This home is in a Laidback Neighborhood, our home is a relaxing home for your stay.
We are centrally located to most night life, shopping, dining& sightseeing, but just far enough away to not feel the stress of it all.
Great areas outside to have a coffee or a cold beverage and relax by the pool, looking out over the canal. You may see jumping fish in the canal behind the home or even a manatee, iguanas Rome free but are much more scared of you but yet curious enough for you to get a good look!
Our kitchen has modern appliances. Is equiped for cooking. A counter for 2 to eat at or a table in the Florida room for 4 or eat out on the wood deck patio table for 4.
2 queen beds in each bedroom. A Pack and play for connivence of families with small ones.

Window and door alarms for pool safety. Alerts you to little ones exiting the home. Fresh water pool, Cold A/C Bring yourself for a relaxing worry free time. Backyard has a wood fence on 3 sides for privacy. Pool is exclusive to this home and is not heated. Pool and dock safety equipment not for play.
Pets welcome as long as they are included in rental agreement with owners approval.
We have compiled an attractions/dinning book for our guests with some local favorites and Fishing Charters available out of many local Marinas.
City of Fort Lauderdale noise, occupancy,garbage and vehicle ordinances are to be kept in strict compliance while staying at this home.

We love the water and hope travelers will too. This home has a Private pool, single car garage with electric opener, private security system, dock with power, private back yard. Possible 4 car parking outside on brick paver driveway. It's in The Heart ❤️of Fort Lauderdale.

lt was so nice to be able to relax at the pool and look out to the canal. This was an inviting clean home. We felt safe and right at home. We could not have asked for better hosts Dan and Penny were awesome they gave us lots of ideas of where to eat and what to do. We will certainly return and stay longer. E feel as though we have a home away from home to come to. Kitchen had everything we needed to have meals in. The house decor was relaxing and fun..Thanks for a great time and great place to stay.
I have stayed many home away houses but this one is the best yet so clean so welcoming. There was a swimming pool to cool us off at the end of the day. It was the perfect location close to everything. The airport was miles away. Everything was new. I'll stay here again!!!
The house was clean and well cared for and the rental experience was well organized and hassle free from start to finish. Pool was a refreshing break from the wonderful heat and humidity and the blender was put to good use during our stay. The property is close to the airport and to the interstate so we enjoyed the lovely patio to the hum of traffic but it was nothing that our tiny bluetooth speaker playing our favorite playlist couldn't handle. Thank you Penny and Dan.

Had a great stay here. The house is kept very clean and in great condition. Enjoyed the pool and outdoor area plus having a drive in garage.

Beautiful home on quiet street yet in the middle of everything in Ft. Lauderdale...it was the perfect romantic getaway...would definitely book the same property on my next trip to the area....the property owner was fantastic and very accomodating...
The house is exactly as described in the pictures. We immediately felt at home when we got there. At our time of arrival even the TV was on to create a homely feeling.
The house was immaculately clean, including linen, towels, kitchen utensils, etc. - We have never had a cleaner rental place! All appliances were in perfect working order, WiFi worked well and fast.
It is a real gem amongst the surrounding houses in the area where a lot of them are for sale and in some state of neglect. Thanks for making that house such an oasis.
A little downside is I95 which can be quite noisy when the wind blows from the South and East.

The Jungle Queen is a great river cruise and a fun dinner show well worth the ride and price.
Water Taxi great way to see the area by water, and a fun day on the water stop for a drink to shop and get back on stop for lunch, dinner or whatever, runs till 10 PM. Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show a must see as well as the Miami Boat Show. Even if your not a boater it's fun.
The Everglades. (Shark Valley). Great Eco tour, Las Olas Blvd a must do great people watching, great restaurants, night life, shopping. Fort Lauderdale Beach WOW. South Beach fast and furious party.
