Guestbook comments from the manager

Karoline went to great lengths to welcome me and make sure that I had everything needed to settle in comfortably. The studio itself is truly a wonderful space in an amazing (building and) neighborhood. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were an thoughtful selection of fine New England pieces. The appliances worked well and the temperature was perfect. Karoline kept in touch throughout my stay. I will definitely return as soon as the opportunity arises. Many thanks to Karoline and Todd.

Homey and in the center of it all!

  • 5 of 5

I stayed at this property for 4 days and it was wonderful!! The apartment was very clean, including the bathroom. Karoline and Todd were great hosts answering our questions on where to go eat and how to get to the city center. The neighborhood is quaint and has many restaurants to eat at and small grocery store near. You can walk to the Prudential Building and then head out on the T from there. I would stay there again! Its also a very safe neighborhood.

Nice little pad

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed Todd and Karoline's hospitality and little suite downstairs. The outside courtyard is beautiful and there's lots of walkable restaurants and cafe's nearby. Be sure to say hi to little Polly, their pup!

Wonderful Apartment

  • 5 of 5

This was my first time visiting Boston and I picked the perfect place to stay! The apartment was adorable, so much nicer than the pictures show, very clean and so convenient to restaurants and the bus line. We didn't cook because we were only here for a couple of days, but the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans, etc. Karoline and Todd were very nice and helpful. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Lovely, quiet space and great location

  • 5 of 5

I attended a conference at the Hynes center, and walked to the Madeleine bakery every morning for a fresh, amazing baked good on my way to the conference. Beautiful neighborhood and apartment. Not terrible large, but well-apportioned. Great for one person or a couple.

Owner's Response: Trudy, thanks for your comment. We strive to provide value, comfort, and appeal. We are constantly upgrading and maintaining our properties to keep them fresh and appealing. The bathroom was updated last year. We understand that everyone has different tastes in decor. With that said, sorry if ours wasn't to your liking. We appreciate your business. Glad you enjoyed Boston.
