Gorgeous oceanfront two-bedroom condo on the best beaches in South Kihei. This unit has everything you are looking for. Walk right out to a lovely landscaped property with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Right out your lanai you can watch the whales and turtles.

This condo has been completely remodeled. All the beds and furnishings are brand new. Very beautiful and unique pieces in the unit.

The lanai has a lovely wicker table and chairs. (with a glass top) There is also a bar with a granite counter top on the lanai.

Granite counter tops throughout the entire unit.

The Royal Mauian has repeat guests every year.

Our two-bedroom condo has a kingsize bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds that can be made into a king bed in the guest room. The sofa in the living room can be made up as a queen bed. Each bedroom has their own private bath with beautiful block style shower with a soft pebbled floor. Granite top counters in both baths.

The unit is fully air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room.

You will not find a more fully-stocked kitchen anywhere. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Double door refrigerator with ice and water, oven, dishwasher, and hooded microwave. All brand new. We love to cook our own food and you will find everything you could possibly need in this unit including a crab cracker!

The unit has a brand new front load washer and dryer. This was purchased on April 24, 2012. We provide all the laundry detergent for you to wash all your clothes.

Brand new flat TV screens in the unit. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. (for a total of 3)

Perfect location. Across the street there are numerous restaurants, shops, sports bar, health food store, ABC store and a rental shop for all outdoor needs.

The view outside your lanai is of West Maui and the islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho'olawe.

The roof top garden on the roof of the Royal Mauian is a treat. Panoramic view including majestic Haleakala! There are four gas barbecue grills for barbecuing and a kitchen for all the guests to use. (sink, refrigerator and microwave) The roof garden has been recently renovated and looks amazing. This is the only property on the island that has this feature. The most amazing views! Great spot for friends, families and meeting other guests.

This is a non-smoking unit and the Royal Mauian is now smoke-free. There are very limited areas for smoking on the property.

Following rate is for family up to 4 people. 4 adults may be additional. In addition there is a Hawaii tax which is 13.42% (excise tax and travel accommodation tax).

My husband and I were the original hui that invested in the Royal Mauian. We picked the best location at the Royal Mauian in the center of the complex close to the pool, beaches and the beautiful landscaped lawn. The ocean front pool is just steps away from the unit but not in front of the unit to block the breathtaking view or the sun sets which occur every night right outside your door. This was our favorite place in the world to live enjoying 4 months of the year here.

The best location, beaches, and weather in Maui. The South Kihei area has the least amount of rain of anywhere on the island. This location is close to everything. Has numerous shops and restaurants directly across the street as well as a sports bar, a health food store and an ABC store.

What makes this condo unique

Love to go to the beach, swim in the ocean everyday, swim in the pool, watch the sunrises and sunsets. Amazing whales and turtles right off your lanai. Royal Mauian is beautifully maintained and the landscaping is gorgeous. Beautiful green lawn to walk on right outside your door before you walk down to the beach. Unique roof top garden on the top of the building with amazing views and a place to gather with many individuals to eat and socialize. Gas barbecue grills and full kitchen await you along with several tables and chairs for eating. The view is spectacular!

We totally loved your home and all the amenities. Being close to the pool and the ocean beaches on both sides of the property were a plus. I would totally recommend this location for anyone visiting Maui. The owners were great to work with.

Fantastic for a family

Hi, we stayed in this very well equipped and functional apartment for 8 days in April 2016. The accommodation has lots of additional personal touches, with water toys, sun chairs, and the kitchen is very well equipped.

The bedrooms were very comfortable and we didn't need to use the air conditioning (just the fans), as the apartment kept very cool.

The absolutely best part of the apartment is the front porch. We didn't eat 1 meal inside the apartment, as we always sat around the table outside. The view was beautiful and the noise of the waves very relaxing. It was amazing to be able to see turtles swimming about from my seat at breakfast!

The grass area in front of the apartment was fabulous. My 3 year old spent the entire 8 days on the grass running around barefooted. It was also fabulous to just walk such a small distance to the beach and pool (fenced in).

I would very much recommend the place to people. Ellen (owner) was extremely attentive and is very responsive to emails.

It is great to eat out on the lanai and view the ocean, whales, turtles, and the sunset every night. We also have two of the best beaches in Kihei right there for us to walk and swim in. Mahalo!

Excellent location

Truly excellent location with walk-out lanai right infront of pool, very close to beach access, and an awesome view of the passing sea turtles. Parking was a bit of a challenge as we were 2 couples with 2 infants, so we had 2 cars (which is not allowed at this site). The unit owner provided a nice new pack & play for our infant to use and we rented an additional one from maui baby rentals, which delivered it to our unit before we arrived. There was a bit of a bug issue in the kitchen (ants), so that was our only major complaint. AC was great, in-suite laundry also very helpful. The view from the rooftop with shared BBQs was stunning for sunsets. Great location for those wanting to go for morning runs along the shore. We would definitely stay again.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your comments. I just want to clarify that the pool is not in front of our lanai. You walk out on the lawn and the pool is a very short distance from our condo but not in front of our unit. We pride ourselves on the amazing view we have from our unit with the location being prime. Close to the pool but the pool not in front of our unit. I asked you about the parking and you said that it was not a problem finding a spot in our lot but it is true that you can only have one vehicle. I am glad that there is plenty of parking right across the street if there is more than one vehicle. It is a tropical paradise and we try to do a good job of keeping those pesky bugs out of the unit. They spray every quarter and my housekeeper does a good job of keeping them out. Sometime's the renter's can be a problem when they leave food out, this really attracts those little ants. Sometimes when we are there we don't see them at all but it has been very hot there the last couple of years and we are in paradise. Thank you for writing a review!

all descriptions about condo very accurate, very rare to find a ground floor

walk out condo with a/c in all rooms of the condo. Enjoyed the area very much, lots

of research before selecting this unit. The photos provided by owner of condo do not

give full value of how well decorated unit is. We enjoyed having two master bedrooms

with king beds and separate bathrooms. Very rare in the US to have a beach front condo

which appears to be private to only the owners of the HOA condo unit members. 5 stars for cost

and overall use.....oh make sure and rent Harleys or other bikes across street from unit.

Amazing View

Great location, beautiful view. Loved the air conditioning since it was hot when we were there. Many places to eat, drink and shop in easy walking distance. Kitchen was fully stocked and condo was very clean.
