2521 Phlox is a sunny, quiet, 2nd floor end unit, with one of the best locations at the Aspens. The beautiful and private setting is adjacent to the common area and seasonal stream. It is a quick 5 minute walk to the grocery store, wine shop, coffee shop, and health club. It is 4 miles to the Teton Village/Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

This newly renovated unit has 2 bedrooms plus an extended loft that has a sitting area, sleeping area and office space. The unit is comfortably furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen with granite tile counters, fireplace, 2 full baths, and washer/dryer. One bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, there's also a twin bed in the loft area.

This condo will provide excellent access and opportunity to view the solar eclipse in August!

If you're looking for a comfortable, well kept, condo in a great location, this is your unit!

We're from Philadelphia, PA, have 2 kids in their early 20s, and love all outdoors activities.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2009

Why The Owner chose Jackson Hole area

We've been coming to Jackson for over 30 years: winter and summer. We love the area, and ski, hike, camp, mountain-bike, etc.; our kids grew up skiing at Teton Village. We've been to other Western resorts and nothing can compare to Jackson Hole.

What makes this condo unique

The unit is spacious, quiet, comfortable, newly renovated, and in a perfect location! We love being close to the town of Jackson (15 minute drive), the Teton Village ski area (5 minute drive) and Grand Teton National Park (15 minute drive). The South Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is 1 1/2 hours away. It's easy to stay in and cook or go out to restaurants nearby.

very 1980's

Small and dated - You are paying for location, as its very close to Teton Village and only 10 mins from Jackson. Some areas in the condo had been updated, but the carpets & interior doors were quite old. The condo was neat and had been cleaned, although there were stains on the carpet. The kitchen is VERY small, only 1 person can be in it at a time. The bedrooms are also not very big. The sofa bed on the main floor is really not functional (mattress is very old and lumpy). The upstairs bedroom and loft area got kind of hot, (fans were provided), but it was still very warm. It served it's purpose, but was not what I am used to staying at.

I have to say the management company was great, they even provided a list of services and such before we arrived which was very helpful in planning the trip.

We are glad to hear the property management company was easy to work with and hopefully you were able to enjoy all the great things there are to do in the area. I understand it’s been an unusually hot summer in Jackson this year. I’m glad the fans were available to you. You are right, the Aspens does have a great location, which is on the property’s highlights. Another benefit is the value, particularly in the summer high season as even basic hotels in the area rent for a much higher price and do not have the amenities of a private residence. The condo is cleaned after every renter and the carpets are deep cleaned twice per year. We spot clean the carpets as often as possible. Unfortunately, it is not unusual for there to be a couple of stains here and there at this time of year, as many renters are enjoying the property. Still, we will look into the sofa bed and carpet issue for the future. Thank you again for renting our condo and visiting Jackson Hole. It’s a very special place.

Great family spot

This was a great condo for our family gathering with plenty of space to lounge, dine, and relax. The location was close to hiking trails and Teton Village and had a food market close by. The kitchen was extremely well supplied with utensils and cookware and everything was very clean.

We had a wonderful stay here June 1-10. The unit was clean and inviting. It is an upstairs and end unit that has a stream behind it and and open field. It is fully equipped with all we needed and we felt right at home.We had my 80 yr old mother with us. The steps were no problem and the first floor bath and bed worked perfect for her.

Perri was wonderful in answering questions and working with us and so was Jim. The unit is so close to Teton Park and the Village. It takes just a few minutes to get to town. We love the area. One morning, in leaving for our ride through the park, there was a moose enjoying his breakfast right across from the parking area. We love Pearl Street bagels in Wilson. Get fresh bagel & coffee and sit out by the river.I went paragliding with Scott at Jackson Hole Paragliding in the Village. We would recommend staying here and will be back again.

A Great Spot!

I came to Jackson Hole with my wife and two children looking for a spacious, clean, and homey place to stay while we were here on a ski vacation. Boy did I find a great spot. This Aspens unit is equipped with all the necessary amenities including a well furnished kitchen and a stylish atmosphere. The fireplace makes everything that much more cozy. I found that the distance from the Westside store to be a nice walk and that it was an easy drive to both the ski area and town. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to get away and enjoy Jackson Hole!
