Very short walk onto the beach and NO streets to cross! Family owned and occupied home. The rental is our 2nd fl. 2 BR. New Micro-Fiber Sofa Sectional with Queen size pullout bed will comfortably accommodate another 2 kids.

Total of 6 people are very comfortable. 2 adults & 4 children or 4 Adults & 2 Children.

6 people maximum! MBR has Queen. 2nd BR 2 twins.

Great family location! Dead end street onto the beach. NO thru traffic! Also, walking distance to a GREAT Pizza shop and less than 2 miles to the Super A&P for all your supplies. Fully functional apartment. Everything Included: Utensils, washer/dryer/40' Flat Screen HD-LCD Cable TV/ X-Box 360 Game System and Central Air Conditioning. Just come with your bathing suits and beach towels.

2 beach chairs and a large beach blanket and 1 umbrella will be provided to all renters. There is also an OUTDOOR SHOWER! Great to rinse off after a day at the beach!

Lavallette New Jersey was voted a 'TOP TEN' place to live in NJ. This rental unit is for Families only. It is NOT a PARTY HOUSE!! Lavallette is NOT Seaside's MTV Jersey Shore. 'Situation's, Snookie's and DJ's need NOT apply!!'

Great Weekend at the Shore

This large upstairs apartment is perfect for a quiet beach getaway. All the comforts of home and not a typical beach rental. It felt like home. Comfortable beds, new linens, new couch and premium cable. No streets to cross and a short walk to the sand. PERFECT in every way! Thanks to Tom & Janine!!

Excellent for a young family

We had a lovely lovely time at the beach, thanks in large part to this rental and the wonderful owners! They were welcoming and sooo hospitable! And when my 2 y.o. daughter was sick, they found me an ear thermometer and let me know where the local clinic was in case I needed it.

I cannot recommend it highly enough, for the convenience and quality and we are looking forward already to our next stay!

Perfect Vacation!

We had the absolute best family vacation here! This unit was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 young kids. The owners are sooooooo nice and the apartment is extremely clean and bright, with every convenience you would hope for. Super easy and convenient - just bring your beach towels and enjoy. You also can't beat the location as it is on ocean block, so just a couple of minutes walk to the beach (and you don't have to cross Grand Central Ave). Lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores/shopping in walking distance. We can not wait to visit again!

Home Away from Home!

This rental is as close to home as you will find! Ultra clean, bright, comfortable, full of amenities, and best of all, great owners who treat you like family! We loved the great outdoor shower and relaxing yard, the proximity to the beach, and the short ride to the boardwalk. We spent a perfect summer week enjoying the food and shopping in and around Lavallette and getting much needed R&R on the beautiful, big beaches. Janine and Tom are wonderful people who will make your stay first class. Finding this rental was really hitting the jackpot.

Beautiful accomodations, just as pictured, and welcoming Landlord/family downstairs, that made us feel right at home. Property was kept pristine and well mantained. Location is perfect for a week in Lavallette. Most definately want to return next year. Thanks Janine and Tom. Go Bundys!

Great days at the beach !!!

We rented this apartment June19 thru 25, it was very charming and a great experience.The rental's appearance was just as the owner listed in the photos.The owner does live on the property, which was very helpful and convienent. They answered any questions pertaining to the town, where to find the best restuarants, the best produce markets, the bakery, the fish market, and everything was within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is superb, and a short walk away, we spent all week on the beach. Chairs and umbrella where supplied if you don't have them, what more can you want. After the beach, you can relax in the backyard. The facilities are great - outdoor showers are available, a gas grill is ready to use if you want cook burgers and dogs instead of going out to dinner. I hope your stay will be as great as ours was. We would highly recommend this property to family and friends and hope to rent again when we return to the shore. PS - I forgot the best part, it's air-conditioned.
