About the property

Cozy 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Cabin with Loft (Sleeps 2-4)

Professionally decorated and masterfully-built, the Gallatin Guest House is in a country setting just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. Spend your vacation here, and you will enjoy privacy and spectacular views along with convenient access to the numerous activities in and around the Gallatin Valley!

Our guest house is a highly energy efficient timber frame, with exposed beams throughout. The custom cabinetry, hand-poured concrete countertops, and spiral staircase are just a few of the creative touches that add to its incredible character. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Bridger Mountains, Spanish Peaks, and the beautiful rolling hills and farm fields that surround you.

Relax here at night, but be sure to play all day – there is so much to do in the Gallatin Valley, and nearly everything is less than an hour’s drive from the Gallatin Guest House. Gallatin River fishing access and golfing at Cottonwood Golf Course are only a few miles away. Within 25 minutes you could be soaking at Norris Hot Springs while listening to live music and staring up at the stars, or be enjoying dinner and entertainment at a downtown Bozeman venue.

However, you may not want to spend all of your time away from the guest house. It has air conditioning, a patio with a fire pit, a loft for reading and lounging, and a flat screen TV accessing 120 channels from Dish Network, as well as a DVD player! Need internet? Wi-fi is also provided!

For your stay in Southwest Montana, the Gallatin Guest House is the best alternative to a hotel room. Book now to get away from it all, and still be close to it all!

About Jen Stoner

We are Jeff and Jen Stoner, and we have enjoyed over ten years of owning this beautiful property outside of Bozeman, MT. Jeff constructed the guest house almost entirely himself, and finished it in the summer of 2009. We are excited to share it with others visiting the area!

Jen Stoner purchased this house in 2009

Why Jen Stoner chose Manhattan

We chose this property for its location and views. We love being in the country while still being near civilization!

What makes this house unique

Our property provides incredible privacy. Indoors you can relax in a cozy space, while outdoors you can actually see the stars! You might see deer, eagles, hawks and sandhill cranes out the windows. There are also cows that meander by. However, if you want to get out and explore the valley - it's ALL within an hours drive!

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you for providing a lovely guest house for us. We were pleasantly surprised! We immediately felt at home with the gas stove and the view took our breath away! Again, thank you - It was like a second honeymoon for us! We hope to visit Bozeman again in the future. It is beautiful!

Gorgeous and well-appointed!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our four nights here while we were dropping our son off at MSU. The setting is quiet and picturesque, the cabin is a work of art, and the owners are unobtrusive yet friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Cozy and cute with gorgeous views

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful trip to Bozeman that was made better by our stay in this retreat. The owners were very helpful and kind in answering my questions before our check-in. We loved the heated bathroom floor, amazing farm and mountain views, and super comfortable mattress. I don't think I have ever slept better! They even provide coffee for those cool Montana mornings. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Unique Montana Location

  • 5 of 5

Close enough to town but far enough away so you feel part of a great Montana countryside. This cabin is totally unique.. Couldn't have asked for a better stay during our first trip to Montana.

Serene and beautiful

  • 5 of 5

Great stay with Jeff and Jen. They were both kind, gracious, and helpful. The property was beautiful and the guest cabin was comfortable and great for a getaway. Love having coffee on the patio, and I even saw deer most mornings! Great location- close to Bozeman and all the must see attractions. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this property for those looking to visit the area.
