About The Owner

I grew up in New Paltz, New York, on the Hudson River halfway between New York City and Albany. I moved to Savannah in the Summer of 2002 when I accepted my position as Sales and Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the history, scenery, dinning, and nightlife that downtown Savannah offers. In my spare time, I began renovating properties in the heart of Savannah's Downtown Historic District.

During my 14 year tenure at Gulfstream Aerospace, I have had the amazing good fortune to travel to over 100 countries; many of them repeatedly. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels in almost every major city in the world. While staying in these amazing properties, I would always take notes on the décor and amenities I found most desirable. I have included many of these ideas in my property back here in Savannah, hoping to use my experience to provide amazing accommodations to the discerning traveler.

Today, I still live in Savannah with my wife Radka, our son John, and our two dogs, Jake and Mini.

Savannah Vacation

I can't say enough good things about this property. The modern kitchen, comfy beds, and courtyard were the highlights. Location was close to everything and there's even a two car garage. Parking is very difficult downtown, so having the garage was key. I would rent here again!

Long weekend in Savannah, GA

We recently returned from a long weekend in Savannah. We really enjoyed our stay at this awesome townhouse. The place is close to the many beautiful squares in the historic district of Savannah. The location is perfect for exploring everything the city has to offer including Forsyth Park, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shopping. Although you don't need a car, if you do have one there is a two car garage which seems rare in the historic district. Communication with the property manger was very professional and friendly. The owner uses a lock box system for access to the property which was very convenient. The townhouse has high ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors and stainless appliances. Overall the property was very clean and tastefully decorated which allowed us to feel at home very quickly. The kitchen was well stocked and open to the living room which was great for socializing! We were three couples and everything was great. By far, the best amenity was the private courtyard and grill. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the amazing weather. I would think that this is definitely one of the most desirable properties in the historic district. I wish the owners had some loaner bikes to ride around the city; that would have been amazing!

Great place in great location

My group of friends rented this townhome to visit Savannah for the 4th of July weekend. We could not have been happier with the property. It was very spacious and comfortable, and was great for a large group. The private courtyard in the back was great for grilling, and the two-car garage was extremely convenient. The property is within walking distance of the whole historic district but is situated in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Also the owner was wonderful to work with; we had a small AC issue and they were very quick to send out a handyman to fix it (on a Friday night at 7 PM), and even sent over box fans despite having fixed the issue. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a visit to Savannah.

Marathon Manor!

My wife and I, and two other couples, stayed at the house for the 2014 Savannah Marathon. We had a great time and the house was exactly as pictured. The house was very convenient to the starting line, the finish line, and to all of the shopping and restaurants in the historic district of Savannah. We parked our cars in the garage and left them there the entire time, except for the short drive one day to Tybee Island. The house is great and perfectly located to walk the city!

Wonderful place to stay in Savannah!

We went to Savannah for a long weekend in October, with another couple, and rented this lovely condo. When we walked in, we were surprised by how spacious and modern it was. it was absolutely perfect for us to use as home base as we explored Savannah, Hilton Head and Charleston. We particularly enjoyed having a 1/2 bath on the first floor. The huge tv was great once we figured out how to make it work! it was also a great asset to have garage parking as the street parking fills up quickly. We had an wonderful time and will stay here again when we return to beautiful Savannah.

Family Trip

What a great location and property!! While not in the middle of the downtown area it's easily walkable. We had 7 adults and were very comfortable. The appliances are high end if you want to cook or just store some groceries. Property was clean and modern. The projection screen in the living room was a great addition for a wind down after a day of sightseeing! Parking can be a little tight if you have more than one car, but we'd rent again!
