Maureen and Jazz, Had a wonderful week. The beach was so amazing and relaxing. We visited a lot with our family - ate a lot (yummy Tower Seven Restaurant) and ran the loop everyday. Lot's of shell walks on the beach - we even found sharks teeth - how cool. Many thanks and we loved the artwork you have created. Very cool place you have.
Maureen Mountcastle was helpful before we came with questions we had and she gave insightful suggestions to make our stay fruitful. (she also was prompt with answers to our questions we had while we were there as well)
The property was secure with security guards and key access only to the rooms and many of the public places, like the grilling area and the pool.
The beach had a lifeguard and the beach itself was clean and memorable, it was like seeing a postcard.
The condo had many items, and all we needed was to buy food and cook it. The condo had a washer and dryer in it which helped with cleaning towels and clothes on a daily basis. The location of the condo was within walking distance for ice cream, quick food stops, and other interesting shops. I even went to visit the BB North Carolina, which was 10 miles away in Wilmington.
This was an A-1 vacation for my wife and our daughter's husband and grandchildren to spend quality time in a quality place.
I would recommend this ground level property to family and friends.
Thank you Maureen.
As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I would be remembering this place for a future stay. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and there were all kinds of amenities. We were a group of 8 adults, and never really felt cramped in the 3 BR/2 BA beach condo. There were plenty of pull-out beds with sheets and pillows. The relatively new kitchen appliances were great quality too. We grilled steaks and cooked an entire dinner for 8 with ease.
There was a problem during our stay with one of the shower handles, and water had to be shut off until a plumber could fix it. The owner responded immediately and got a plumber to come over the weekend to resolve the issue.
We enjoyed walking down to the beach. The storage locker with chairs and umbrellas was very convenient! And there were plenty of towels to go around. The complex had a shower to rinse off after the beach, too.
We had a lovely time at this condo. All of the logistics went smoothly, and Maureen was wonderful to work with. The place was clean and was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and bars. I highly recommend this rental!
The condo was exactly as presented on the web site--very spacious and perfectly decorated with a coastal vibe! It was super clean and very well stocked...no need to bring anything except for your clothes and food! The unit has 3 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room...it feels like a house because of the layout and the overall space. Another huge plus for this property is the location...we were only there for 3 nights and 4 days but we only got in car one time after arriving...we walked to everything. Maureen was super to work with and the welcome basket was a really nice touch. We will be back!!
Maureen was so helpful and responsive both in advance and during our stay. A terrific location for beach walks and to access exploring the restaurants in town and attractions further afield. Had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay; particularly appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Even though the weather was iffy at times, the visit was memorable.
I would stay there again anytime. Maureen was easy to work with and the place was very nice. You are within walking distance of everything too which was great. I hope to be back soon.
