About Michael & Brooke Ferreira

We have been going to San Pancho for about 15 years. We love the pueblo and the people who live in it. It is the type of place that continues to improve year after year.

Michael & Brooke Ferreira purchased this house in 2009

Why Michael & Brooke Ferreira chose San Francisco

The house is in a great location. It is in town but backs to open space. Everything is easy to walk to but just far enough away from the crowds and noise.

Guestbook comments from the manager

Casa la Bodeguita is a very comfortable home, very well planned, furnished and decorated.

Simply Wonderful

  • 5 of 5

We stayed for 2 weeks. Loved it. Price/quality of this home is great. The upstairs deck is large and wonderful to enjoy at the end of the afternoon. The local manager immediately responds when you have any questions. Great views over a green belt from the deck upstairs. Super easy and quick to walk to town or to the beach. I highly recommend this house.

Beautiful place... Perfect for a couple or a small family

  • 5 of 5

This is our third time in San Pancho, but the first time we did not bring the teenagers and wanted something smaller. This house turned out to be perfect for us - a couple and a 2-year-old. The house is newer and well-maintained. The inside is small, but was sufficient for us. We spent much of our time outside - the dipping pool and outside dining areas were just wonderful.

Mike (the owner) and Eduardo (property manager) were both very responsive and helpful.

The street was a bit of a mess - rainy season, so it flooded at times which made for difficulty getting in/out (we did not have a car). But we've stayed on this street in the spring and it wasn't an issue.

Also, there is a lot of construction currently going on - the noise didn't bother us much (during the day when we were at the beach or out exploring), but something to keep in mind if you are sensitive to noise.

I would definitely stay here again! And I will definitely be visiting San Pancho again - I could go on forever about what is so great about San Pancho ❤️

beautiful casa, terrible noise

  • 3 of 5

The casa is very beautiful and well furnished. Staff is excellent and the property manager helpful. The only but great problem is the building site opposite the casa! The terrible noise starts at 8 am to 7 pm monday to friday, sometimes even on saturday. And the workers like to listen to loud mexican music mostly all the time! So, if you need a quiet place, look for another casa or wait until the work is done. so please ask the owner.

Great deal in every way

  • 5 of 5

A fine house in a quiet area. I sleep well in this quiet house in this quiet part of San Pancho. The house has beautiful hardwood furniture, plates and glasses, and is a well-built house. Everything works in the house very well and the manager, Eduardo, is prompt to respond and very helpful and communicative. The rooftop palapa is beautiful and a very useful space for eating and relaxing. There is always a gentle breeze up there. The people in San Pancho are friendly and it is much quieter than nearby Sayulita. There are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance of the house. The beach is walkable distance, also. The owner is quick to respond and very considerate, polite, and friendly. I can only think of positive things to say about this house. A great deal!

first class home

  • 5 of 5

,Lots of special touches, like classy granite countertops. Great design with total privacy, with a view to the back where you hear the ocean. only regret is that we did not find ElGallo restaurant sooner, it's a couple blocks up on Tercer Mundo

Great place for small family

  • 5 of 5

Thanks for letting us stay at Casa Boguedita for the past month. We've stayed in quite a few different houses in Mexico over the years and yours is by far the nicest and best managed/maintained.

The design is perfect for a small family like ours (2 adults and a 2 year old). The quality of the construction and the use of high quality doors/windows/appliances really made staying there pleasant.

Kudos as well to Eduardo and the maintenance staff. We understand the difficulty of maintaining a house in that climate, so we don't get bent out of shape when minor stuff happens. The turnaround on the fixes for the minor issues was what really stood out.

Hope you and family enjoy your time there.

We'll likely be inquiring about renting from you again in the next few years.
