly.
If I need to stay in Jacksonville again I would definitely choose this place.
Near downtown Jacksonville in the historical 5 points and Riverside Area. Convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and Jacksonville's best parks. 20 minutes from JAX airport. The Cummer art museum is 2 blocks away and on Saturdays the Riverside Arts Market is just 3 blocks away. Walking to downtown Jacksonville is an easy stroll down the River Walk where you can enjoy restaurants, shows, movies, concerts and the symphony.
