We chose Marco Island over 20 years ago because of its year-round warm weather, beautiful surroundings and white sandy beaches. The weather is exceptionally good and there is much to do outdoors including walking to the beach (1 block) fishing, boating, jet skiing and watching the spectacular sunsets.
Marco Island is a quiet, upscale area with many fine restaurants and shops; many are within walking distance. The popular Marco Island Marriott Resort & Spa is just a short walk away and is a great place to visit. Fishing and boating are nearby for the entire family, on the beach, at fishing docks or by charter boat.
The unique benefits of this House: The home is in an ideal location for anyone with a family wishing to spend time on the beach, being outside, taking morning or evening walks or just relaxing outside by the heated pool. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
There are bicycles on site to use to explore the area; there are quiet streets and wide sidewalks all over the island. Use the beach cart, chairs, towels and coolers to enjoy the Gulf beach via the new walk way which is just a block away.
You'll spend alot of time between the private heated pool and the beach and just relaxing.

Great location, spacious but dated
This house was good for our family of six. Two minute walk to the beach can't be beat. Pool in the backyard was great for the kids. House was clean and spacious and well furnished but a bit dated. Could use updating (older kitchen and bathrooms). Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys. Overall, the location is perfect. Beach was very quiet at the end of the public access way. So glad we did this versus stay at the zoo... otherwise known as the Marriott.
Enjoyed our stay
House was clean, cozy, and everything we needed.
Thank you for the review of our home during your stay. It is appreciated.
Great Time on Marco Island
We had a wonderful time and the weather during our stay (January and February) was outstanding! We enjoyed the pool, the proximity to the beach and everything else. We had a couple of issues with appliances and they were taken care extremely quickly and very professionally by the owner. We look forward to our stay at this location again next January and February !
Thanks for staying at our house on Marco Island and for your review. Have a great Spring and Summer and we'll look forward to having you return in 2018.
