Long time Boston resident, I love where I live, enjoy meeting and talking to new people. I like to travel, spending time with friends and family, eating out, dancing, philanthropy, volunteering in my community, being creative, sports, interior design, theater, music, shopping, and being adventurous.
Karoline Peralta purchased this apartment in 1995
Great location. Walking distance to everything. Full size kitchen and bath, and private patio. Also, accessible to public transportation, car and bike rentals, near the beach, golf, and much more.
Quiet, romantic, cozy, fireplace, private patio and garden, custom stained glass windows. Guest can walk to all major attractions: Fenway Park, Symphony Hall, Museums, restaurants, shopping, theater, etc.
Karoline went to great lengths to welcome me and make sure that I had everything needed to settle in comfortably. The studio itself is truly a wonderful space in an amazing (building and) neighborhood. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were an thoughtful selection of fine New England pieces. The appliances worked well and the temperature was perfect. Karoline kept in touch throughout my stay. I will definitely return as soon as the opportunity arises. Many thanks to Karoline and Todd.
Really beautiful studio with everything you could need. Very clean, neat and tidy. Todd was very kind to me on check in as I was quite ill and sent me to a good medical clinic. Short walk to the subway and grocery stores and a most superb cafe up the street called Flour. All-in-all a great stay. Boston is awesome.
We loved the apartment, everything you need for an extended weekend in Boston. The outdoor space is a huge plus, perfect for your morning coffee or happy hour beverage.
It was excellently situated. We walked to most of the sights pleasantly. Perfect for two with a lovely garden patio for relaxing after a day of sight seeing.Felt very safe and comfortable. Lovely architecture and lots to see. Excellent alternative to hotels
The house was just what we needed. Super central to most things, we actually walked to Fenway and shopping on Newbury. Definitely a clean and safe area, wouldn't mind staying again!
Great location in a very pleasant area of Boston with a short walk to the T and 3 good bus routes. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and the garden was just lovely. Karoline provided comprehensive instructions for us beforehand.
This is a great studio apartment close to downtown Boston. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and well maintained. All amenities were provided. We were able to walk to downtown Boston and Fenway park. The only downfall would be parking. Our hosts saved us a spot next to the building and we left our car parked their our entire stay. Parking is too difficult to find in the area. If you go somewhere, either walk or take public transportation.
