The Gardener`s Bungalow is a fully self-contained waterfront cottage boasting prime location for relaxing ,reflection and just kicking back. The 750 sq. ft. cottage offers full kitchen,spacious washroom (en-suite) queen bed in bedroom ,pullout sofa bed in living rm. Sat TV ,WiFi complementary barbecue and Spa. Lake view (Brasd`or) where you`ll fall asleep to sound of the waves and watch eagles as they patrol the coastal vista in the morning sunrise. Take a leisurely stroll along the bay or simply follow the road to the center of the village (2km.) for shopping, cafe, dining, music or Museums. The Gardener`s Bungalow is set aside with it`s own private green space facing south east for great sunrises and to ensure privacy. Gardens surround the bungalow with guests adding there own creative care. Lobster boil pot available , golf ,fishing,whale watching and scenic Cabot Trail tours arranged by prior request. Daily light housekeeping included in rate , no change over fee

The Gardener`s Bungalow Property: Hi .Our property is situated in the village of Baddeck along the Baddeck Bay. We are a 2 mile walk/drive/bike to the center of the village. Which allows one to partake of the village`s many amenities yet escape from it`s summer bustle. Our property offers a central location for all adventures Cape Breton Island has to offer within easy access by foot or car. We are located on the World Famous Cabot Trail. The cottage has a simple bright and airy feel yet a touch of simple luxury at a easy budget. The full kitchen allows even the most budget minded to save hundreds in restaurant costs yet in a upscale historic setting. Our property is a historic one, overlooking the estate of Alexander Graham Bell and the bay his historic flight took place on. Our property was owned by his assistant, companion (McCurdy) and one of the founders of the National Geographic Society (George Kennan). Other deeded owners were Samual Cunard of the steamship fame. So if they liked it here I expect you will too

Notes:
As mentioned the Gardener`s Bungalow has been designed single level interior barrier free with access to a exterior portable wheel chair ramp. Daily light housekeeping is included in rate . Pets are considered but only those that leave no sign of visit due to low allergen environment. Exterior Restricted smoking area allowed. Linen changed every third day ,daily trash removal ,towels as requested.

This was an amazing property. The best in Baddeck

The Broadwater Inn may have spoiled us for any other vacation rental. We stayed in the loft over the barn, It was clean, modern and airy. The decor was simple but very well maintained. Everything was immaculate. The view was spectacular. The ladies came and took out the trash and left fresh towels daily. John Pino, the owner, was very interesting and was a joy to meet. He recommended places to eat and activities to do. Couldn't have asked for any better customer service. The town itself was just a smorgasbord of things to do, places to eat, and Two Buoys had the best lobster roll in all of Canada. I would highly recommend the Broadwater Inn to anyone. We plan on returning ourselves soon and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.
