Little gasparilla is a bridgeless barrier island with seven miles of secluded white sand and shell laden-beaches only minutes from Marinas. It's geographically located on Florida's west coast forty miles north of Ft. Myer's and same distance south from Sarasota. This Gulf front two-story townhomes overlooks the Gulf of Mexico with multiple dockage on the Intracoastal waterway.
Our unit H-3 is well equipped with all the conveniences to make you feel at home. Watch sunsets from your front porch, enjoy the serenity of no traffic on the island, only means of transportation is by golf carts. The Hideaway Bay Beach Club on Little Gasparilla is accessible by the Hideaway's ferry service or your own boat. We have twenty-six free boat slips (21-1/2 feet max in length) on a first come, first served basis. Charter fishing is available at the Marinas nearby. Unit H-3 offers breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. Unwind on our beaches, get away from the fast paced 9 to 5 and discover serenity.

My wife and I were looking to purchase a beach house and used the services of a local Realtor, one day I received a phone call and the lady Realtor started explaining about this island, that requires a ferry-boat service to get there, at first, it reminded me of a 'Gilligan's Island' type, not what we were looking for, but the explanations I was given caught my imagination and we agreed to visit, upon arriving on the ferry-boat, we both fell in love and purchased one unit, year and half later we purchased a second unit and we have been in love ever since with our little paradise getaway.

His Condo is clean, comfortable and adequately equipped. It's hard to say what's more impressive ? The Condo or Orlando ?
Came here in March of 2016 with my two young children and husband. The condo was wonderful- it was super clean and had everything we needed- it was great that we did not need to bring towels, beach toys, etc... The location cannot be beat. The H building is close to the gulf so it was an easy walk down to the beach every morning. We loved looking for shells and playing in the sand and surf. My kids enjoyed the pool and swam there every day too. The beach was great- not crowded at all and we saw dolphins swimming off the shore almost everyday at sunrise or sunset. We also spotted a ton of lizards, birds (there was an osprey nest right near the condo building) and even a tortoise. So amazing! On the mainland there is a Publix nearby and a several restaurants within driving distance. We had a great dinner at the Stump Pass Grill which is a tiki bar at the Stump Pass Marina. It was wonderful to eat casual food outside and enjoy the weather.
We would come here again in a heartbeat (and will definitely plan a return trip!). Orlando was great- he called to make sure we had everything and even helped us arrange for a ferry ride over to the mainland on the day we left when we needed to return before the condo ferry started running. Great place- we highly recommend it!!!!
We so enjoyed our first time stay on LGI!!! We will be back! Mr Santana was so easy to work with and very helpful with all our many questions! The property is a perfect location, so close to the beach. We even got to meet him and his lovely wife as they got off the ferry and we got on! He checked on us numerous times to make sure everything was fine and it was perfect. Renting the golf cart was a must for us and the outdoor sitting areas were so nice! Thanks so much for your hospitality!
Our overall experience was great. I would highly recommend going here. There is a brand new golf cart to use which was great. There is plenty of kitchen utensils, bedding and the beds were very nice. The unit was clean and Orlando is very helpful and thoughtful with his guests. The beach is great to sit and sun tan, fish or just visit with friends. He could put 2 more comfortable chairs in the first floor TV area. We can not wait to get back to the unit in 2017.
My family has lots of experience at Hideaway Bay Beach. Orlando Santana's H-3 unit has everything you need. Just bring your food and drink. Orlando is also easily accessible as I found out regarding some question I had about location of keys. He answered immediately and checked back a couple days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly. One thing I really appreciated was the effort he took to ensure his brand new 4-seat golf cart was ready for our 10 day stay. He literally was working on preparing it the day before we showed up. I hope our family can return to Orlando's place in the near future.
Awesome place for a relaxed family vacation. Owners very helpful in giving complete instructions as well as having condo full of everything u need. Loved the ferry experience and golf carting around the island. (get the golf cart for the week - u won't regret it) It's a tropical paradise. Not many people on the island - made very relaxing days and nights.
Boca Grande Pass is world famous for Tarpon Fishing and we have free boat slips on a first come, first served basis. Restricted to boats maximum size 21 feet long.

A renter's/guests and a liability release forms are mailed to the mailing address you provide, these forms require completion and acceptance by the head of the household and must be mailed back to the unit owner. Caution, a copy of the renter's/guest form needs to be brought at the ferry boarding time, captain's will request visual before allowing your boarding. Please include your mailing address when inquiring on a rental.
