Lake Norman is a special place in fall and winter. The views are beyond compare. The fishing is great! And, the weather is nice! The cove is peaceful year round and the gradual slope on the beach is great for children.

Lake Norman has over 500 miles of shoreline to explore. Fishing is great on Lake Norman. You won't have to leave the dock to catch fish! There is a two person kayak and paddles available for your use. Also a paddle boat is available.

The property is surrounded by woods. Lots of places to explore and for children to play. Wildlife is abundant. Deer and wild turkeys frequent the area.

The porch swing is the perfect place to watch the beautiful sunsets over Lake Norman! The fire pit down by the water is a relaxing way to wind down after a day on the water.

The home has two living areas, 4 flat screen tv's, Wii game console and games. Fully equipped kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided as well as paper products.

Pack your suitcase and come on! The fun begins as soon as you walk in the door!

The home is located on a flat lot with a gradual slope into the water at the beach. It was built to be handicap friendly. There is a ramp from the garage into the house and an outside elevator from the upper deck to the lower patio. The master bathroom is equipped with grab bars. The home is ideal for families with children. The beach allows safe play for all ages.

The third bedroom upstairs has a window that looks out to a wooded area and a window that looks out to the road.

There are two living areas. The one upstairs (road level) seats 6 people comfortably with additional seating at the bar in the adjoining kitchen area. The downstairs living area is on the lake level. It seats 5 comfortably. There is a bar there with 4 bar stools.

Departure cleaning is included in your rate. Renter cleaning is no longer offered.
We only rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) during the months of June and July. A minimum of two nights is required all other times.
Half of your rent is due upon booking. The second half is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
