***Check in is 4pm and check out is 10am!****

***If you are a smoker, please smoke well away from the front of our units. The AC's suck the air right in! :-)

***We have an exterminator come once a month in order to ensure that you don't have any unwelcome little guests during your stay. I'm only given about a 24 hour notice and always do my best to let you know that they will be there. They're in and out in 5 minutes and it is non-toxic to humans and animals.

***If your stay is a month or longer, the cleaning fee will be changed to $75.

This beautiful efficiency has been newly renovated in a distinctly Floridian style. Cable TV, internet, and local calls provided at no cost. Laundry facilities are provided on premises, please provide your own detergent. Treasure Island is centrally located close to all of the popular Gulf Coast beaches, including Redington Shores, St. Petersburg Beach, Clearwater Beach, and Fort Desoto Park.

Condo is fully remodeled with updated cabinets, tiles, bathroom fixtures, and lighting. There is a conjoining door to the other efficiency to accommodate a bigger party if needed. It is just minutes from Tampa International and Clearwater/St. Petersburg Airports. It is also very close to numerous major attractions.

If you have need for more space, we have a second efficiency that connects with a joining door. Almost a mirror image of this one. Please contact us for more information.

The condo is located in a very safe and secure neighborhood and about a 5-10 minute walk from John's Pass, an entertainment area. There is a community BBQ area and deck as well as a community washer and dryer. Condo is directly across the street from a boat launch and steps from the Gulf!

About Alexis

My name is Alexis. My husband, John, and I own this condo. John is in the Army and I am an Air Force Reservist! We have a son named Sebastian who is our little miracle! We both love spending time outside at the beach and in the water. I also love crafts, reading, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family. We have 2 dogs (Daisy & Willow) and 1 cat (Aurora) who are so much fun. We also LOVE Disney (as you can see by our pet names)!!

Why Alexis chose Florida Central Gulf Coast

We chose to buy this property because we thought it was just perfect. It's in a very safe/quiet area and instead of being in a huge building is part of a 4 'house' set. To get to the beach you just walk out the door and down a wooden walkway...and you're there! The beach area there is never packed so you can always find a spot and the sunsets are nothing short of spectacular. It is also within walking distance to an entertainment area so that when we want to go out and have fun, we very easily can!

Clean and has everything you need

It's a great place to go and in a great location. We pretty much park the car and don't move. We walk to everything. The beach is basically around the corner and Gators isn't far. We also walk to Publix but that's about a mile each way. The unit is clean and has a kichenette so it's perfect for a beach vacation. Also has a laundry room which is very convenient.

Trasure Island Stay

Unit was clean, but small. We however were very comfortable in it. A bit noisy at times with guest occupying unit above us. Nice that it is so close to ocean and Johns Pass. We would certainly return and are planning for next year already. Would like to know about units inside gated area. They looked a bit larger. All in all, we had a great stay.

Perfection!!!

This efficiency condo was perfect for two people! We loved it! Definitely will stay there again. Very clean, comfortable bed, cable tv, and internet. Located on the beach side of Gulf Blvd so it's just steps away from the beach. Perfectly priced, and perfectly located. Walked to John's Pass in the morning to get coffee, and walked the other direction to Sunset beach.

Great value and location!

This location is fantastic, right on Gulf Coast Blvd and steps to the beautiful beach! The room was very sufficient and an outstanding value. The included on site laundry, beach items, and courtyard were a wonderful bonus. Very efficient process for checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful efficiency and great location

We had a wonderful stay at gulf sounds. Alexis was always reachable and was quick to respond to any issues or questions we had! Very cozy and clean space. They even have chairs and umbrellas you can take to the beach with you as well as laundry services! I definitely recommend this stay for anyone who is looking for a relaxing vacation on the gulf!

A great place to stay for couples.

We were happy with the accomodations and the apt was clean. The beach was just a short walk on the beach access.

We never got to meet the owners and we wish we had the opportunity. We were concerned that if something went wrong in the apt we had no number to call.
