Manhattan House Rental Photos and Description

House, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Professionally decorated and masterfully-built, the Gallatin Guest House is in a country setting just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. Spend your vacation here, and you will enjoy privacy and spectacular views along with convenient access to the numerous activities in and around the Gallatin Valley!

Our guest house is a highly energy efficient timber frame, with exposed beams throughout. The custom cabinetry, hand-poured concrete countertops, and spiral staircase are just a few of the creative touches that add to its incredible character. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Bridger Mountains, Spanish Peaks, and the beautiful rolling hills and farm fields that surround you.

Relax here at night, but be sure to play all day – there is so much to do in the Gallatin Valley, and nearly everything is less than an hour’s drive from the Gallatin Guest House. Gallatin River fishing access and golfing at Cottonwood Golf Course are only a few miles away. Within 25 minutes you could be soaking at Norris Hot Springs while listening to live music and staring up at the stars, or be enjoying dinner and entertainment at a downtown Bozeman venue.

However, you may not want to spend all of your time away from the guest house. It has air conditioning, a patio with a fire pit, a loft for reading and lounging, and a flat screen TV accessing 120 channels from Dish Network, as well as a DVD player! Need internet? Wi-fi is also provided!

For your stay in Southwest Montana, the Gallatin Guest House is the best alternative to a hotel room. Book now to get away from it all, and still be close to it all!

About Jen Stoner

We are Jeff and Jen Stoner, and we have enjoyed over ten years of owning this beautiful property outside of Bozeman, MT. Jeff constructed the guest house almost entirely himself, and finished it in the summer of 2009. We are excited to share it with others visiting the area!

Jen Stoner purchased this house in 2009

Why Jen Stoner chose Montana

We chose this property for its location and views. We love being in the country while still being near civilization!

What makes this house unique

Our property provides incredible privacy. Indoors you can relax in a cozy space, while outdoors you can actually see the stars! You might see deer, eagles, hawks and sandhill cranes out the windows. There are also cows that meander by. However, if you want to get out and explore the valley - it's ALL within an hours drive!

Guestbook comments from the owner

Thank you for providing a lovely guest house for us. We were pleasantly surprised! We immediately felt at home with the gas stove and the view took our breath away! Again, thank you - It was like a second honeymoon for us! We hope to visit Bozeman again in the future. It is beautiful!

The cabin is rad

Not too far from Bozeman. Both the night skies and daytime view are great. Cabin was excellently clean, and very charming. Will surely return if back in the area.

This place rules!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I stayed at the Bozeman tiny cabin last June for a few nights as part of our honeymoon trip out west. I forgot to post our review so I'm doing it now.

What a unique, clean and cozy cabin! We loved the big views of the pastures and mountains in the distance. The design of the cabin, with its mortise and tenon joinery was impressive. The cabin has modern features, like a nicely designed bathroom, but still feels organic and comfortable. We were a short drive from downtown Bozeman and beautiful Gallatin National Forest, some nearby hot springs and about 90 minutes from Yellowstone.

The property owners were very helpful and friendly and gave us some suggestions about things to do and places to eat in the Bozeman area. We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a Montana getaway.

Bozeman Area Vacation Rental ...

  • 5 of 5

Our "tiny house" experience was simply delightful. The three-level house was more spacious than initially perceived, and extremely comfortable. On arrival, it was stocked with customary home amenities, bright and clean. The wide views of the pastures and, in the distance, the mountains, were always enjoyable, and the 7-mile trek into Bozeman and the principal byways to Yellowstone, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, restaurants, etc., was an easy, quick and scenic commute. The owners, who built the rental, were extremely pleasant and engaging -- prior to and during our stay-- and provided a terrific list of things to do. Overall, a wonderful experience and one that we would highly recommend for folks wishing to experience this beautiful area of our country.

Our experience was very pleasurable as the cabin very beautiful, clean, and well equipped for our tastes. It was very comfortable and quiet with great morning views of the sunrise over the hills.
