Furnished to a very high standard this luxurious 1400 sq ft one bedroom with convertible den is perfect as a 5 Star hotel alternative for a single executive or couple with well behaved children. The den is furnished with a queen size sofa bed equipped with a very comfortable 5 inch memory foam mattress. It may be used as a second bedroom and is available at an additional charge. Parking garage and 24 hour doorman. Unit is available for minimum 30 night stays at a rate to be determined based on individual requirements. Price is based on the season, number of nights and number of guests. Special prices are available for guests needing one bedroom who have access to the second bedroom as a den or office only.

*A Premium Parking pass is required for larger vehicles like SUV's or Minivans and for any vehicle during peak holiday periods at an additional charge of $25 per day. A premium parking pass is mandatory for all guests having day guests visit during their stay. These guests will be issued a separate pass allowing them to park in the lower level of the parking garage. The premium pass entitles the primary renter to park anywhere in the parking garage (except handicapped zones and 15 minute parking).
Final cleaning fees are charged to guests credit card. Laundry fees are deducted from security deposit. We welcome last minute inquiries however please understand: Bookings Made Less Than 30 Days in Advance are on a First Come/First Served Basis and are Not Guaranteed Until Funds are Received and Confirmation Has Been Sent. My husband, son and I spent a week at this beautiful and luxurious condo. The condo had every amenity we could possibly want - a flat screen TV in both bedrooms, and the living room, a computer in the second bedroom, a fully stocked kitchen with three different kinds of coffee makers, jacuzzi tub, and so much more. We also made use of the lovely pool, and well equipped exercise room. We are very noise sensitive, and this condo was incredibly quiet, and so relaxing. We especially liked having our morning breakfast on the deck and looking out at the beautiful view. The location was great, and parking in their garage was so convenient. We also loved being able to walk to Westwood for dinner or a movie. We would definitely stay here again!
My partner and I stayed in this condo during our recent visit to Los Angeles and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a vacation rental in LA. It is conveniently located on Wilshire Boulevard, within walking distance to shops and entertainment in Westwood and a short drive to most of the sights in Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and the beaches. The building has excellent amenities, including a front doorman, a swimming pool, jacuzzi and gym and there is allocated guest parking. The condo itself is very comfortable and well-appointed with everything you would need for your stay and has lovely views over Westwood and the Santa Monica mountains. Cynthia, who administers the property, is extremely efficient and responds to all communication very promptly. We will definitely return to this property on our next visit to Los Angeles.
The condo is exactly as described in the photos. Well maintained and has a very well stocked kitchen which I used every day for meals. The bed was firm but plush and the sheets and towels were of high quality. There is Chromecast and ROKU in the Master Suite so I could watch my own Netflix queue and have access to HBO and Showtime. Fast wi-fi & more media options than any rental I have stayed in which was perfect for my situation, having to spend time in bed.
The building is clean and secure and quiet except for the occasional sounds from the pool area. There are three elevators so never waited for one to arrive. Great water pressure in the showers. Plenty of room for guests in the living and dining area.
Good communication with Cynthia who arranged for extra pillows and snacks on short notice. Quick return of security deposit. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends and colleagues who need to be close to UCLA. The location is very central to Beverly Hills and Westwood. There are many restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. My partner liked Napa Valley Grill. I wish I could have played tennis as the courts were well maintained. Secure parking was a big plus.
As I would be recuperating from surgery, my husband and I were looking for a "5-star hotel experience without the hassle of staying in a hotel". This condo's description lived up to its billing and we were very happy during the 13 days in which we stayed. The only caveat would be that Bedroom 2 with the Sleep Sofa/Futon is really only adequate for 1 person or small children, but would be better if it just stayed as an office.
We were personally checked in by the owner of the condo and given a very extensive tour of the apartment and how to operate things like the TV's/Netflix/showers/lights/washer&dryer, etc. There was also a binder in the kitchen that detailed everything in a step-by-step manner as additional reference, which we found useful.
Importantly, communication with the owner and agent were very professional. Both were extremely responsive and timely, which was always reassuring. The security deposit was returned (less groceries, laundry and parking to which we'd agreed) within a week of our return.
We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel, but still expects a high-quality experience.
Perfect condo rental for Beverly Hills/Westside L.A. Great location, nicely done interior, sunny unit, property manager and owner couldn't have been more responsive. Milk and eggs in the refrigerator upon arrival and cupboards were appropriately stocked, and a brand new Nespresso machine for our morning lattes! Great place.
Short walk to restaurants, movie theaters, shopping, spas, supermarkets and only 5 miles to Beach. Beverly Hills Taxis are available within minutes. Building is on the north side of the street and the unit faces greenbelt, trees, mountains- No traffic noise
that takes you to the beach or downtown in minutes!
