Wow, it really was home away from home.

More comforts than my own home.

Great location and so close to everything, yet quiet and calming.

Everything was just perfect. House is big but felt very cozy. Highly recommend and will rent again.

Cozy - Excellent Location

The home was very cozy and super clean. We had nine adults and space to spare. The location was perfect, a short ride to Salt Lake City and even shorter ride to Park City. We would stay again - However, there are a few things to note: We were there for five nights and the TV did not work the entire time, we spent too much of our vacation speaking with reps from the cable company and finally just gave up. Wifi didn't work for the first couple of days, but the Prop manager sent someone to take a look and he fixed it right up. We had been looking forward to using the Jacuzzi in the cool weather, but the water was only luke warm and the bubbles didn't work. AND most importantly - be sure to READ the binder with the check-out rules! You are required to do A LOT of things upon checkout or you will be charged! I've stayed at many, many rentals and never have I seen so many rules!! It's understood this is someone's home and they wish to keep it nice - but WOW so of the fees were ridiculous. All that being said as I mentioned, we would stay again because the space is lovely!

Owner's Response: We appreciate the candid review of the home. Although our recollection is slightly different, we regret that the guest felt the stay was not perfect. We certainly want our guests to feel at home and well taken care of. We received the call about an issue with the TV and internet and provided access to an internet connection from the home next door until someone could come take a look. The next day our service tech visited the home and a simple reboot of the router solved the issue! The guest and the tech did some troubleshooting with the TV without any luck. We were told not to worry that the TV was not needed, so we did not interrupt the rest of the stay. After the guest's check out, we called Directv and found there to be a box unplugged and when plugged in, the TV worked fine. We were never notified of an issue with the hot tub and found it to be in working order for the next guest. Regarding the check out procedure... there are notes to leave all used beds unmade, to ensure trash is in trash receptacles, to leave used towels and wash clothes on the bathroom floor or in the tub and a few other items. There are small housekeeping charges noted if not completed. Our check out procedures encourage respect and care for the home and fees have only been necessary to implement a handful of times in 10 years of managing. Unfortunately, these procedures must be in place for the less than 1% of guests that do not care for the home. These guests were great and we would hope they will stay again as a less than perfect stay is the exception and we would be happy for the opportunity to exceed expectations!

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!

We recently stayed in this town home for spring break along with another family. We were a total of 8 people. The home is vey spacious, clean and was able to accommodate all of us without being on top of one another. Location couldn't be better, its centrally located to everywhere you want to go. We loved that it has a trail to hike just behind the town homes and a wonderful jacuzzi to melt away any worries. Can't wait to come back!!!

Great location and kitchen.

Stayed in the house with a group of 11 adults for a week. Great location and fulky stocked kitchen. . Hot tub on the deck is a great bonus feature for those apres ski activities. Locations is very convenient to Park City and Kimball Junction. Easy 35 minute ride to LCC and BCC resorts too. Only thing that would have made the trip better would be more snow, but owner cannot control that. Would recommend and stay again.

AMAZING townhouse! Wonderful location - close to everything!! Beautifully decorated and had everything one could need. Hot tub was a huge bonus. Gas fireplace was not only beautiful but also kept everyone warm. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!!!
