Welcome to 9 Wisteria Lane (featured in a USA Today article comparing it favorably to the Wisteria Lane in the TV show Desperate Housewives), is located in the middle of a subtropical and picturesque setting of Greenwood Forest in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation…just off the Sea Pines bike trails and just a short bike ride to the beach, Harbor Town, and South Beach Village.

We have all the features and comforts you’ll need to have a relaxing vacation and enjoy the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island.

Our home is located across the street from the 5th fairway and 6th tee box of the Harbour Town Golf Link -We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do!

As a guest in Greenwood Forest, you’ll have access to our private, recently renovated neighborhood pool during the warm seasons (April 15- October 15-not heated), play area, and tennis court. You’ll also have free access to Sea Pines’ Beach Club - Renovated in 2014.

Walk to our community center with a pool, basketball court, tennis court, and a NEW children's playground (pool and tennis court renovated summer 2013).

Come and enjoy the new (renovated 2014) Plantation Golf Club and Live Oak restaurant. The new building features history-minded details, as well as modern, first class finishes.

The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibogue Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk to the Harbour Town golf links, home of the Heritage pro tour golf tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, former host of the Family Circle Tennis tournament - and run by Stan Smith. Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant, and newspaper.

Enjoy the amenities of the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an outdoor bar and grill, and nightly entertainment. The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and 'building castles in the sand.'

Why Carla Lundy chose Hilton Head

We were vacationing with friends who owned a home in Sea Pines. We loved it so much we decided to buy a home for ourselves to enjoy. We love the natural setting, wonderful white sandy beaches and miles and miles of bike trails. It is such a relaxing environment. My son loves to skim board and boogie board at the beach. One of the dogs loves visiting Lawton Stables. There is never a dull moment!

What makes this house unique

We actually purchased this home as a second home with no intentions of renting. We finally realized we just are not able to visit as often as we would like so we decided to share our home with others. We have updated most of the home. Our home feels larger than the acutal square footage. Very Spacious bedrooms. It is a great home and it is very centrally located in Sea Pines. We are not the biggest or the closest to the beach but we do offer an excellent vacation value. We visit several times a year. We are proactive homeowners so this is our home not just a rental. We hope enjoy our home as much as we do!

Just perfect

This home is just perfect!! It has way more than expected. Short bike ride to the beach which we spent a lot of time there. Pool was great as well. It was so nice having a fenced yard for our dog. No worries on letting him out great location! We just booked for next year. You will NOT be dissapointed what so ever. Carla was awesome. Always responded immediately. I can't wait to go back. Miss it

Another great stay at 9 Wisteria Lane

This was our second year staying at 9 Wisteria Lane. Booked again for 2017 before we left this year! Perfect house for our family. The house is in great condition and the owners constantly keep everything updated and in great working order. Small yard is great for small pets or for the kids to kick soccer ball around, etc. Storage room has everything you need for a great time on the beach from umbrellas to beach chairs, etc. Even enough room to store at least 4 bikes during visit. Great, quiet neighborhood for nice evening walks with a very nice and clean community pool. Cant go wrong with this rental for a great time on Hilton Head!!

We enjoy it!

We stay there every year. It always is pristine, inside and out. I always think it is perfect, but when we come the next year, she has made another improvement! The owner is very accessible if the need arises to contact her. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors. Convenient to the superb bike walking/bike paths. Easy to bike to the beach.

It really is in the middle of everything, walk to the harbor, see the boats, to the Center for the shops, some restaurants, to the golf courses, etc. There is a nearby pool which looks nice but since we stay just at the end of winter we have not had a chance to use it.

A Gem in Greenwood Forest

Greenwood Forest is our favorite place to stay on Hilton Head, and 9 Wisteria Lane will now be our first choice any time we visit. The house is just as nice as it looks in the pictures, and it has everything you may want to guarantee a great stay. We enjoyed meals at the large dinner table, relaxing in the living room and on the patio, cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, walking in the neighborhood and biking all around. Fenced in back yard made it easy for our dog to safely enjoy the sun outside. The area is very quiet and restful, but close enough to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Working with Carla was a pleasant experience as well, she is very responsive and efficient.
