Guestbook comments from the manager

Karoline went to great lengths to welcome me and make sure that I had everything needed to settle in comfortably. The studio itself is truly a wonderful space in an amazing (building and) neighborhood. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were an thoughtful selection of fine New England pieces. The appliances worked well and the temperature was perfect. Karoline kept in touch throughout my stay. I will definitely return as soon as the opportunity arises. Many thanks to Karoline and Todd.

Perfect house for a weekend in Boston!

  • 4 of 5

The house was just what we needed. Super central to most things, we actually walked to Fenway and shopping on Newbury. Definitely a clean and safe area, wouldn't mind staying again!

Great location and wonderful garden

  • 5 of 5

Great location in a very pleasant area of Boston with a short walk to the T and 3 good bus routes. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and the garden was just lovely. Karoline provided comprehensive instructions for us beforehand.

Great studio in a nice area

  • 5 of 5

This is a great studio apartment close to downtown Boston. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and well maintained. All amenities were provided. We were able to walk to downtown Boston and Fenway park. The only downfall would be parking. Our hosts saved us a spot next to the building and we left our car parked their our entire stay. Parking is too difficult to find in the area. If you go somewhere, either walk or take public transportation.

Great Quiet little place.

  • 5 of 5

Overall great quiet little place to rest and recover from traveling around Boston, especially for first timers in the area. Only thing I would say is I was genuinely afraid of rolling over in the bed - mostly because of the noise. Otherwise close to some tasty places to eat and about a mile from the Boston Commons. Would recommend to anyone, really.

Owner's Response: Glad you enjoyed your stay and the property. I don't understand the comment about the bed? What noise? The apartment is at ground level so whatever noise created on or by the bed would only be heard by those in the room:-). Will have to roll around on it to see for myself... Checked and there is no noises to be heard...Interesting... Will have to ask other guest. Thanks again for the feedback.
