This apartment is a great alternative to expensive hotels. Nearby bike rentals for rides around nearby Mission Bay. Numerous nearby rental sites for kayaks, roller blades, sailing. Unit provides beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, coolers, picnic basket, beach bags and boogie boards.
No smoking inside apartment, but three outside private areas available.

I absolutely love having a vacation rental. I've met the most interesting people from all over the world and enjoy making the apartment welcoming and relaxing for my guests. I make every effort to provide anything a guest could want during their stay. I learned to love staying in vacation rentals when I realized I could easily get up in the morning and make myself a cup of coffee and a piece of toast without having to get out of my 'jammies.'

Pacific Beach is the consummate beach community, our location has proximity to beaches (one mile east of Tourmaline Beach), but is a quiet location for relaxing evenings after a busy day of sightseeing or a long day in the sun.
There is good access to restaurants, activities and attractions in San Diego with a quiet retreat to come home to.

I would recommend this condo to anyone. Patie has orange juice, milk, bread and other essentials waiting for you upon arrival. She greets you with every bit of information about the surrounding area and you can call her any time with questions. I've never felt so welcomed before! The condo is a great size and the bedding is very comfortable. Location wise everything is quite close. The beach is about a 15 min walk but very quick drive. A ton of restaurants and a grocery store are within 5 min driving. I can't wait to go back! Patie made everything so easy.
We came for our Anniversary - we honeymooned at Vacation Village in Mission Bay back in 1974 and wanted to be close this year. Patie had champagne and a dozen roses waiting! There was also bread and other necessities right at hand. The flat was really well appointed and comfortable as was the bed! Every day we were thankful that we had found this spot and look forward to our next trip to San Diego - Thanks to Patie for all the thought and care that made our stay and anniversary special!
My husband, friend and I stayed at the apartment for a few days and really enjoyed the rental and location! Patie was great to work with, very friendly and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed. The rental also had everything we needed, from beach items to kitchen items. We would definitely recommend this property! This was a perfect little place to stay while visiting my college son. Patie was very easy to work with and I appreciated her flexibility with allowing me to drop my bags a little before the official check in time and after a six-hour drive. She took the time to show me around and give little tips for my stay. The nicest thing was that she had a little basket with bread, coffee and cookies and had stocked the fridge with juice, milk...and a bottle of wine! Very much appreciated! The neighborhood is quiet and the front lawn has awesome ocean sunsets. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were in perfect condition. The place was top notch clean. My dog appreciated the special doggy towel for use on the couch and one night he even left the bed I brought for him and went into the living room to sleep on that towel on the couch! Another nice touch was a bathrobe, which came in handy on the foggy mornings. Great written instructions on how to set up the wifi and use the tv. She has lots of information on stuff to do and places to eat. Thank you Patie! If I wasn't in such a rush to leave the morning of my check out to beat traffic, I would have loved to stayed and had a chat over coffee. Maybe next time!
We really enjoyed our stay at this very nice, clean and fully-equipped apartment. The owner is so accommodating and friendly but respects your privacy. The location is very convenient to lots of area attractions but is situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood...and parking was never an issue. The little extras provided upon our arrival were much appreciated.
Near Mission Bay, beaches, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, La Jolla, Old Town, Downtown, Harbor, Gaslamp Quarter in downtown San Diego, shopping. San Diego Harbor Cruises, Coronado, Bistros, Little Italy. Pacific Beach is a haven of restaurants. There is a directory in the apartment with the location of banks, restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores, post office and most services.

The following Holidays are rented at the High Season Rate: Thanksgiving; Christmas; New Years.
Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard by owner processed through Costco Merchant Services account or personal check. Fifty percent is due at time reservation is confirmed; balance due 60 days prior to arrival. All funds received 60 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. A Short Term Rental Agreement will be emailed upon inquiry for your review and approval.
