Nestled in the tranquil hills of the Ozark Mountains, on the shores of the magnificent Table Rock Lake this town home awaits you and your family. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths on 3 levels totaling 2,000 sq ft. The main level floor plan is open with a fully equipped kitchen for 8 people, and an enormous wood dining table for your pleasure. (seats 8-10 people). The kitchen has a fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, over-the-oven new microwave, blender, electric kettle, toaster and is equipped with spices, tea, sugar etc for your convenience.
The living room boasts a wood burning fireplace, wood floors throughout, 30 ft vaulted ceilings and a wall of glass windows with walk-out to the deck. In the living room there are 2 sofas, and 2 chairs surrounding a glass coffee table. A 37 in TV with DVD are located on one side of the fireplace and a radio/CD stereo on the other side. Once on the deck you can sit and relax while you gaze at the lake and surrounding hills. The third bathroom with shower is located on this level too.
Upstairs you will find the Master bedroom with its comfortable Queen pillow-top bed, and the huge bathroom with double sinks, glass walled shower and jetted whirlpool built for 2. The master bedroom loft also looks out onto the wall of windows with magnificent views.
On the lower level you will find two large bedrooms with queen beds, and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a walk out onto the patio below the deck and an extra trundle bed perfect for kids. The laundry room with washer and dryer are also on the lower level. The whole townhouse is tastefully decorated in neutral colors. The lower level has been recently updated with new paint and carpet.
The town home is located 2 minute walk to the Marina, and 5 minute walk from the beach and picnic area. You can park your boat at the town home, or behind on the adjacent parking lot. Holiday Island is a vacationers paradise. There are 2 pools, 2 golf courses, 4 tennis courts and other recreational facilities available for a daily fee. You can hike or go for a scenic drive as you look for deer, bald eagles and other wild life. You can also rent a boat, and /or experience the wonderful fishing available. There are shops, restaurants, pizza parlor, gas station 3 miles away, at the entrance to Holiday Island community.
You are only 5 miles from picturesque, historic Eureka Springs, with its many boutiques, spas, antique shops, cafes and quaint restaurants. Also only a 45 minute drive from Branson MO and Silver Dollar City if you want fun and entertainment. Beaver Lake is only a short drive away on the west side of Eureka Springs.
Holiday Island and Eureka springs are a 5 hr drive from Wichita KS, and 4 hrs from Kansas City, and 2-3 from Tulsa Ok.

We purchased our Townhome in 2009, to use as a family get away. We fell in love with Holiday Island, with its tranquil vista and gorgeous lake. Having Eureka Springs only a short drive away was a big plus too. After a few months we decided we would like to live on Holiday Island when we retired, so we purchased a lakefront lot. Now, 6 years later we are living in our new home on that lot, having spent the last year building our "forever' home!
We never get tired of the beautiful surroundings, and find our souls are fed daily with God's wonderful creation.

We purchased this property because of its large size, and the fact we could stay here with our entire family. Also, its proximity to the lake and amenities on Holiday Island.
Quick walk to the marina, where you can dock you boat for small nightly fee.
Had an awesome long weekend! Condo is perfect for 3 couples or family. Very nice and clean. We took our
9 mo grandson and owner was so nice to provide a highchair, pac n play and toys for him. It was so awesome that we did not have to tote those items with us. Condo is nice and homey and has everything you need to make
you stay enjoyable. This was our 2nd time staying in the property and will rent it again. Highly recommend!
My daughters and I had a wonderful experience at this condo in May 2016. The condo was well equipped, clean and the condo was as pictured in the photos. It is a quiet area in a lovely location and was a fair price for the amount of space offered. If I return to Holiday Island I would happily rent this again. I would highly recommend this rental if you are considering this area to vacation.
Awesome!! This rental was everything and more. This is a great place to use as a home base for all of your activities in Eureka Spring, Branson and any other place you may want to visit. We visited several caves, went canoeing on the King River, zip lining and rented a boat from the marina just a short walk from the condo. This is a great place for a vacation! We can't wait till next year. We will definitely stay here again!!
Six adult family members stayed three nights last weekend and the place is very nice and was perfect for us. I'm still waking up thinking/wishing I'm still there. We played two days of golf, rented a boat for an afternoon, spent time in Eureka Springs - we just had a great time. We cooked out one evening and like another reviewer said, the igniter on the grill does not work, but were able to get it lit anyway. We were the only people at the four unit townhome, so it really was quiet.
We rented the condo for a Thanksgiving trip to visit family. Condo is very spacious well decorated. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to be repeat renters.
Just wanted to report about our week in the Town House, it is without a doubt the classiest place we’ve ever stayed in over 25 years of vacationing in this area. The décor throughout the house was very interesting as well as comfortable. It was like a home away from home. There was plenty of room to sit or lounge. The deck and walk out basement were great as well!
Our granddaughter who turned two last Sunday, loved the ducks on the TV and fireplace. She quacked quite often! Our daughter-in-laws read the books and played the games with their children. They really appreciated your collections!
My husband was really excited with the plumbing in the basement bathroom. There was no guessing if it was going to flush or run over. He said that was the best lift kit he ever saw! The kitchen was well-equipped. I needed a can opener, scissors, & numerous condiments. Everything was there!
The grill made it through steak/chicken night, but died halfway through the hamburger/hot dog night. The only thing that we couldn’t find & had to track down was an igniter to start the grill. Luckily, we had a friend who had an extra bottle of propane so we got supper done without much delay. Your idea of using and replacing it when gone is great!
I took the bottle into Holiday Island the next day and got it filled. It is back on the grill, but the gauge didn’t seem to me to register full so wanted you to know that it was just filled.
We were amazed at how well the house was insulated as there weren’t sounds or noises within the unit or even with the other units. It was so close to the marina which made it really convenient to access the boat slip and trailer parking. It was a great location for whatever was needed!
Our 5 year old grandson’s favorite word is, “awesome”. All of us would have to use his word to describe our Town Home this week! Will you have it to rent out again next year or your new house or know any neighbors or friends that would rent? Thank you for sharing your totally awesome vacation home with us!
Our Townhome is located on Holiday Island. 5 miles north of Eureka Springs. It is situated in the beautiful mountains and hills of the Ozarks. Table Rock Lake is very clean and pristine, with almost 1000 miles of shoreline. It extends from Beaver to Branson, and provides many recreational activities. By road it is 45 mins from Branson, 10 mins from Eureka Springs. There are many activities and destinations to do and visit within 45 min drive from Holiday Island.
