Casarina is upscale, quiet, very well maintained, clean, secure, has prize winning landscaping, private access on the beach and private deck with tables and chairs to watch the sunset. You are walking distance away from 'The Village' with all its boutiques, exciting eateries and nightlife (approx 1.5 mile). Free transportation is available to 'The Village' (also throughout Siesta key and over bridge) by independent transporter (for tips). The secure building offers elevator access & key fob security.

Renovated condo has remodeled kitchen with new maple cabinets, granite counter tops & expanded kitchen opening - open floor plan. New 16 inch porcelain tile floors throughout. ETHAN ALLEN furniture and decor. Living room has 47 inch TV with HD box and DVD/Blu-Ray player. Large master bedroom has a 39 inch TV. Master bathroom has shower, 2 sinks, separate garden tub and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, 22 inch LED TV and large closet. There is a new front load washer and dryer INSIDE the condo in a separate laundry room. New hurricane windows and slider.
The condo complex is on Siesta Key, Crescent Beach, which includes a private beach and deck, gated access to the private (large) heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs on the beach and pool (and tables w/chairs at pool), unlike the over crowded pools with weekly rentals or the very large complexes. Poolside amenities include clean updated restrooms, 10 person hot tub, 2 large outdoor gas grills, cabana with refrigerator, sink, stone counter top, large LED TV, tables & chairs.
Complex has (free use of) 2 lighted tennis courts with a basketball hoop and pickle ball, renovated club house with kitchen facilities, restrooms, pool table, bumper pool table, ping pong, poker table, flat screen cable tv, computer with printer and shelves with a lending library of books.
CASARINA has a small air conditioned fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical machine, recumbent bicycle, hand weights, and flat screen tv.
The condo is located near Siesta Key Public Beach with lifeguards, volleyball tournaments, etc. There are many golf courses nearby.
Our unit is NOT childproof and has a lot of breakables.

WE ARE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE LARGE #1 RATED BEACH IN AMERICA (2011), WITH COOL QUARTZ WHITE SAND ON SUNNY DAYS, THE BLUE/AZURE WATER, AND WATCH THE AWESOME SUNSETS FROM THE BEACH OR FROM THE PRIVATE DECK BETWEEN THE BEACH & POOL. IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!
'PRESTIGIOUS'. CASARINA IS UPDATED, SECURE, VERY WELL MAINTAINED & CLEAN. PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY & CONSIDERATE. NO CONCERN WITH GETTING A BEACH/LOUNGE CHAIR BY THE POOL OR PRIVATE BEACH. IT DOES NOT HAVE THAT 'HOTEL' FEEL. CONDO HAS SECURITY, SECURED ACCESS, ASSIGNED COVERED PARKING PLUS ADDITIONAL OPEN PARKING. CASARINA HAS A DIFFERENT FEEL THAN THE OTHER CONDO COMPLEXES - YOU WANT TO COME BACK!
This condo at Casarina was exactly as depicted on the website. Upon arrival, we found it to be very clean and well-supplied. The furniture and decor is a step above many previous condos that we have stayed in; and it has great wi-fi and large TV's. Working with the owners, and Jeff Lacey, in the property management office, has been easy and fluent. We enjoyed the property so much that we plan to rebook for 2015. In addition to this unit, the complex is very well kept and quiet even during Easter break. As mentioned, there were plenty of chairs, both at the pools and beach side. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated the long list of restaurants recommended by the owners. We highly recommend this property and this condo.
I was here for the month of february and everything was exactly as described. Lovely condominium, beautifully decorated, well stocked, great wireless connection, and very clean. Complex was beautiful with a perfect beach, chairs always available, and very friendly people. Owners were very easy to work with. Highly recommend this property; seemed to be one of the nicest complexes on siesta key.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is very well maintained and updated, with new appliances and an attractive decor. The property manager was very responsive to the few requests that we made for assistance. And the overall appearance of the grounds and the building is lovely.
The weather did not cooperate this year, but we found many things to do in the area, including shopping, visiting museums, touring the surrounding area and a few golf outings. Siesta Key is a wonderful little town with many restaurant options and, of course, the fantastic beach. We became more familiar with Sarasota this year, and particularly enjoyed the Saturday Famers Market. We would come back to this rental without hesitation!
Siesta Key is a wonderful, funky town, close to Sarasota but feels like a get away spot. Casarina is a well-maintained building with all the amenities: on the beach, lovely pool, great sun deck. And this unit is a great one. It has everything you need to move right in and feel at home. Very nice, updated kitchen, new furnishings, lovely garden view. The owners have thought of everything (baskets of beach towels, plenty of linens, all kinds of kitchen gear, hi speed wifi) and are eager to hear your input. Definitely recommend!

The fully equiped kitchen is great, with nice granite countertops and plenty of counter space. The living room is nicely decorated with comfortable couches and a large Smart TV. The spacious master suite was an added bonus.
The pool area is great, with the best part being the cabanna, which has a TV, refrigerator, and grill all right by the hottub. Perfect for lunches at the pool. The location is the best part. The complex is right on the beach, with a deck to the sand, and complimentary chairs for relaxing by the water.
For dinner and nightlife, we really enjoyed taking the free electric taxi to the Village. A great way to enjoy the location, while also getting to where we needed to go. The Village was a great place to get local food and have a good time. It was only a 8 minute ride on the electric taxi and was a lot of great restaurants in one place.
Overall, we HIGHLY suggest this property. One of the nicest, cleanest, and biggest places we've found on the beach. The owners were greatly accommodating and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. We really couldn't have asked for a better overall experience.
