|Minimum Stay||4 - 6 nights|
Our family has enjoyed many vacations on this lake over the last 20 years. Some of these vacations were with other families and at least once a summer, a large family reunion. We purchased this home for just these events and hopefully in the future a peaceful retirement with lots of grandchildren. Until that time we plan on vacationing a few weeks a year and sharing our dream home through VRBO.
This home is ideal for multiple families.
Located on the Kings River Arm of Table Rock (the quiet side) is our 4 bedroom 3 bath Paradise offering over 3800 sq ft of family fun. The main level is very spacious and open and finished with the best quality of fixtures and finishes. Neutral decor with all the upgrades including exotic granite, hand scraped hard wood floors, custom trim and cabinets, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, etc. It is hard to believe this a 'Lake Home'.
The Large Master bedroom has a pillow top king bed, 2 large cedar closets, love seat, LCD TV and a private bath. Large picture windows and glass sliding doors to access the upper deck. The lake side wall has floor to ceiling remote controlled custom blinds. It is so cool to wake up and hit a button to open the blinds and the lake appears right in front of you. You didn't even have to get out of bed!!
The Second Bedroom also has King pillow top bed, LCD TV, large cedar closet and neutral decor.
The third bedroom has (2) queen beds and dresser with patio doors accessing the front of the property.
The fourth bedroom has (2) full size beds and dresser.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and very plush carpeting.
The basement level is where the Fun begins for kids and adults alike. Over 1400 sq ft of open space with 12' ceilings and a floor to ceiling double sided fireplace. The walls have natural cedar lining cut and milled from cedar trees on the property. We have installed air hockey, foos ball, full size multi-cade arcade games, game table, LCD TV's, Stereo, Wet bar and even an Arcade Style 8' bowling lane.
Now to the great outdoors. This is why we come to the Lake right? We have over 1400 sq ft on two levels of covered decks. A natural creek and waterfall runs through the property and you walk from the lower deck over a bridge to the back yard. The space is cleared and very open with a path to the waters edge and a large fire pit. Our property is three lots wide and has approximately 300' of lake front. Several cliffs along the water to fish from and easy access into the water. Definitely the best fishing on lake is the Kings River Arm. When the pro's come to town this is where they fish. Crappy, Bass, Walleye and Catfish. Trout fishing is available in three locations just a short 10 min drive to the Roaring and White Rivers.
The State Park boat launch is 1.1 miles away. The Kings River marina is approximately 4 minutes by water. We do not have a boat slip available but our small cove is perfect for mooring a boat and jet skis, or you can rent a slip at the marina (17 minute drive by land)
We are located 20 minutes from Cassville, Mo and Berryville AR, where you will find Wal-Mart and other services. There are smaller stores within 5-10 minutes of our home. Some close attractions are Eureka Springs (20 min), Roaring River State Park and nearby Water Slide (20 min), Branson (45min) Golfing at either Holiday Island or Kings River and the 'Great Passion Play' in Eureka Springs.
Table Rock Lake is one of the best kept secrets left in this country, 800 miles of shoreline -- it would take a lifetime to take it all in.

Mark and I are now empty nesters residing in Warrensburg, MO with my parents. We have three daughters all in or recently graduated from college. Mark is having his mid-life crisis which involves triathlons, a ton of cycling and killing himself on the slalom course just down from the lake house. I don't have the heart to tell him at 50, he is probably never going to conquer it. My passion is quilting. You may notice a few of my projects around the lake house. We enjoy the entire lake experience. Keep in mind you don't have to be on the water to enjoy the lake. We were down over the winter this year and it was just amazing. The kids have grown up vacationing each summer on this lake and we are just happy to share our new found home with others.
We have been coming to Table Rock every summer with our girls since 1996. Now that they are getting to 'that age' we wanted a place to entice them and their future families to come visit. This is the perfect place! We just truly love the relaxing environment around the lake. Not over commercialized or to busy, just a big family lake that we have always enjoyed.
The Kings River Arm is a unique part of Table Rock Lake. Still large enough for any water sports, but slightly narrower as it winds its way down to Arkansas. We have found this to be a huge advantage if you're looking for glassy smooth water without hundreds of boats everywhere. There is a slalom course 1/4 mile from the house. The fishing is good and can be excellent during certain seasons. Trout fishing is available in three separate locations just a short drive away. (White River, down from Beaver Dam, Roaring River and Lake Taneycomo). For serious cyclist there are unlimited miles of country roads south in Arkansas. Mark is an avid cyclist and has rode all around the world. The riding in this part of the country is as challenging and beautiful as any in the world.
This house is the perfect getaway at arguably one of the best spots on Table Rock Lake. The house is very tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had a group of 8 and had more than enough room. The teens made the most use of the downstairs game room- coolest room in the house! We live to be outdoors- the back yard is private and serene surrounded by trees and beautiful lake scenery with a fire pit, rock cliffs all on a quiet cove. We brought a ski boat and 2 jet skis and were able to safely anchor them all in the cove there at the property. Lake traffic in the area was minimal and we were able to lounge on our rafts in the cove. The kids fished and threw cast nets from the rock cliffs. The owners, Mark and Lisa, took very special care to make sure we had everything we needed. If we can get back to the lake again, we will definitely rent this house.
We absolutely loved our time in this beautiful home. We fished right off the rocks in the back yard, drove our boat up and moored it by the house, and enjoyed dining and cooking out on the huge decks. There is tons of room and we had a blast playing air hockey and video games. The beds are soft and the furnishings are all great. The owners were easy to contact and happy to answer our questions. We are already planning our next trip back.
Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It was so peaceful, beautiful, and comfortable. There was only 2 of us, but this home could accommodate a large family easily. We mostly stayed at the house because the view of the lake was so relaxing, and we felt at home, however we did venture into Eureka Springs and Dog Wood Canyon which was a short drive away. I would highly recommend this home to anyone needing to get away.
We had a great time at this house. It is absolutely beautiful on the inside, and very well kept and cared for. The views of the lake are equally awesome. It is so nice to be on a quiet lake and not be bothered by campers or noisy neighbors. We met the owners, who are extremely nice people who genuinely want you to have a good time there. We spent a lot of time in the game room due to the heat, but also on the back deck.
We loved visiting Eureka Springs - very cute town - and also the Turpentine Creek Big Cat Refuge just outside of ES. We also very much enjoyed Dogwood Canyon Park - it's pricey, but really well maintained and organized, and very pretty with tons to do.
There were ten of us, 5 adults and 5 children. We were all happy with our vacation. We rented a pontoon one afternoon, along with a sea scooter. Spent a day in Eureka Springs, took the tram ride around the town. Some of our group went back for the Passion Play and a ghost tour. Spent one day in Branson. Rode the "Ducks" . The driver was great, all the kids got to drive, told us a lot about the area. The brave members of our trip rode on the zip line over Lake Taneycomo. One day was spent at Kings River State park, fish hatchery, trails, wading and on the way home the water slide. Had fires on two nights, even if was 85 degrees, great marshmallows. Not sure who was the king or queen of air hockey! Loved the mornings out on the deck. The house was great. A good time was had by all!!!
To start,.... the home is as expected, from the Information Sheet. Really great and relaxing area of the lake. We rented a Pontoon boat at King's River Marina, for the week, but we drove back and forth all week instead of having it at the property. The debris from the storms was too much down the King's River.
However, the lake is beautiful and we had so much fun anyway. We did catch some fish from the rock cliffs in back of the house, at the lake shore. We played games on the back deck for hours!!!
We were able to hook up to the WIFI with no problem and it's just a short drive to many nice areas around the lake, including the short drive to Eureka Springs - much fun! We enjoyed the Fire Pit one night and would love to return soon!
Thanks for a great vacation. My parents really enjoyed this home too...
The Great Passion Play in Eureka Springs and Roaring River State Park are both within 20 minutes and must see attractions.
