About Bridget Dougherty

About Us: Bridget has owned this vintage Victorian building for more than 20 years. We like to travel and very much seek out and enjoy staying in furnished suites. That was and still is our inspiration. We are a family of 5 who live in Chicago. We take a lot of pride in our business, in the building. We are available and happy to help make your stay a delight! We love Chicago, we want to share it, and we hope you will love Chicago too!

There are times we need to put a higher priority into guests checking in and staying with us compared with e-mails. Please be patient with us...It is top priority that guests feel comfortable and glad to be staying in our units.

As a small company, there is always a give-and-take with being on site as well as being at the computer. Still, we strive for good customer service all around. Again, our goal is for our guests to be delighted with their Chicago stay.

Why Bridget Dougherty chose Ranch Triangle

This property is a nice, vintage building that adds historical value to the neighborhood and to Halsted St. The transportation is terrific and easy for commuting! Neighbors are friendly. There is so much to do and this location is very centrally located in Chicago.

What makes this condo unique

The Victorian front, especially the stained glass windows got Bridget's immediate attention. There is a very warm feel on the property and the backyard is charming. It is also walking distance to TWO el lines! The Brown Line Armitage El stop and the Red Line North Ave. El stop are walking distance. All of the shops and restaurants on Armitage and Halsted are very convenient as well.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend In Chicago!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I loved staying here! We were in Chicago for our daughter's wedding at Floating World Gallery, just across the street. Bridget was so helpful answering all our questions leading up to our stay. The location was perfect with shops and restaurants just steps away. Other destinations were just a quick Lyft ride away. We enjoyed the patio off the master bedroom for late night visits. The suite was nicely furnished with comfy beds and plenty of towels! We also had family staying in the suite above, which worked out so well for our weekend in the city! You won't be sorry staying here. Thanks, Bridget!

October fun in Chicago

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful stay in Chicago for 4 days. Part of it was having such a nice place to stay in Lincoln Park. The unit was a good size, very comfortable, clean and well appointed. The owner, Bridget, answered our questions promptly and supplied ideas of what to do and where to eat. It was great to be able to walk to dinner after a fun day of sightseeing. We hope to visit again!!

Sweet Escape

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The 7 of us all fit comfortably in the home. The location is PERFECT. Short walk to the L, ubers always available, but we preferred walking to all our locations. Just a 15-20 minute walk you can reach the Zoo, farmer's market, and great shops all within minutes. We never even had to leave the area to find food because such great food was right next door. Bridget was available whenever I had a question and has taken great care in her property. We will be back!

Great location!

  • 5 of 5

Very nice 3 bedroom condo in a great location. Bridget was very helpful with our check-in needs. We were 6 adults and this was very comfortable for all of us. With 2 full bedrooms, getting ready for a wedding was easy.

My only criticism is no extra rolls of toilet paper. Yikes- plan ahead!

Location! Location! Location!

  • 4 of 5

We had a wonderful stay over this past weekend. The neighborhood was amazing - lots of great restaurants nearby. Beautiful tree lined streets. Easy walk to Lincoln park and train. Quick uber ride to the water or further uptown/downtown.

Bridget was kind enough to send her husband to meet us and show us around after I told her we would be arriving an hour earlier.

Leading up to the trip, communication was tough, which gave me some anxiety. It all worked out in the end, but I was worried our stay wasn't confirmed after months of unreturned emails. That said, the week leading up to our stay and during our stay, Bridget did respond to all texts.

Overall, great spot to stay!
