Luxury: 3 Acres Oceanfront with Private Beach Access

Secluded beautiful wooded ocean-front property with plenty of parking (sometimes a problem at the coast). The house was delightful -- tasteful choices throughout. The kitchen is stocked with best quality appliances, dishes, glassware. The linens are to die for! Lauren towels and crisply ironed best quality sheets on the sumptuous beds. We have rented many very nice vacation properties in Yachats and Waldport over the years but this was the BEST. We'll be back.

We have stayed at this wonderful home in Yachts numerous times. The privacy and quiet of the the place is beyond compare! The ocean view through the trees is so lovely and from the master bedroom --just amazing! The decor is very tasteful and up to date and all the beds have carefully chosen and highly comfortable mattresses!! The kitchen is modern, large and has an island and long granite counters that make cooking a pleasure! A short jaunt through the large backyard and down a path take you to what seems like a private beach. We've enjoyed trips to Newport to see the waterfront and sea lions, the fantastic views of the ocean (and the blow hole) at high tide in Yachts along Ocean Road, and whale watching in Depot Bay. The owners are very kind and helpful and responsive by email to questions and arranging reservations. I would highly recommend this home.

From the reviews, photos, description, location etc I was expecting a very nice stay, but it was beyond what we had hoped for. The beach house is classic, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Every room is well appointed, and lovely with no clutter. We ate 90% of our meals at the house (a family of 7), and found everything we needed for our food prep. We kayaked in Waldport, explored lighthouses (Heceta near Florence and Yaquina Head in Newport). We also explored Cape Perpetua. All of our drives were short and scenic, so the location could not have been better. Otherwise we played on the beach, a bit in the water and took long walks and appreciated sunset and tides every day...all of that possible because of the easy backyard trail to the beach. We have been frequent users of VRBO for the last 10 years, mountains and beach, and this was by far the best experience we have had with a VRBO property and location. The owners were responsive and helpful, as well. I hope our family can reserve the beach house again in the future, but I am grateful for the opportunity to have been there once. Although it is a well run business, it feels more like a family sharing their lovely home with you, hoping you will care for it and enjoy it like they do.

My family and I just arrived back from our stay at this beautiful beach home. I recommend it highly for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the Oregon coast. The home had everything we needed, a beautiful kitchen, wonderful views, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and of course the beach access. The owners are generous and thoughtful. I hope to stay here again soon!

This home and setting is even more beautiful than in the photos. The house has everything you could want, and everything is of the most perfect quality. The views from the upstairs bedrooms are stellar! It is furnished the way one would furnish their own home (assuming they had good taste and generous resources!) The grounds are lushly landscaped (I love the beautiful Inuit totem pole)

I can't think of anything that could have made our stay more pleasant!

It's only a few steps down to a beautiful beach that stretches for miles and has almost no other people. Yachats, my favorite place on the Oregon coast, is only 3 miles down the road.
