What a gem!

This property was perfect for our needs! First, we wanted something close enough for our family vacation to Story Land and Santa's Village. This home is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac that's close to the village of North Conway, yet out of the way of all the traffic! The yard was plenty big and flat, so the kids enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway and running around. Plus, the property offers access to the community pool and tennis court, both of which we used quite a bit during our stay. Second, the house itself fit our party of seven very comfortably. The kitchen was big and well supplied with dishes, glasses, and cookware. The living space was nice and open, and there is a fun playroom for the kids that had family-friendly games and movies with plenty of space for the entire family to hang out together. We are very sensitive to cleanliness, and this home was very clean - in fact, was cleaner than other homes we've rented at a higher price! Third, the owners met us promptly at the scheduled time for check-in and were very friendly and accessible (if needed). Overall, we would recommend this property highly to others, and we will definitely rent from the Lamers again when we return to the area!

Great vacation 2nd time staying

Once again the house was in great shape and met the needs of 2 families. This was our second year using the house for vacation and we love the location and easy access to everything. It's great to have everything we needed without any hassle (linens, sport equipment, grill and facility pool). Rosemary is easy to work with and answers any questions you may have. House is as good as it gets.

Great Family Vacation Home

My family and I ( total of 5 people 2 adults 3 children) have stayed in many vacation homes, but I do have to say this was by bar the best home that we stayed in. The home had 3 bedrooms plus a bonus room upstairs that had a television, dvd, player, couch, and twin bed. My oldest grandson loved this room. All the bedding was super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, etc. The deck off the living room was nice to sit at in the morning to have coffee. The house was immaculate from top to bottom. The outside provided a large yard for the kids to play in along with a basketball hoop which was a big hit! The house was located on a dead end street and made it very safe for the children to enjoy riding their bikes. We were a short 5 minute drive to the center of town. Rosemary was very easy to talk with and always answered our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property to those traveling with children or even as an adults weekend away.

Spotless house, great location!

Stayed here with my 2 young children, and my husband for a week. The house is spacious, clean and well maintained. Close drive to the town and tons of hiking trails. Both Rosemary and Andrew are very friendly and responsive. Would have liked more amenities in the kitchen and toys for the toddlers.

Overall a great experience! We are looking forward to coming back during the foliage season.

Close to Everything

House was great for 2 families with everything we needed. Close to Cranmore Mountain which allows you to avoid most of the main strip, but give you access on the back side to wherever you need to go. Nice to see games already there for the kids along with a blow up mattress for our young son. Central air is a plus, even when you don't need it. Honestly I don't even think we turned on the tv, kids were able to play outside in yard or bball in driveway. My wife and I jogged through the development, which was nice, but plenty of dips and hills. Visit Jackson a few miles past Storyland, nice watering holes and great views. Overall a great place to stay.
