Welcome to 9 Wisteria Lane (featured in a USA Today article comparing it favorably to the Wisteria Lane in the TV show Desperate Housewives), is located in the middle of a subtropical and picturesque setting of Greenwood Forest in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation…just off the Sea Pines bike trails and just a short bike ride to the beach, Harbor Town, and South Beach Village.

We have all the features and comforts you’ll need to have a relaxing vacation and enjoy the natural beauty of Hilton Head Island.

Our home is located across the street from the 5th fairway and 6th tee box of the Harbour Town Golf Link -We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do!

As a guest in Greenwood Forest, you’ll have access to our private, recently renovated neighborhood pool during the warm seasons (April 15- October 15-not heated), play area, and tennis court. You’ll also have free access to Sea Pines’ Beach Club - Renovated in 2014.

Come and enjoy the new (renovated 2014) Plantation Golf Club and Live Oak restaurant. The new building features history-minded details, as well as modern, first class finishes.

The restaurants and shops of South Beach Marina and the Calibogue Sound lie to the southwest. Walk, bike, or drive to the championship golf courses, tennis courts, or beaches. Walk to the Harbour Town golf links, home of the Heritage pro tour golf tournament. Walk or bike to the Sea Pines Racquet Club, former host of the Family Circle Tennis tournament - and run by Stan Smith. Walk to the Sea Pines Center for your morning coffee, croissant, and newspaper.

Enjoy the amenities of the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an outdoor bar and grill, and nightly entertainment. The hard white sand is ideal for beachcombing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddleball, and 'building castles in the sand.'

Why Carla Lundy chose Hilton Head

We were vacationing with friends who owned a home in Sea Pines. We loved it so much we decided to buy a home for ourselves to enjoy. We love the natural setting, wonderful white sandy beaches and miles and miles of bike trails. It is such a relaxing environment. My son loves to skim board and boogie board at the beach. One of the dogs loves visiting Lawton Stables. There is never a dull moment!

What makes this house unique

We actually purchased this home as a second home with no intentions of renting. We finally realized we just are not able to visit as often as we would like so we decided to share our home with others. We have updated most of the home. Our home feels larger than the acutal square footage. Very Spacious bedrooms. It is a great home and it is very centrally located in Sea Pines. We are not the biggest or the closest to the beach but we do offer an excellent vacation value. We visit several times a year. We are proactive homeowners so this is our home not just a rental. We hope enjoy our home as much as we do!

Great location in Sea Pines with nice kitchen and yard.

9 Wisteria Lane was a great spot for our family of four. 2 beds and 2 baths is perfect for that number since our kids can share a bed. The kitchen was nicely updated and appointed. Bathrooms were updated as well which is a plus. The yard was large and fenced in if you have smaller kids that need to run around. Would recommend for a low-key family getaway in Sea Pines.

My husband and I and our two golden retrievers had the pleasure of spending two weeks in this lovely home. The location was very quiet and peaceful and the secured fenced in back yard was perfect. The house is extremely well stocked including the laundry detergent! With a modern kitchen and spacious house, comfortable beds - you just can't go wrong and you will not be disappointed. The walk to the beach is a beautiful paved shady short 15 min walk. The dogs loved it! We have already booked for the same time next year....Thank you Lundy family for sharing your beautiful home! Our 2 week vacation stay at 9 Wisteria Lane from Jan 28th to Feb 11th.

What a wonderful home it is. It was as if we were staying in our own home with all the amenities to go with it. The fenced in yard was a bonus for our dog. In fact, the whole subdivision was dog friendly. We want to thank Carla for offering us her home.

We had to relocate after 2 weeks to another home and all I can say is I wish I can say the same thing about it - but can't.

Thanks again Carla. We appreciate your constant contact with us concerning the hurricane and if we still had a place to stay.

Beautiful community

The house is perfect for our stay in Hilton Head. The community is very convenient to all the bike trails, beach and Harbor Town. The fenced yard is very wonderful and the house is very welcoming. Looking forward to our 3 weeks next year.

Our Favorite HHI Escape

We were very fortunate to recently "escape" once again to 9 Wisteria Lane for some R & R and much-needed sunshine. This was our 3rd visit to Carla’s exceptional house, and as soon as we walk through the door, we feel right at home, and are never disappointed!

The house is on a lovely and private street, and while very cozy, it is surprisingly spacious and well laid out. It is tastefully appointed, yet warm and comfortable, and we especially appreciate the bright and stylish bathrooms and beautifully updated kitchen. The house is full of light and has easy access to the manicured and fenced-in yard, perfect for our dog, as well as grilling and sunbathing for us!

We are always impressed with how spotless and immaculate everything is, and the complete lack of any personal clutter. However, the cabinets are fully stocked with attractive dishes, utensils, glassware, and brand new ‘high end” cookware; and even other handy items, like spices, sugar, cooking oil, and paper products. We are also so grateful that our Pomeranian Jasmine is welcome here, but this home is sparkling clean, and perfect for non-pet owners as well.

Finally, the location of the house is terrific...quiet and tranquil, yet convenient to the bike trails, Sea Pines Center (and Truffles and Giuseppe's!), and only a short walk/run or bike ride to a private beach. A quick drive or even a bike ride gets you to the local grocery store, movie theater, and the always exciting "Barmuda Triangle" including our favorite haunt…Reilly's!!!

Carla is always most helpful and professional throughout the process, and ensures that everything is in order and up to our expectations. It is without reservation that we recommend this outstanding property, and we have already booked a return trip in the fall!!
