A 5-Coconut rated condo on your own private beach! This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located next to the Chankanaab Ecological Park and the Uvas Beach club where snorkeling, kayaking and scuba diving take place in the calm waters of the Caribbean ocean every day.

Our condo is close to beach clubs yet secluded from the traffic and crowds of the nearby town. This rental is family friendly and accommodating enough for a group of 7, comfortably. With all bedrooms come private balconies wrapping around the 2nd floor. Whether you have a view of Cozumel's jungle or the breathtaking views of the ocean, you won't be bored.

Every room comes with flat screen TVs and DVD players. Check out the DVD library and the local cable channels. Bring your MP3 player to hook up to the speaker stereo. Calls are free to U.S.and Canada. The dining area can accommodate a seating of 8 persons. Kitchen is supplied with all the utensils needed to cook meals and large bottled water containers are available for your use.

In the mood for snorkeling or scuba diving? Walk to the condo's beach and you can see the most beautiful fish such as the parrot and angel fishes. Quiet time on the terrace? Check out the hammock under the palapa see how relaxing it can be!

South of the condo is a nice walk to Chankanaab park where you can take in the snorkeling, scuba diving or swimming with dolphins. To the north, 30 steps away is Uva’s Beach club where anyone can always get a cold tropical drink, massage, kayak rentals, or snorkeling.

What more can you ask for? Besides the popular restaurants in town, the shopping, the friendly relaxing atmosphere of the island, the water sports, the sightseeing, there isn't much else to do except come back to the condo to relax after finishing a wonderful day.

One more thing, you will get all the information you need on where to go and what to do while you're in Cozumel. If you rent a car, the super market is only 10 minutes away where you can buy all you need for your stay.

We have been 'hooked' on Mexico since college when we learned to scuba dive and headed down to Cozumel. Now, with our family in tow, we head to Mexico both to the coast (Playa Carmen) and more recently back to Cozumel several times. We fell in love with Cozumel because of the family feeling of the island and because we feel it is Mexico's best kept secret! A great condo in Cozumel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week in April 2017. We had more than enough space. The condo could easily accommodate 6 - 8 people. If you are going to Cozumel to dive (which we were), the condo is ideally situated. Not too far from town and not too far from the prime dive spots. We used Scuba Life Cozumel, who I highly recommend, and they picked us up every morning at the beach in front of the condo. The condo is exactly as advertised. It was clean and well-equipped. Pamela Sullivan (the owner of the condo) was very easy to deal with and provided us with lots of great information.

Beautiful property, well maintained

We really enjoy staying at this end of the island and this property has everything we need. This was our 2nd time to stay in this unit and we will definitely continue to re-book !

Great beach condo south of town.

Great location for us. Close to the marina for diving and close enough to town for convenience. My wife likes the new beach bar next door for lunch and afternoon drinks.

Great place for a perfect stay!

We love Paradise Condos in Cozumel! We have stayed in several of these condos that are located near Chankanaab park. This condo has a large deck with nice chairs and a grill which we used twice (and they provided the charcoal). The deck is large enough to store your scuba/snorkel gear between dives. What a fun welcome with the fresh flowers and beer left for us when we arrived late from a delayed flight. Also the kitchen was well-stocked and there were lots of extras provided - dish and laundry soap, paper towels, salt, pepper, and lots of other spices. They even made ice for us! We like the improved parking with each unit having a designated parking spot. Thanks again for all your extras!

You do not get closer to the beach without getting your feet wet!

We stayed for a very nice and relaxing week with plenty of snorkeling and watching colorful fish. The condo, complex and beach offered all we needed, so we just bought groceries for breakfast and lunch.

Rent a car to get to restaurants and as long as you stay away from the cruise pier tourist traps the prices are very reasonable.

We can most certainly recommend this place!

Smelly

When we arrived we noticed a terrible damp musty smell in the laundry room. The window was open in the laundry room and the caretaker even commented on how bad it smelled. We tried to keep the door closed but you could still smell it through out the condo. The smell was not as strong as it was in the laundry room. When we returned home I called about our deposit. I was told there was a smell in the condo and curtains and furniture needed to be professionally cleaned. I told her we commented on the smell the minute we walked into the condo. She said she was told it was fine before we arrived. I called her the next week and she would not answer my call. She sent us an email explaining the smell was from us frying fish in the condo and not airing it out afterwards. The only problem is we did not fry fish or any other food in the condo. We did use the grill a couple of times on the patio. I wish the owner could have look at the condo herself and she would have realized the smell was not caused by us but by a problem in the laundry room.

The beach was nice but it is very rocky by and in the water. The condo beach is quite busy during the day with snorkeling tours and the bar/restaurant next door.

Owner's Response: In our seven years of owning and renting a condo, we have never received an unfavorable review until now (2 from you). We take great pride in our condo and take all necessary measures to ensure our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience during their stay. In advance of our guests’ arrival, we provide contact details for both the property manager and ourselves so guests can immediately report any issues with the condo or the complex. During your stay we were not advised of any issues and if they were brought to our attention they would have been immediately addressed. Before our guests' arrival and after their departure, our property manager and cleaning crew under his supervision inspect the condo to ensure everything is in order. Regarding the comment that there was an odor emanating from the utility room, we have confirmed with our property manager and the previous guests no odor had been reported. Upon checkout, I was immediately contacted by our property manager that an unpleasant odor permeated the condo which appears to be the result of cooking foods which give off strong aromas without proper ventilation. Upon your departure, the cleaning crew had less than 24 hours to turn around the condo for the next guests. To remove the odor from all of the linens, sheets, towels and anything that needed immediate cleaning, they had to be sent out to the dry cleaners. In addition, we had the cleaning crew purchase additional cleaning supplies and work overtime to ensure the odor was completely eliminated in advance of the next guest arrival. I am happy to report our next guests did not report any odors or issues with the condo. It was unfortunate that I had to reduce your security deposit to help defray some but not all of the the additional expense I incurred. About the comment regarding the snorkeling groups, it has been duly documented and reported to the adjoining beach club’s management and appropriate measures have been taken. The comment regarding the rocky entry is noted, however given Cozumel is one big coral island both above and below sea level this is common place. Northwest of the town square, there is no natural beach. Southwest of us, there is beach but also a coral bottom like our area. Great for snorkeling and encourages a wide variety of sea life.
