There is one off-street covered parking space. A short walk up two steps from the parking area to the front door of the unit. This is as few as any of the units in Hawk Ridge. The condo has a full size washer and dryer in separate tiled alcove, complete with laundry soap. It is nicely furnished in a southwest theme and very clean.

We rented this property for a one-month period and would not only love to stay there again but would most definitely recommend it to friends and family. We had a great view of the casinos down the hill, the mountains in the distance, and golf courses in the other direction with no obstruction of other buildings. This two-bedroom condo was very clean and well equipped. It was also great to have a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. We could occasionally hear the person that lived in the condo upstairs but for the most part, it was quiet. The only other distraction was the airport that was close by but again, that was not a deal breaker. There are several golf courses near by, two theatres and several casinos. If you are looking for a great deal on dining, the casinos all offer excellent food at very reasonable prices.

It is within one mile of the north freeway exit and is convenient to other locations in town. Both the morning view across the valley and the evening sunsets are spectacular. Front row view over looking quiet Marilyn Redd park and green fairways. We have enjoyed our visits to Hawk Ridge and this unit in particular. Access to this unit is the best at Hawk Ridge.

Enjoy watching outdoor motocross or riding your own ATV on the many designated trails. Enjoy live theater, concerts and art festivals at the beautiful Tuacahn outdoor amphitheater 40 miles north on I-15. There are seven challenging golf courses in Mesquite and additional courses in St. George.
