We are artists . We love to spend time together skiing Mission Ridge, hiking, and water skiing on the Columbia River here in Wenatchee. We love cooking and nature walks. We love Wenatchee for its natural environment, amazing views, and activities.
Julie purchased this house in 2000
The area suited us in terms of hiking, skiing, water skiing, and golfing. The home is conveniently located in town and it has beautiful panoramic mountain views. The private hot tub and ping pong table is always a hit.We make lovely meals in the well equipped kitchen so that saves us money. We can sleep 6 to 8 people and for the price ,its great. The two very large separate levels makes it private and comfortable for two families to visit.CALL JULIE 206-571-4828 to secure the home.
The skiing here is amazing and affordable. The views from Mission Ridge are epic and the runs are nice and long. The lodge is lots of fun too. People love to go boating on the Columbia river. Wenatchee has cute fruit stands and great restaurants. In one afternoon we can hike up Saddle Rock and have a picnic. We can sit in the hot tub after our activities and enjoy amazing views. The house is large and has two living rooms with two fire places. It is so much fun to watch the sunset and the stars from our balcony.

When I vacation I always look for vacation rentals first before booking a hotel room. This house met my expectations and was true to the photos and descriptions on the listing. The decor in the home is original with framed artwork from the kids, very creative idea! The views are amazing!! The hot tub, the Kenmore Pro kitchen, the ping pong table, big screen tv in a spacious house set in a clean and quiet neighborhood we couldn't of asked for more. Julie is amazing to work with and I will be back in the summer as I hear the fountains on the golf course are amazing.
Some golf buddies and I spent the weekend in Wenatchee to attend a golf tournament in nearby Orondo (Desert Canyon Golf Course). This home was perfectly located for shopping, dining and the golf course - about 20 minutes away. The kitchen was equipped with new state-of-the-art appliances (even a cool drawer-style dishwasher) so we were able to prepare most of our meals ourselves and save a bundle on dining out. The deck and hot tub overlook the Wenatchee Country Club and have great sunset views of the local mountains. The ping pong table in the basement was also great entertainment. I would recommend this charming house to anyone looking to get away for a weekend and save a few bucks in the process - certainly cheaper than a couple of hotel rooms and restaurant food for every meal.
Our family had a great time here.We liked the kitchen and the way it connected to the living room and dining room. The views were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. It was easily accessible to town as well.
This house sits on the 9th Fairway of the golf course.A few buddies and I went on a golf trip and loved this house .It was affordable, comfortable, and the view was incredible.
Julie was pleasant to deal with, the view is lovely, the neighborhood is charming, the house was clean enough - but the house is in desperate need of love. The house is mid-century modern and decorated accordingly, which I enjoyed. However, you could tell that it'd be quite some time since the owners have spent any time tending to the house. Like years. You can tell it's the house in the neighborhood that the neighbors wish they'd sell and could be taken care of the way it needs to be.
I'm a rockclimber and a hiker drawn to Wenatchee for some great places including the Pishastin Pinnacles, Tumwater Canyon, and Icicle Creek Canyon. For some more scenic views and less intense exercise, I'd recommend hiking Saddle Rock near wenatchee. But I was pleasantly surprised when me and my group of climber buddies got there. We were 3 different couples and none of us had to sleep on the floor, which was uncommon with some other small spaces and motels we've rented in the past. I'm super thankful that this place had 2 showers and a hot tub. Perfect for after climbing. Definitely want to come back here, not just for the rock climbing spots but for the house.
I now this sounds strange because we rented the house and not the yard, but my kid just really wanted to camp outside. So we pitched a tent and let them indulge in some "camping" while the adults got the house to ourselves, Really fun and would definitely recommend that for any parents. Now onto the house, and we really enjoyed it. I'm a chef and the kitchen definitely accommodated that. My wife loved the hot-tub and pingpong table. Both of us loved getting a bottle of wine and watching the golfers and the sunset.
