Casa Limon is ideally situated, a five minute walk from town and 3 minutes to the beach. Although from the outside it looks like a cute little Casa, inside it is spacious and well laid out. It has a fully renovated kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms and the floors are newly tiled throughout. This is a four level house with 2 queen-sized beds and two double beds (all new mattresses) , There is a deck off the living room with a table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee, there is also a staircase leading up to a rooftop terrazza with a 360 degree view, including a view of the ocean.
There is a private outdoor shower and sink, half bathroom in the upper bedroom and a full bathroom with laundry facilities on the lower floor.
Casa Limon is ideal for surfers, for families, or for a group of friends.
There is arrival and departure maid service included, if you need extra cleaning or laundry services please contact my property manager Laysha and she will arrange that for you. There are hiking and biking tours through the jungle offered by my neighbour Adrian Gamez who also runs the Chiles y Margaritas restaurant just around the corner on Calle Miramar. He will cater and deliver meals to your doorstep with 24 hours notice.
Rates from $75 to $150 per night. Please check with owner for weekly rates.

I live and work in Vancouver but love to spend time in Mexico during our cold winter months. In April 2009 I travelled to Sayulita and promptly fell in love with it. I found a small house for sale, impulsively made an offer and by the end of August it was mine. The next six months were spent renovating and my simple little Mexican house has been transformed into a spacious and welcoming Casa.
Eve Rathie purchased this house in 2009
Sayulita is a popular, constantly growing town with a wonderful mix of local expats and Mexicans all taking pride in their town. The beach is wonderful, the surfing is great, the restaurants cover a broad spectrum, from delicious fish tacos sold by street vendors to the very finest of dining. There is lots to do and see in Sayulita, a great art gallery, (Arte de Sayulita) unusual shops, weekly markets, surfing swimming, sunbathing, and of course, glorious weather.
Close access to the beach, sitting on my deck drinking coffee in the mornings, having guests over at happy hour (hora feliz) and watching the sun set from the upper deck. Listening to CDs or my iPod (there is an iPod docking station and a CD player) in the evenings and entertaining friends for dinner. Or walking down to the beach and enjoying a margarita at La Terrazola while people-watching and enjoying the spectacular sunset. At least 2 nights a week wandering around the corner to The Chiles y Margaritas restaurant and enjoying the best chile rellenos ever.
Myself and 4 friends recently stayed at Casa Limon in Sayulita. I think I can speak for all of us and say we had an amazing time. We were there for a wedding, and this little gem was a short walk to the complex where everyone else was staying. When we arrived, we were met by the property manager Laysha, who was so helpful and 100% responsible for getting my luggage back when the airline had lost it! She was a great resource to have around. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was a life saver in the hot evenings. The rooftop patio is beautiful at night, especially with the canopy of lights. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any of my friends. It's a short 5 minute walk into town or to the beach. Quiet enough at night to sleep, but close enough to the action!
Our family of 5 stayed at Casa Limon for the month of January. We have 8 year old twin girls and a 3 year old son. The home is very kid friendly and is much bigger than the pictures suggest. There was plenty of space for everyone! The home is super quiet inside and it was so relaxing to come home to such a peaceful retreat from the busy beach and plaza areas. The location is perfect and convenient to all the stores and restaurants while not being right in the thick of it. No golf cart needed! But it certainly makes it much more convenient with the kids and we parked ours right in front of the house.
It is a Mexican style home with modest upgrades so it has a ton of character and the garden out front is a gem! What the owner has done with such a small amount of space is truly inspiring. We enjoyed the front porch nearly as much (or maybe more!) than even the rooftop deck because of the wonderful garden. And the rooftop deck is awesome! I loved drinking coffee up there in the morning and watching the parrots. We had friends over on one of our last nights and the deck was perfect for entertaining.
Casa Limon is a special home with a lot of heart!
Just spent six weeks in Casa Limon with my wife and our three teenage daughters. We Loved our home in Sayulita. The location was equally close to the town square, the busy main beach, the quieter north beach and the bus station. We enjoyed the June and July vibe of Sayulita and if the temps got a little high, the AC in Casa Limon worked great. The owner went the extra mile and since she was in Sayulita shortly before we arrived, she helped me locate and purchase a surfboard for the family to use while we were there. She even stored it for me and had it waiting when we arrived. The property manager was great and when lightning took out the internet, she worked hard to get it restored soon. We especially liked that the house is in a real neighborhood where your neighbors were about 1/2 locals and 1/2 vacation renters. Enjoying the roof patio while listening to rooster, watching the school children and their parents walking to and from school, hearing the morning bread salesman tout his product, and all the other attendant sights and sounds of Sayulita will forever be a part of our family. The experience was excellent and the only reason I have not given Casa Limon more stars is that it is a modest accommodation when compared to some of the near-by multi-million dollar properties with sweeping ocean views. Casa Limon is for folks who want to experience more of the culture of Sayulita and not be miles from locals cloistered away in some gated community.
We stayed with a small child and friend at Casa Limon in April, 2015. It was 5 minutes to the town centre and also to the beach though located in a quieter part of town. Though not fancy, the house had all of the amenities needed (such as cooking utensils, a small safe, drinking water, books to read, wifi, phones, a beach umbrella, beach towels, air conditioning, a television with movies if that's what you like etc.). In addition it was very affordable, especially for all that was offered. The house has three beds in a lower basement area (which is nice and cool) and a top bedroom upstairs. It also has a nice comfy living room, an open patio on the roof top which was great in the evenings, and a front patio with shade for the daytime. The renter and the property manager were both readily available for any concerns we had. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.
I came down with some friends to attend a wedding and the house was perfect. It is close enough to the center of town (just a few short blocks) for direct access to all that Sayulita has to offer but on the North side of the bridge so you don't have to deal with dust and noise. It is a traditional styled house that makes you feel like you are truly part of the local scene not some American hotel airlifted to a beach. The roof deck is great for the morning coffee and enjoying the evening breezes.
Ratio quality/price is impressive.
House has all you need to spend a nice journey. Very quite neighbourhood, so easy to relax, and as the village is small, in 5 minutes walking distance, you arrive to all restaurant/beach/places.
Very nice welcome from local House Manager.
We will come back, hopefully!
Keep fit classes, yoga classes, organized hikes, bike tours into the jungle, surfing lessons, live music.
