This is a beautiful 17th floor Emerald Isle 2br condo. Newly installed carpet and tile job, as well as new furniture.

Come enjoy the ocean breeze, soothing sound of surf, and beautiful sunsets at The Emerald Isle, on Front Beach Road, 'the quiet end' of Panama City Beach. Come right on in and kick off your shoes you're at the beach!

Our condo will certainly suit your needs, decorated with beautiful furniture and furnishings. For your comfort we offer a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a convertible pull out sofa. The master bedroom comes complete with a cable, flat screen TV and the full bath is right off the master bedroom.

The master bedroom has balcony access and a great view of the gulf.

The second bedroom also has a TV and private bathroom.

Living room has wall of glass looking out on the gulf with door out to balcony, beautiful couch and love seat, TV with cable and DVD. Keeping the cook in mind, you will find a fully stocked kitchen. All the cooking utensils you will need are at your disposal. A great view of the gulf is yours from the kitchen and living room. This is a no smoking condo.

Feel free to enjoy the pool, ( seasonally heated), barbecue grills, jacuzzi, spa, and sauna, all on site. The Emerald Isle is only minutes away from Pier Park and numerous restaurants, golf, fishing, diving, miniature golf, arcades, water parks, bungee jumping, shopping, bowling, and amusement parks.

Emerald Isle is a, family friendly, beautifully landscaped condo. With all the amenities of the huge complexes, without all the crowds. We are certain once your stay draws to an end you will return to our 'getaway at the beach.'

Terrible customer service and rude employees!!!

We recently spent a week at this condo. The condo itself is not the problem--it is the management company Emerald Coast Destinations. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company before. There were several things wrong with the condo, some of which were mentioned in previous reviews (microwave with a short, dripping faucets, broken shelves in refrigerator, etc), but the reason we tried to contact them was that our cable was out and we were unable to watch TV. I know we were on vacation but my husband doesn't like to be out in the sun so he prefers to stay inside and watch TV. We waited to call them on Monday (so no TV Saturday or Sunday). I was told that they would send a technician out to check the cable. He did come while we were out, but the cable was still not working. I finally called them and was told that he couldn't fix it and that the cable company would be out the next day between 1 and 3. Next day--no cable guy. I called the company again and was told by Karen that she would call them and see what's going on and call me back. No call back received. The next morning, I called again and got the same story from Karen with a promise of a call back. No call back. At this point, I'm furious!! My husband tried calling, the next day-- same person, same lie. NO call back. Ultimately we just gave up. Such an unprofessional company. They just don't care. The microwave with the short is still there--I was afraid to use it. The refrigerator is old and broken, the master bedroom has only sheets and a bedspread, the washer/dryer is rusted. The whole condo could do with a good paint job and new furniture. It's really a shame because we love Emerald Isle. Next year we will be coming back but to the condo we usually rent--we have never had a problem with them and the owner is very responsible and accessible. One last thing--the guys that work in the hut and set up the chairs and umbrellas are terrible. Their lunch hour is usually about 2 hrs and no sign is put up to let us know that they are at lunch, so people stand around waiting to get their chairs or snacks or whatever and just get pissed off. The older guy is not so bad but the young kid couldn't bring himself to put his phone down long enough to get up and do his job. I heard several irate people talking about how lazy and rude he was. Once again, terrible customer service.

Terrible room! Terrible service!

When we checked in, there was water all over the floor in master bedroom and main floor. My two year old slipped on the tile and hit her head on the table that sits under the Tv. She had a knot in her head all week. We all slipped on the floor for an entire week despite using all the towels to try and dry the floor as out. We must have ran 5 loads of just towels just to keep the floor safe. The microwave was broken and had a bad electrical short. It was starting on its own when you close the cabinets. The guest and master tubs had no tub drains so we couldn't give the kids a bath. The master bedroom toilet handle was broken, the guest sink ran water constantly and would not shut off, the refrigerator door shelf was broken and sitting on top of the refrigerator, and the television in the kids room didn't work.

It took nearly 24 hours for someone to show up after we reported all the issues. That's a long time considering we told them there was a plumbing leak with water all over the floor. The guys pulled a box fan and dehumidifier out of the master bedroom closet and turned them both on. The dehumidifier had a hose that ran across the bedroom floor, into the master bath floor and drained into the sink. It was so loud that it sounded like a window unit was on and he left it like that for the entire time we were there. The maintenance guy brought tub drain plugs and that was the only thing that he actually fixed.

We were told someone would come drybthe carpets out on Wednesday! That never happened. We were told the microwave would be replaced by Wednesday. That never happened! The carpet pad and carpet were soaked with water and no one cared or had the common sense to pull the carpet and pad back to dry it out properly.

We requested another room. No follow up! We requested someone call us about our issues. No follow up! We requested several repairs! Only one thing got fixed!

To make matters worse, some neighbor got our room confused with someone else's and complained that we had a dog. Security came to our room and we let them walk the room to prove we had no dog. So we got an email after our nightmare vacation week ended and the email stated; Did you guys have a dog in the room? NOT we are sorry you had so many problems. Good judgement would have led them to asking their maintenance guy or the on site security guy who walked the room if we had a dog. But NO, they chose to make matters worse and ask us I we had a dog. Terrible service period!

Very comfortable and enjoyable accomodation

We recently spent 67 nights at this condo and were very pleased with most everything. We bring our own bedding which was a good thing as the supplied blankets were disgusting (stains). The carpet in the master bedroom had stains in front of the closet door that should of been removed prior to our rental period.

Everything else was great. We had a sink blockage and the maintenance man showed up promptly and advised the garburator was worn out and needed replacement. He came back next day and installed a new one in timely fashion. Excellent vacation.
