Kailua House Rental Photos and Description

House, 4 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Located just steps from the best part of Kailua Beach. The beach is a three minute walk through Kailua Beach Park where the waves are the most gentle, the sand is wide, and there are plenty of trees for shade, so you and the kids can play and relax at the beach all day.

This home was thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of families. It has a large great room where all can congregate for meals, plan the day, wind down after a full day of activities or just relax. A delicious breeze will soothe your soul as you open the large glass sliders, revealing lush gardens and the pool.

The two master suites are at opposite ends of the home and on separate floors, so that two families can enjoy each other's company, yet still have their own private retreat.

The bathrooms are finished with hand cut stone, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, and frameless glass shower doors in a style reminiscent of a natural Hawaiian spa.

The home sits behind a private gate and has a monitored security system.

7 night Minimum Stay. Longer minimum stays may apply to peak periods.

Beautiful large home - well decorated and well maintained! The location was perfect. Kellie was very helpful. We would stay here again (only not in the rainy/humid time of year) Wonderful rental Liz.

Perfect vacation location

  • 5 of 5

Our family spent a fabulous two weeks in this lovely home. The grandkids loved the pool and being across the road from a beautiful beach was a bonus. Kelley welcomed us and looked after all our needs. We were close enough to town to make shopping easy -loved Whole Foods for great meat. Honolulu was just a short drive away! A perfect place for a family vacation.

Ka'Hela is a great house

  • 4 of 5

My wife and I and our twin 2 yr olds, plus both sets of grandparents, stayed at Ka'hela for 11 days and had a blast. The house has a great set up between a wide open living room/kitchen that opens up into the pool area, and four bedrooms that offer a decent amount of privacy. Plus access to Kailua State Beach, DT Kailua, and the rest of the windward side of Oahu is perfect. Gated community also provided an extra layer of privacy and security (think little ones wandering off) which was nice. Did not give it a 5 star rating as we had ongoing issues with air conditioning and the fridge, both of which the management company was very responsive to, but reflective of a house that gets a lot of use. We would definitely stay here again. We had friends who rented other houses between Kailua and Kaneohe and felt this house stacked up better than similarly priced rentals, particularly for families. The house also had tons of toys and equipment for pool and beach, and nice to have a garage during rainy times. Oh, and the resident geckos were very friendly.

Absolutely awesome!

  • 5 of 5

What an amazing home! My family and I loved staying at Ka'hela and can't wait to return. Liz and the staff that manage the property are excellent and they've thought of every detail to make your stay perfect (down to the thread count on the sheets.) The home is spacious and everyone had space to play, read, swim, cook, and relax. The location is perfect! We know the area well and couldn't believe that we could find such a beautiful home right across from Kailua Beach Park. The beach is amazing and definitely one of the best on Oahu. It's so nice to be out of the craziness of Waikiki and to enjoy the beauty and solitude of the Windward side of the island. We hiked (Pillbox has amazing views,) and walked Kaneohe Bay each morning. Everything is convenient -- shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are just a mile or two away. You will love this home! Thank you Liz and Kellie for all you did to make our stay so wonderful. :) Terri and Ed Devine

Stay in Kaiula

  • 5 of 5

Our stay in Kaiula was perfect. The house was beautiful and in a great location. The beach was right across the street! The owner and caretaker were very easy to communicate with for questions . We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and there was plenty of room in the house. I would highly recommend this house and hopefully will be back some day!
