One of Harbor Island's newer gated community premier homes. Lovingly situated between freshwater lagoons, tidal pool and overlooking the bay, this architectural beauty quickly books up for the summer. This Non-Smoking home comes equipped with a hammock, dinner deck, and the island's six-seater golf cart. Tour the island and go to the beach in style!. Breathtaking sunsets on the deck, soft rain on the tin roof and shrimp boats heading out to sea will make life-long memories.

We had a wonderful vacation here! We had two young children, my parents , and our dog with us and there was plenty of room for all. The views were fantastic and it was easy to get around the island. There are definitely alligators right on the property so be vigilant if you have young children/ pets! My kids still talk about the "pink house with red roof" and want to go back! Thank you!
Such a lovely vacation house and amazing sunset views!
We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house for a family weekend getaway. The house is much bigger than the pictures. Everyone had plenty of space and was very comfortable. The master bedroom is lovely with an incredible view. It is obvious that the owners have given a lot of love and consideration into the decoration of the house. Each room was very special and much attention had been made to the smallest details. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a gourmet meal. The water pressure was great (important for those of us who like a nice shower). The views were just beautiful. We had a great time riding around in the golf cart. The beach is wonderful! We found some fantastic shells and went for nice long walks. We will be staying here again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Harbor Island--it was quiet and peaceful while still being close to fun activities and day trips (especially Hunting Island and downtown Beaufort). The house is lovely--and is actually much bigger than it appears in the photos. The rooms were spacious with giant closets (we even used one closet as a bedroom for our 2yo because it was almost 40 sqft--so he could be close to us but still allow us some privacy!). We had a small issue with one of the two 6-seat golf carts but Charlene and Creg were very attentive by phone and helped us solve the problem in no time. The kids had a blast riding bikes around the island, and as parents we felt safe because it is a gated community. Beaches were beautiful and the community pool was a fun alternative. The *only* complaint we had during our stay was that there are no real window shades or curtains of any sort, so by 7 am all of the bedrooms were flooded with light, which didn't really allow anyone to sleep late (especially with kids bouncing off the walls). The lack of curtains also became an issue at supper time, when the sun would shine full blast into the eyes of the people sitting on on the western-facing side of the table. They usually ended up wearing sunglasses to dinner. :) But truly, if that's the biggest "issue" we had, we were doing just fine!! In fact I wish I could give like 4.5 stars instead of just 4. We hope to go back again next year--I think we've fallen in love with Harbor Island! Thank you Charlene and Creg!
Our time in Harbor Island was wonderful! We loved this house. The master suite was so quiet and so inviting. The master bathroom was very large and very well appointed with all your needs. The master does not include a TV which we liked! All the bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with the necessary tools to cook plenty of meals! The views from the deck were breathtaking. The golf cart is a tremendous help getting back and forth to the beach. Our family rated this rental as one our best! Can't wait to return soon...maybe this winter. By the way, we had great communication with the owners..I would recommend this place without any hesitation.
Had a wonderful time first week of August here! Loved expansive views of the sky, lagoon, river and bridge. Sunsets are hypnotic, as is the sound of rustling palmetto fronds below the deck. Lying out in the hammock, catching a few rays and sweet ocean breezes = heaven. The ocean is a fun 6-seater golf cart ride away, something all 5 of us truly enjoyed. Also available are a kayak, canoe and adult and children's bicycles. The humongous dining room table was perfect for working our jigsaw puzzle.
Plus, just can't forget the joyous symphony of the frogs near the house after a thunderstorm!
Almost stayed at an oceanfront house - but so glad we didn't! This home was.just right - no sand, was so private, and had gorgeous water and sky views. A+ week at the beach.
