Overview

About the property

House, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Professionally decorated and masterfully-built, the Gallatin Guest House is in a country setting just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. Spend your vacation here, and you will enjoy privacy and spectacular views along with convenient access to the numerous activities in and around the Gallatin Valley!

Our guest house is a highly energy efficient timber frame, with exposed beams throughout. The custom cabinetry, hand-poured concrete countertops, and spiral staircase are just a few of the creative touches that add to its incredible character. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Bridger Mountains, Spanish Peaks, and the beautiful rolling hills and farm fields that surround you.

Relax here at night, but be sure to play all day – there is so much to do in the Gallatin Valley, and nearly everything is less than an hour’s drive from the Gallatin Guest House. Gallatin River fishing access and golfing at Cottonwood Golf Course are only a few miles away. Within 25 minutes you could be soaking at Norris Hot Springs while listening to live music and staring up at the stars, or be enjoying dinner and entertainment at a downtown Bozeman venue.

However, you may not want to spend all of your time away from the guest house. It has air conditioning, a patio with a fire pit, a loft for reading and lounging, and a flat screen TV accessing 120 channels from Dish Network, as well as a DVD player! Need internet? Wi-fi is also provided!

For your stay in Southwest Montana, the Gallatin Guest House is the best alternative to a hotel room. Book now to get away from it all, and still be close to it all!

About Jen Stoner

We are Jeff and Jen Stoner, and we have enjoyed over ten years of owning this beautiful property outside of Bozeman, MT. Jeff constructed the guest house almost entirely himself, and finished it in the summer of 2009. We are excited to share it with others visiting the area!

Jen Stoner purchased this house in 2009

Why Jen Stoner chose Montana

We chose this property for its location and views. We love being in the country while still being near civilization!

What makes this house unique

Our property provides incredible privacy. Indoors you can relax in a cozy space, while outdoors you can actually see the stars! You might see deer, eagles, hawks and sandhill cranes out the windows. There are also cows that meander by. However, if you want to get out and explore the valley - it's ALL within an hours drive!

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you for providing a lovely guest house for us. We were pleasantly surprised! We immediately felt at home with the gas stove and the view took our breath away! Again, thank you - It was like a second honeymoon for us! We hope to visit Bozeman again in the future. It is beautiful!

Simply the most amazing experience

  • 5 of 5

There are not enough words to describe how incredible our stay was. The cabin offers incredible views, convenient access to both the towns and hiking trails, and the owners could not be more helpful or accommodating. The cabin is spacious considering square footage, and perfect for two. Everything you could need is there! It was the best vacation we have ever had, and we could not have picked a better location to stay. Highly Recommend! We hope to stay here again in the near future!

Wonderful stay!

  • 5 of 5

We just returned home to Tennessee from a week's vacation in this magical little cabin. The spectacular views from the cabin alone were well worth the visit. But on top of that, the cabin is so tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It's as cozy as can be -- the cabin heats up in no time. I loved the little "reading loft", the comfy bed and loveseat, the oversized shower, and the views!! The owners were very kind and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this property.

Our experience was great! It didn't feel like we were in someone's guest home, but like we were in our own little getaway. Th w accommodations were great and the owners seem to be very kind and considerate people. I'm thankful! Our stay was perfect!

Loved the location, it was not too far from the city but far enough for quiet evenings.

Your property offered everything and everything you may need for a comfortable stay. Great customer service, privacy and cleanliness.

The cabin is rad

Not too far from Bozeman. Both the night skies and daytime view are great. Cabin was excellently clean, and very charming. Will surely return if back in the area.
