We rent full weeks and partial weeks and even months so please inquire about all of them that fit your needs. $107/nt is available but unfortunately not for weekend stays. If you prefer a weekend only, please inquire via email or call. Depending on the time of year, a weekend may require a 3rd night but in some seasons a Fri,Sat only could be rented. Call Mark the owner to discuss any special circumstances or special request on days or nights needed and it may be possible to move a another party by a day or two to accommodate your needs and I will be happy to contact them to see if they have flexibility. I do have the ability to accept credit card payments but must pass along a 3.5% processing fee to the grand total. Pay by check is the preferred payment method. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent and Broker in the State of GA and your deposit goes into an Escrow account. All monies ( and the property) are managed in accordance with good fair and honest Real Estate Business Practices.
The lake house is Located - just 2-3 miles off exit 15 of GA 400, so really close to the town of Cumming with lots of gas, grocery, restaurants etc. There is a ramp at Bald Ridge Marina about 1/4 of a mile away from the house.
-The house itself is only 81 Feet from the waters edge at full pool. Beautiful Wide - Open Views of the lake across the channel from the huge deck off the back of the house. Not back in a cove.
-Very simple, easy walk down to water and not steep at all. Compare to other properties and read all reviews. The lake front is 81 feet from the Shore line and not steep at all.

- Double Decker Dock with Very Deep Water! Tie your boat up to the side of the dock on the professionally installed vertical post with bumpers and tie up ropes.
Home interior has Tongue and Groove Wood floors and Tongue and Groove Wood Vaulted Ceiling, with large brick fireplace. One of the roomiest 2 bedroom homes you will find. The 2 bedrooms, while roomy, allows for a vacation that is priced well below the homes with 4 and 5 bedrooms and carry a big price tag. Our home is perfect for the couple who is looking to get away for a romantic weekend or for the family who is looking for the perfect vacation spot on the lake or vacation home.
-Second Bedroom is equipped with 3 beds and a mattress that was pulled off of the top bunk and slides in/out under the lower bunk as use is needed, so it sleeps 4 in the second bedroom.
Wooded on each side and very private, as well as several shade trees over the cabin and back deck of house so you enjoy some sun and some shade.
The Deck on the back of the house is huge and stretches the entire width of the house.
Wooded Driveway - It is long and very wooded with a large parking area. This house is not crammed in between two homes with a tiny driveway. Very much the opposite.
The view from INSIDE the cabin or on the deck is awesome for watching boats go by or to watch and talk to your family on the dock or shoreline.
Bald Ridge Marina is just around the corner by water and car for ramp access, gas and supplies. Approximately One-Qtr Mile ( 1/4 ) either by water or land. It is very convenient for fishing or boat supplies, as well as gas, of course, and launching your boat, then conveniently returning to the house with the trailer.
Fishing off the dock is great and on our private website below you can see a Twenty Pound Bass and other fish caught off this Dock!

If you are a family of 4 or 5, this house is a fantastic get away making you feel like you are in the North Georgia Mountains and will provide great memories. Just two miles off Ga Hwy 400 at exit 15 (Bald Ridge Marina Rd)Just 2-4 miles to the town of Cumming which offers Grocery, Restaurants, Gas, Fishing suppliers, Antique Shopping, Wal-mart, Super Target, Movie Theater, and lots more.
Ga Outlet Mall is only a 15-20 minute drive. You can also visit the North Georgia Mountains for a nice drive through beautiful scenery.
Boat rental, Water Park very close. Please no smoking. Pets allowed with extra deposit.

If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival we will ask that you deliver cash or pay via money order or cashier's check. Often a money order can be bought easily and quickly at your local grocery store for as little as 88 cents.

House is in a nice neighborhood. It is only 2-3 miles from the town of Cumming (Ga 400 and Exit 15) for all the convenient grocery and shopping yet far enough away from the busy city to where you really feel like your in the North Georgia Mountains. House is 81 feet from the water for very easy access to the lake and back and forth unlike many homes on the lake. Double Decker Dock is on property.
Washer and Dryer on site. Great Direct lake view from inside the home or on the deck looking across a channel not stuck back in a cover. Only 1/4 mile by land or water to Bald Ridge Marina for supplies and launching your boat.
- 81 feet to the lake bank makes for a close walk to the lake as opposed to other properties
- This home/dock is in a no ski zone which is nice as the dock does not bounce up and like some might where there is lots of boat traffic.
- 2 miles to Ga 400 and 1 more mile to all the retail, grocery etc you could want

- View across the channel is fantastic and not back in a cove. Your not staring at the neighbor at his dock as you look out across the water.
Perfect for our group of four families! Everyone had their own bathroom (key) and space (kids did bunk together) Downstairs dining and kitchenette was a real bonus for the kids and extra frig came in handy for overflow of food and beverage (!) .... Outdoor space is as beautiful as pictured. Walk to the dock is as expected on most lake front homes but fairly gradual. Dock was awesome and the kids loved swimming and fishing from it. Cove is perfect for tubing and skiing. Shopping and restaurants close by but we choose to just cook at "home" most nights. House is well stocked and beautifully finished. We will definitely be back!

My family was excited to come visit the valley( our old home) and when I told them we rented a lake house they were glowing. This place was perfect. We had 3 adult teens in one room and us in the other! Perfect! The owner keeps it cleaner than I expected for a rental . All photos in his listing were exactly what was there. The place is stocked with everything you would have in your home including a washer and dryer! . He also leaves you a manual of the home ( who does that?) The fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows and a glass of wine! Yup, even wine glasses are there! We are excited to come back again .Within 3 miles is a shopping center to shop, and the grocery store is not not far at all to stock up! If you are looking for a cozy little lake house this is a perfect place especially for the price! Thanks Mr Mark for having us spend time in your home you are a very gracious owner. This house met all of our expectations and then some! Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake was my favorite part of the day. Great for sunning and swimming for my daughters, and the stores and restaurants were nearby. We could not have asked for a better long weekend and will definitely come back for our next GA vacation!
Exactly as advertised. Furnishings lived up to the advertisement. Cozy fire with large brick fireplace. Owner was always helpful and available. Even when our 2 year old pressed all the wrong buttons on the remote and we could not change channels one evening. Owner was quick to walk me thru fixing it.
Very much a cabin feel like the mountains. Close to Ga 400 for quick access to most anywhere. Groceries store and your usual suburban department stores all within a couple of miles along with the normal chain restaurants and also a few great local ones too. Very safe neighborhood. The fire pit is great for sitting around and making s'mores.
The view of the lake from inside the home was very nice as you looked out across the lake and you could hear and watch a few boats go by. The walk to the lake probably as the ad said was 80+ feet . There is a very nice double decker dock and the water was very deep under the dock.
We had a fantastic family experience and we will definitely be coming back to visit this home. Got some great memories as we needed a place to stay between our home sale and move-in date of our next home. worked out great. thanks guys!
My two boys and I stayed at this comfortable house at Lake Lanier for a few days of striper fishing over our fall break. We have stayed in several lake houses over the years, and I have to say this one topped them all for our needs. The house was the perfect size for us, and quite comfortably furnished from top to bottom. Everything was neat and clean, and we didn't once say "I wish this house had...." during our visit. The house is only a few steps away from the lake (and a spacious deep-water dock), and the views were wonderful. The house was easy to find, and only minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.
Our personal favorite feature of the house was the stone patio with a fire pit. After each day of fishing out on the lake, our evenings where spent around a crackling fire, roasting hot dogs & marshmallows and just relaxing together. Lots of great memories were made!
Special thanks to Mark, the owner, who stopped by during our visit and made us feel right at home - making sure our every need had been met. We would definitely stay again!
This cabin was exactly what I was looking for! The pictures and description accurately depict the property. I actually owned a house just around the corner from this cabin about 20 years ago so I was familiar with the neighborhood. It is still a very nice, quiet area - very convenient to shopping and to the family and friends I wanted to visit. The Ridge Restaurant is only about a mile away and I had an exceptional meal with outstanding service there. Unfortunately it rained during my entire visit but the cabin was cozy, dry, and perfect for game nights with family. Mark (the owner) was very easy to communicate with - he and his wife have a very thorough reference book in the house. They obviously take great care to make sure the property is well-maintained. I would definitely choose to stay at this property again if it is available the next time I'm visiting.
The cabin is approximately 1/4 of a mile by water or land to the Baldridge Marina where there is a boat ramp and fishing supplies. Guest have described it as very convenient to launch boats and to get gas,supplies and other boating services. Our Home DOES include its own private Washer and Dryer on Site. Compare out walk to the lake to other homes. The walk to the lake is not steep and as one guest described it ' our parents are in their 80s and they could easily get up and down to the lake'. Some properties require walking down 100 or more steps to the lake or dock; or a long steep path to the lake. Read all reviews for the opinions on that.

A note about rates: On some Holidays (but not all) there is a additional charge for stays that include a Holiday. It could be up to $100 in addition to the quoted rate but it depends on what Holiday and how many days are rented in the total rental. There are a minimum # of nights required before it can be offered for rental and in some cases if the time period selected leaves only a few days unrented because of another rental just before or after it, then more days may need to be rented or the property owner/manager may need to hold off on the rental to see if the other days will rent before the days can be rented. The minimum # of days required may in some cases apply to wknds and not weekdays or vice versa, it just depends on the time of the year.
