Spectacular- We live on our patio, it has incredible south facing views with all amenities including speakers for the satellite radio, sonos or your favorite c.d.'s. Outdoors we have new 2 full sized sofa's, 2 comfortable over sized chairs and plenty of seating at the dining table (6). A gas island grill, charcoal grill ,outdoor tv, fire ring and 2 heaters. We are located right in the middle of the 6th fairway (beyond golf ball range) without the tee-box or green activities. The Club House is a 5 minute walk or less across the fairway. There are over 30 heated pools with Jacuzzis to choose from. We have every amenity available and more. I love music so there are speakers galore. This home is very comfortable and was remodeled in October 2016. We have outstanding views from the kitchen and living room which incudes the dining room for one great room. The bedding is high thread with pillow top mattresses. Towels, thick large bath sheets and plentiful. I could go on but it actually has everything in duplicate.
Spectaculor Desert Property: Best location in the Desert, near everything, restaurants, movies, shopping etc. Mountain views with the highly desired South facing location right on the golf course. This gated Monterey Country Club condo has been our vacation home for 16 years so its been highly maintained and upgraded . We love our home and are very proud of it. Please don't inquire for a party house. You get what you see in the pictures only better. This end unit has no road noise and everything that you would need for a very comfortable long or short term vacation.
The patio is an extension of our living room. In fact we spend most of our time there. You can even view the 65 inch flat screen from the patio or use the 35 inch tv outside. We also have 50 inch screens in all 3 of the bedrooms.
The garage is 2 car and has rafts and 4 bikes. We also keep an extra set of golf clubs on property. You wont be disappointed here. This is a guarded gated community but we also have our own security system. We have very few openings because of our repeat renters.

I sell wine and my wife teaches school. We split our time between La Jolla and Palm Desert.This is our home away from home. It has all of the features of home, not a vacation rental. We have remodeled and upgraded the condo inside and outside. It's very comfortable.

The mountains are magic. We looked exclusively for a safe south facing location with a spectacular view. We wanted a private club but didn't want to be located next to a green or tee box because we didn't want to worry about bad golfers like me hitting onto our patio.We never finish upgrading and are very excited to share our results. Most of our guest are repeat year after and enjoy our relationship with them all year long. The location of Monterey C.C. is the best in the desert.
The golf cart is a 4 seated and street legal.. We often take it to lunch or shopping. The patio is 500 sf of living space with incredible views. Bedding, linens and towels are high end.
We have nothing but good things to say about this condo. The owners are friendly and responsive. The condo is well equipped with very comfortable bedding, electronics for all needs, and a patio that quickly becomes your favourite place. Plenty of nice patio furniture with a propane fire pit and overhead heater make you cozy even on cooler nights. The south view makes getting up in the morning so worthwhile! And proximity to the best things Palm Desert has to offer is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.
Lived on the patio until sundown and sometimes beyond. Great location! Close to Palm springs and the airport. Took in the Air museum and Palm Springs Art Gallery. Both were very worthwhile. The weekend market at College of the Desert was a treat. Went 3 times in 4 weeks. The Civic Aquatic Centre is a lovely walk and the outside sculptures a pleasure.
The condo itself is roomy and comfortable - especially the beds. Well stocked kitchen and spices better than our collection. The owner was very responsive when we need help or advice.
The condo was clean and not just another rental property. The owners care. Would recommend this place for sure.
Just like they say in Real Estate, "Location is Key". With the golf cart and proximity to Parks, El Paseo Dining and Shopping this unit was perfect for us. Very much enjoyed the outdoor space with the view. Everything was extremely comfortable and well kept. Amenities were plentiful and very well equipped with satellite stereo, TVs, WiFi, printer, BBQs and toys etc. Our 2 yr old grandson enjoyed the golf and nightly cruise in the cart, great fun.
This property is a great location in the center of the area. The patio is the best we saw in the area - large, well furnished with great views. We ate most meals outside. The living area is spacious and décor and art work very nice. Electronics are up-to-date and plentiful, as described in the listing. Most important, the beds were comfortable. The owner was very responsive to the few issues we had and was great to work with. We have booked for next year - enough said.
My girlfriends and I stayed here for a week. The accommodation was better than the photos. Spacious, well equipped and quiet. Most important, the beds were very comfortable with great linens. We are already planning a return trip next year.
