This lovely home features a screened in porch, an open deck with gas-fired grill, (all with spectacular views of Lake George), fireplace, central air and heat, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There are three bedrooms and 2.5 baths (one on each floor).
The living area consists of a spacious high-ceiling living room, with 42' flatscreen TV, Blu-Ray player, and digital cable; stereo with tuner, CD, and Ipod connection. There is also a Sonos wireless music unit. A Victorian oak dining table seats six adults. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher. There is also a half bathroom and a one car attached garage.
Upstairs, the magnificent master bedroom suite features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi, stunning lake views, full bath, and forest views from the back. There is a 40" TV with digital cable, and a Sonos wireless music unit. Also on this floor is an office with a computer and Internet.
The lower level has two bedrooms, one containing a queen bed, one containing two twin beds, and a full bath. Each bedroom has a 32" TV and the bedroom with the queen bed has a Sonos wireless music unit.
Please note that due strictly to HOA regulations there is a MAXIMUM OF SIX PEOPLE allowed on the property at any one time.
Our family was delighted by this wonderful home in Lake George. The home was luxurious, comfortable and the owner was accommodating and responsive. The association beach was delightful to swim in and paddle around. Our kids loved the beach and the pool as well as grilled pizza on the porch. Every thing was easy which made for a absolutely great vacation experience. Lake George village is an easy drive away. Highly recommended!
As expected, this home offers everything that we wanted, it is so comfortable, offers endless amenities (including a private beach and pool that are always nearly empty) and the location is perfect for proximity to Lake George, Bolton Landing and Queensbury. We will definitely be going for a third straight year next summer. The owner is so helpful, responsive and always gracious. Thank you again!!!
By far, this is the best vacation rental that I have ever chosen! Everything is perfect about this home, including the location, the house itself, the amenities, the kitchen supplies, the beach, the pool and the owner is so kind and gracious! The house was immaculately clean upon arrival, everything one could need is available in the house and truly there is absolutely nothing lacking in terms of what the owner provides for guests.
We are already making plans to stay next summer, as there is no place better than this to enjoy everything that Lake George has to offer! This is an A+ home and the owner was such a joy to work with to facilitate our stay! Thank you!!!
Lake George is one of the most beautiful lakes in the country. It is renowned today, as it was over two hundred years ago, for its crystal clear water. Unlike most lakes, Lake George never suffered the ravages of industry. Because of that, many residents still take their drinking water directly from the lake.
Lake George has been a tourist spot almost since its 'discovery' in the early days of the American republic. Much of the Eastern shore has been declared 'forever wild' to balance environmental and tourist needs. The lake is 32 miles long and about three miles wide.
The Lake George area is rich in history. The site of a fierce battle during the French and Indian War, sunken ships abound. Scuba tours of these wrecks are popular.
Between Lake George Village and Bolton Landing, almost every conceivable activity is available for young and old. Boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, parasailing, dining, outlet shopping--it's all in or around Lake George.
