This spacious historic home has been restored to its original charm, but with all the modern amenities.

Centrally located in a historic neighborhood of Kalispell, this home is just a few minutes walk to shopping, dining and parks--and just a short drive from Bigfork, Whitefish, Flathead Lake or Glacier National Park.

This home has been recently restored, has new furniture, mattresses, bedding, and appliances, and is immaculately clean. This home features a large back deck and yard, shaded from the sun in the evenings, which is perfect for BBQ's. The gorgeous kitchen has all modern appliances for cooking. Laundry facilities are on site and available so guests may save a trip to the laundry mat. The main living room features a dining table as well as a lounge area with a flat screen TV as well as a DVD player for rainy days. There is also a den, with a reading area, a computer, printer and high-speed internet connection for web searches about area attractions, email or business use. Finally there is a daylight basement living room with a second TV/DVD and a play area stocked with toys for the kids.

This home sleeps as many as 8 people in beds. Total occupancy limited to 10 with the use of a blowup mattress. Pets allowed for additional $10/day per pet.

Please inquire about available dates in calendar for periods less than a week during high season and holidays. They are available for rent when full weeks are not available.

It is one-of-a-kind and feels like home. It's just a great place to get together with friends and family and relax. Everyone who stays here tells us it felt like it was their home when they stayed.

What makes this house unique

Great classic Kalispell neighborhood a short walk from anything you could need. All the homes around it are very nice. The huge deck and yard is perfect in summer and other than sleeping you can just about live on the back deck. Within walking distance to about anything you need. Centrally located between Glacier Park, Flathead Lake, and both ski resorts. This house is just perfectly laid out. It's got great shade, stucco siding (which keeps it cool in the summer), beautiful yard and landscaping. Our work often takes us to Kalispell and we often do work in the home office. Great place to relax as well. It's just a perfect home away from home.

Terrific stay!

Very comfortable and spacious house with a convenient location in Kalispell. We traveled with our dog and the backyard was perfect for her to roam as it was fenced in nicely. Megan was very accommodating as we forgot a couple of items and she is very kindly going to mail them to us. We were able to cross country ski in Glacier Park and at Blacktail, head out for nice dinners in downtown Kalispell and host family over for dinner. Thank you!

Best ever VRBO experience. Spectacular! Stocked with EVERYTHING needed for our week's stay.

There were no surprises - except the pleasant kind. What do we all want? A hassle-free stay. And that certainly is the case, with this lovely, well-equipped home. It had everything from hair dryers to both Keurig and standard coffee pots, with full kitchen, spices, laundry supplies, you get the idea.

In addition, it is truly comfortable, like home. Plenty of space and separate "living areas" spread throughout the house. The house was superbly maintained. And the owner was at the ready when we called about the heat having accidentally punched some button that turned the A/C on in mid-January.

Best ever VRBO experience.

Winter Retreat

We traveled to visit family near Kalispell. We had plenty of room for five women to relax and enjoy this home. We were able to cook our meals in which made it really feel like home. Everything you would need in a kitchen was available. We appreciated the reading material, access to the internet and close proximity to downtown. Even shoveling the walk was enjoyable after a great Montana snowfall. Instructions were easily posted inside the home for how to manage everything. Thank you Meagan for sharing your lovely home with others. We would definitely keep this home in mind with future visits.

Pleasant, well located, comfortable.

Nice place, though the heating is erratic. Either too cold or too hot, we couldn't adjust the thermostat so it was the same temp through the house. Also didn't expect to have to shovel, thought such services would be done before our arrival. Beautiful wood floors.

Owner's Response: Hi, Thank you for your feedback! Sorry about the heat, it is easily controllable by pressing the up or down button on the thermostat...and there's directions printed next to the thermostat. Really this is the first time we've ever had a complaints about that. In terms of snow removal we have someone go and shovel the walks after every storm, but with the record snow falls we've had this year it's possible you beat him to it some days...or he was waiting for the snow to stop. We keep shovels in front and back of the home in case people need them but sorry if you felt you had to shovel. Please never hesitate to call...we are always happy to help.

Lovely home and great owners

The location of this house is perfect for walking downtown and to the mall. We had our father's 80th birthday party at the house and it was perfect. Thank you Meghan and Scott.

Location, Location, Location

My Family and I stayed here when we were in the Flathead Valley for our granddaughters wedding, and we loved everything about this house. What an amazing location, and the house is so nicely decorated and updated. The bathroom on the main floor had just got a new tile surround around the shower, and everything was so clean, just like a hotel. The owners were wonderful to deal with, we will be back for sure!!
