This newly renovated and professionally decorated luxury four-bedroom vacation home sits on NOPA in the heart of San Francisco and is the perfect short-term retreat for professionals and vacationers. This is a up-scale vacation home with a very contemporary interior has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a sunny living/dining room providing city view, a large terrace for activities, and a modern designer kitchen equipped with all brand new Viking appliances. The master bathroom has beautiful travertine marble covering the floor, and there is even a large double size Jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom for you to enjoy under the natural sun/moon.
This luxurious bi-level home spaciously sleeps up to 10 people, which provides convenience for group travelers and families at any size. We also own many vacation home within walking distance.

The dining room features a classy table with seating for 8. It has a beautifully restored architectural details and beautiful chandeliers, which provides an elegant ambiance for any meal. Dining set can accommodate 8 guests at the same time. Flatware, server ware provided as well. The dining room opens into the kitchen.
The kitchen is a chef's sweetest dream. It is perfectly setup for entertaining. It is a beautiful room with custom made cabinets and high-end appliances. It is fully equipped with a Viking range and hood, full-sized Subzero refrigerator with ice dispenser, Bosch Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, cooking supplies, and spices. The kitchen features lovely tile high-end tile work and custom cut granite countertops.
There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 queen beds. For larger parties, there is also a full size futon- or you can rent another one of our beautiful homes in the area. The flat comfortably sleeps 8 adults. The three beautiful bathrooms are well appreciated for their elegance and privacy. Linens and towels are provided.
The house features a deck and a patio. The deck is accessible through the living room, and the patio accessible through downstairs bedroom. . It has an outdoor BBQ grill.

Street parking is free and is not too difficult. Please adhere to street signs when using street parking. There is a parking garage nearby as well.

The house is centrally located on Broderick Street and Hayes. Several area attractions are close by including Haight-Ashbury, Golden Gate Park, Castro district, Japantown, de Young museum, Fillmore Street, and City Hall. Also walkable are several well-reviewed area restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. It is within walking distance from Alamo Square with its famous view of the row houses, 'painted ladies' and recently renovated playground for children.
There are 4 different bus lines close by that take you to anywhere in the city easily, from downtown to the ocean. A cab ride to downtown costs $8 to $10.

This place had a great setup for our large group and had all the key elements of being a great rental overall. The kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of space, and it had everything we could possibly need. However, the place desperately needs a deep clean, a few coats of paint, and a new sofa in the living room. The sofa in particular was filthy and reeked. One of the back doors didn't properly lock. There were fruit flies when we arrived and they kept us company throughout our stay.
We found NoPa Place fair to average at best. While their are nice sleeping options with 5 queen beds, the property itself looks way nicer in the photos than in person. The place smelled (musty or urine like) and we resorted to using air freshener frequently. The area is very up and coming with great coffee shops, pizza shops and restaurants nearby. It felt safe. Getting around beyond Golden Gate Park, Alamo Square and Haight-Ashbury required taxis which were a little challenging; definitely worth using Uber to secure quick service. Our biggest complaint is the noise--the upstairs tenants are extremely noisy--often late at night (4am on a Saturday, 1-2am weekdays)--talking, yelling and endless pounding above. Perhaps if you are used to this it would not bother you but I did not sleep a full night while I was there due to the noise. We did get prompt service when we called first needing an air freshener and then to request the front, outside stairway and walkway to be cleaned up after walking around trash for a few days. We did not call to request toilet paper, rather just bought it ourselves but a roll in each bathroom would have been nice.
NoPa Place is in a good location depending on what you want to do--if it is just hang out in San Fran and have easy access to good restaurants. If you are going to site see--it is off the main path of activities--a pro or con depending on your interest. It really needs a simple paint and replacement of all the old and stained pillows, rugs and bedding. Something should be done about the neighbors.
We had nine friends gather from literally across the globe to celebrate a dear friends birthday. We stayed in the Boutikia home close to Alamo Square. From the beginning, the Boutikia staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating.
The home offered comfortable, spacious rooms for the group to gather and enjoy time together, while also having enough bedrooms to allow for private and quiet time.
The location offered numerous restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, not to mention the spectacular city views from Alamo Square (just a short two block distance from the home). Public transportation, taxis and Uber were readily available to get us from Sausalito to the Fisherman's Warf.
The icing on the cake happened after we left San Francisco. When leaving, I forgot to include several of my personal items when packing to return home. Once home, I contacted the Boutikia staff who promptly went to the property, retrieved the items I had left behind, and sent them to me, neatly packed.
The property was an excellent value!
We were a group of 7--2 of us in our 60s (the parents) and 5 of us in our 20s (the kids). The kids had no complaints at all. The location is great. The beds and bathrooms were clean. There was enough room. We all appreciated the small soaps and shampoos and hair dryers that were available. We had great after-hours support from Boutikia when a neighbor's music became overwelming.
The parents were fascinated attempting to discover who did what and when in terms of the renovation. There were several types of floor covering. There was good (what appeared to be travertine) tile on parts of the kitchen wall and then much cheaper solid sheet backing. Some of the cabinets blocked light fixtures. But, we do not own it, so these were matters of curiosity only.
The parents' advice to the owners is : replace the living room furniture. It is beyond cleaning. Replace the stairway carpet. Ditto. Go through the cabinets and trash all the vases and cracked dishware. Spiff up the entry by replacing all the bulbs, sweeping the stairs and drive and attempting to get the fruit flies to move on. Why are there pieces of masking tape intermittently on the walls? The parents' advice to visitors: don't bother bringing a car.
We really enjoyed this home in Nopa. The house is split into three levels. The first level and bottom level are the rental property, the third level is a long term tenant. The two floors that we were able to rent were nicely appointed with marble in the bathrooms and kitchen. For a rental property in San Francisco, it definitely fits a good amount of people. Our favorite part of the rental was the location, right in the heart of the Nopa district, you are less than two miles from everything. The rental agency was very accommodating to us. We left a few items behind at the house and their housekeepers found the items and sent them back to us right away. We've rented some other properties before and they didn't seem to care about our left behind items. Not here, they were attentive to our needs and we got everything back quickly. Location is important in San Francisco, and this is a great place to be.
This home is truly wonderful. A couple coworkers and I stayed here on a recent trip to San Francisco. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Check-in and out was a breeze, and fresh linens etc were all ready upon our arrival. The house itself is gorgeous - many colleagues visiting it commented on the attention to detail inside. For 3-6 people, this place is a steal compared to staying in a hotel. We put all the amenities to use: giant gas grill, Viking range, jacuzzi tub, etc. I look forward to staying here on my next trip to SF.
