This condo works well for two (we have a special 2 person rate); family of 4, or two couples!

Immaculate 2B/2.5 bath condo (2nd floor entry) on a beautiful stretch of 7 Mile Beach. Our property is mid-way on 7MB, where the beach is pristine - no rocks, no turtlegrass; our location is private and serene - no other condos or hotels are located on either side of our breezy, beachfront grounds. Lots of SHADY AREAS on the beach! You will feel like the beach is "your own" almost all the time.

Easy beach access: out the screened door, down a set of steps then walk 30 seconds (truly) to the beach! We are right on the beach - no road to cross.

The pure white sand beach is 400 feet long with easy entry into the crystal clear water. There's a small snorkel spot right off the beach - perfect for beginners and kids. Numerous natural trees make our property unique and provide plenty of shade. There is never any rushing to get a thatched cabana or chairs. Lots of space - sun or shade - no crowding. Gorgeous pool.

Upscale, casual furnishings, bright fabrics and cheerful decor, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Our balcony offers a view of the sea from every seat, and a break from the sun for the fair skinned! Our guests tell us they love the local artwork and Caribbean flair! We hope to delight you during your stay.

You will be greeted by one of our property managers when you arrive and you will be in good hands! Housekeeping and beach towels provided.

About Jackie Cooper

We visited Cayman years ago and knew right away that it was the perfect place to vacation... nice beaches & clear blue sea - great diving - and wonderful Cayman people. Since then, kids, grand-kids, friends and guests from all over the world have enjoyed our place again and again. Lots of memories have been made here!

Our goal is to help make your trip to Grand Cayman a special one. We take pride in the place, and keep it up to date with quality furnishings, and decor. We want you to feel right at home and are happy to help you in anyway we can. We'll send you a list of fun places to go, restaurants, etc once you have booked our place.

We lead active lives in Ohio (both of us still work) so this is our retreat a few times a year. We are active in Cayman as well - with diving, snorkeling, or taking a little trip over to one of the sister islands, but most of the time, you'll catch us enjoying our very private beach, under a shade tree, reading a good book or taking a snooze.

We absolutely LOVE Cayman and are always tickled when we can share our love of it with others! Thank-you for your interest. We look forward to talking with you.

Why Jackie Cooper chose Cayman Islands

The most beautiful stretch of beach on Cayman was what got to us... just perfect, and very, very private with no condo developments on either side. Far enough from town and the hustle bustle of hotels, but close enough to walk to activities, restaurants, etc.

What makes this condo unique

The BEACH, THE BEACH, THE BEACH. Plenty of space, plenty of shade! Pool for a nice refreshing change from swimming in the sea. It's a small property, not a high-rise - with few owners who rent, meaning it's not crowded!

Didnt want to leave

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect. Roomy and well appointed. There was nothing we lacked. LOVED using the free phone calls to the USA. It made life much easier. Jackie gave us some GREAT recommendations. We loved purchasing our adult beverages at a discounted rate from the front office. I would definitely love to stay again!!

The condo was beautifully set up with vibrant and colourful furniture, beach close and pool great!

Paula & shandy welcoming and helpful. The property is clean and kept green. Beach is incredible, felt safe with security guard, safe atmosphere, close to many restaurants and beach. Loved the ping pong - had family competition. Condo comfortable with needed dishes and everyday stuff.

Great condo in an even greater location

I want to thank Jackie for letting us rent this condo from 6/16-6/23. We were only going to book 4 nights but Jackie told us we would regret not staying longer so we booked 7 and she was right! We would have definitely regretted only booking 4!

Our flight was delayed arriving to Grand Cayman on 6/16 but Paula (manager) stayed late in order to greet us and let us in the condo. She explained a lot about the condominium and gave some excellent tips about the Seven Mile Beach area.

As far as I am concerned Harbour Heights is in the perfect location on Seven Mile Beach. We felt like we were on a private beach almost the entire length of our stay. If you are a people watcher you will get to watch the occasional group walk by on their way down the beach. There were plenty of cabanas and chairs available to Harbour Heights owners and guests at the beach area.

We do suggest that you rent a car as there are many awesome restaurants that are great that are not within walking distance. (Coconut Joe's and Rackhams for example). Take a scenic drive to Rum Point and see the starfish at Starfish Point if you have time.

Thank you again Jackie for allowing us to stay in your fabulous condo. My family will not hesitate to book this unit again when we return to Grand Cayman! (my wife is still depressed that we are back home).

Best Condo on Seven Mile Beach and pure relaxation

Where do I begin. Unit 6 makes you feel so comfortable. Jackie has made sure you have everything you need from beach bags to towels and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are so comfortable and the AC works great. The balcony view is amazing.

The Harbour Heights condo complex is so beautiful. There is lush landscape that is maintained beautifully. The pool is perfect and the lounge chairs are so comfortable you just want to stay at the pool or the beach all day; which is what we did pretty much.

The private beach is incredible with soft sand and trees that provide shade and beauty. The beach is so well maintained. The water speaks for itself; and yes it as beautiful as the pictures. There are covered palapas along the beach if you want to get out of the sun. When it rained a few little crabs came out then dug back under the sand when it started heating up in the day. We called our palapa "Crabby Shack".

The management is great. Paula and Shandy will make sure your stay is perfect. Danny their maintainance man is the best. Hardest working guy I have ever seen. They have a real gem in this one.

The location could not be more perfect. On the north end of seven mile beach which is quieter. Short distance south to Foster's grocery store. We took the public bus for $2CI to grocery shop, it was so convenient. You can walk up the beach north to a beach bar Calico Jack's, great pina coladas.

We met so many great people on the private beach or at the pool and made some great friends.

The most amazing sunsets you will ever see. We were blessed to see 30 sunsets on the beach are Harbour Heights, so trust me when I say they are spectacular.

The most amazing condo complex and the most amazing condo unit you could stay in. Which makes for a perfect vacation in Grand Cayman on seven mile beach. It sure beats a hotel and all that concrete :)

So if you have been thinking about staying in unit 6, I say what are you waiting for. Book it today.

The pictures are 100% accurate

The owner Jackie is wonderful to work with from start to finish. The unit is very well stalked. Some rentals toss left items but #6 is reasonable and holds onto non perishable items the next person may need. There was tin foil, Saran Wrap, salt, pepper, beer (yup), and 1/4 bag coffee. Plus all the beach items. The beach is crystal clear and Harbor Heights is well located near the new Kimpton Hotel and the Westin. This is handy if your planning to rent a Hobbie, jet skies, paddle boards, or go on a sunset cruise. If you don't have a car there is free shuttle pick up from the Kimpton to the turtle farm. If you plan to go food shopping (bring your own bags) use the public bus, it's $2 ci or $2.50 us. Avoid Duke's restraunt, but DO try the BBQ in the parking lot next door on Friday and Saturday nights! The portions are huge.

We can't wait to go back, GC is now our favorite place on the planet.

Perfect Cayman getaway place!

As soon as you walk in you are greeted by this beautifully decorated home in soothing Cayman colors of cream, turquoise, and lime. The island artwork is an added bonus for your enjoyment. This condo was very clean and stocked with everything you need to prepare meals if you desire, while also being a short walk or cab ride to some very tasty restaurants and a grocery store. The pool area was clean and not crowded as well as the beach area. You will appreciate this when you walk the beach and see other locations where the guests are crammed into every available space on the beach. The beach view is beautiful and you really get to enjoy it. The condo was cleaned every other day and our favorite part of Cayman truly has to be the lovely locals. Kind and happy, they made our stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and will be choosing this condo when we make a return trip to Cayman. We ate at a restaurant called LUCA for my husbands birthday. It was pricey but worth it! We also ate BBQ at Pastor John's , a local tradition, picked up in the parking lot near the condo. Very reasonable and very delishious!!
