Explore lovely Santa Fe from the comfort and charm of Casa Sombra, located just minutes from the Plaza and Canyon Road in the Historic Eastside. This classic adobe-style home has an open plan Living and Dining Room which adjoins to the fully stocked Kitchen and Breakfast Bar. A Kiva fireplace adds Southwestern atmosphere. French Doors lead to a pretty trellised Patio where you may enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine.
A Queen Bedroom has its own En suite Bath, with Double Sinks, a Walk In Shower and Soaking Tub. A Second Bedroom Features Two Twin Beds which may be pushed together to create a King (bed bridge included), and also has its own Bath with a generous walk in Shower. Other highlights of the home include traditional touches such as Hand Troweled Plaster walls, Mexican Talavera tiles and a set of Antique Shutters.
Modern touches include WiFi throughout the home, Air Conditioning, a Gas Grill, a Front Loading Washer and Dryer, and a Keurig Coffee Maker.
Our location is fantastic! The house is on East Palace Avenue, one of Santa Fe’s prettiest streets, just 5 lovely blocks from the Historic Plaza and 4 blocks to Canyon Road. The La Posada Hotel, with its wonderful spa and nice restaurant, is just two blocks away. The Santa Fe Pick-Up Shuttle has 4 stops along Canyon Road if you don’t feel like walking.

This charming little home was the perfect setting for a family gathering of four. We know Santa Fe well and loved the location as it was either walking distance or a short drive to many places and restaurants that we enjoy. The house is tastefully decorated, clean, well-maintained and comfortable, the layout is nice, and as one who loves to cook, I was delighted to have a kitchen that is so workable and well-equipped with quality kitchenware and plenty of servingware. Indeed, we will stay here again!
This house was perfect for us. It is convenient to the square for shopping & dining. It was clean & had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again. KAM

The house has a great layout - the bedrooms are very separate from the public areas. The interior finishes and furnishings are done with great taste - very pleasant to spend time there.
Beds are very comfortable, and bathrooms are great
The kitchen is as fully equipped as we have ever seen - you just need to bring the food!!
The patio is a huge bonus - a great place to grill and hang out.

Excellent location, a clean and comfortable home, a 10 minute walk to the plaza, a 5 minute walk to Canyon Road. Scott was quick to fix a couple of minor problems (no cutting board, ignition on gas grill needing a new battery).
We have been to Santa Fe many times. My sister used to live there, so I am very familiar with the city. This condo was the perfect fit for our family of four. Our sons went skiing, and I went shopping. I wanted a location where I could walk to the Plaza, yet the boys wouldn't have to drive through the slow traffic to the ski basin road. Your location couldn't have been better. The condo itself was very well decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there with our coffee, and later with our margaritas on the patio (s). The managers were very accommodating. We will be back!

Last Minute 15% discount for booking less than 15 days before arrival date.
10% discount for repeat renters, 20% for last minute repeat renters.
Discounts do not apply during holidays, special events, and rentals stays longer than 30 days.

Rental Terms and Conditions:
25% of total rental amount is due upon booking.
Final rental payment plus the damage deposit is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.
If reservation is made within 50 days of arrival, full payment and damage deposit will be charged at time of booking.
If the reservation is cancelled 60 days or more before the arrival date, you will receive a full refund.
If the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date, you forfeit the 25% deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 45 days of the arrival date, no refund will be available. You will have the option re-book within one year of the original reservation based on availability, or if we are able to re-book the house during your rental period, we will refund the amount of rent collected for the re-booking, less the 25% deposit.
We do not require a damage deposit and do not anticipate any problems and believe that all our guests will respect the property as if it were their own.
