Owner takes pride and good care of this lovely apartment to make sure you have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. It includes: living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, bed and bath linens, Central air conditioning, ceiling fans,TV in living and bedroom, cable TV, DVD, wireless internet access, stereo. My wife, son and I stayed at this unit for a week and I am giving 4 stars. The following is why...

Positive feedback:

This is a high floor on the west tower with an impressive view. Very clean and quiet unit with a nice cold A/C. Having an equipped modern kitchen was a plus because you can prepare your own meals when unable to dine out. Flat screen TV on the wall with cable and Wi-Fi came very convenient especially during the ball game championships. The location is perfect with Walgreens across the street, Pizzerias, grocery stores, and many restaurants. Only a few steps from El San Juan Hotel and Casino. Jorge (Manager) was very friendly and always answered the phone when we had a question. The building staff was very friendly, especially security. There were brochures with maps and local places to visit which I found necessary for those not very familiar with the island. The beach is crystal clear. Every morning they plow the sand to keep it nice and clean.

Needs improvement:

More towels in the bathroom can be very handy since there is no washer in the apartment. Only a half roll of toilet paper ??? . The lock/latch on the front door needs to be replaced. (A little difficult to lock the door.

A small basket with a small coffee bag, sugar, small bottle of shampoo and conditioner would make feel welcome and it shows that the landlord does cares. We rent a property in Marathon/Keywest and the welcome basket is always there.

In general, we enjoyed our stay and will recommend this property for a great vacation.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review. It is very much appreciated. We are always improving our condos and our service thanks to our clients feedback. There is common laundry area at the lobby. Even that, we provide enough towels for two persons. Always two rolls are left at the bathroom. if for some reason the maid forget, we are always available to provide. Thanks for pointing out about the door lock. We took care of that. Please always make sure that you check inventory at check-in and let us know anything needed. We will be more than happy to help. Enjoyed 5 night Stay

I & my family have stayed at Marbella del Caribe many, many times because of its location, security and beach access. This was my 1st time in this particular condo and overall we enjoyed staying at the West Tower again and this unit.

Loved the updated bathroom and kitchen.

Location is fabulous and ocean view is a MUST which we loved.

Free wifi was a PLUS too.

However, a few things that need to be addressed with this particular unit are the following and reason for the 3 star:

1. Walls by kitchen and dining area need painting as they were scratched and dirty which a little paint job would correct.

2. Fan in living rm did not have any cord to use the fan so we couldn't use.

3. Place mats need to be thrown out (we left on counter so cleaning staff could see how dirty, really dirty, they were on the back. Front was vinyl & back was fabric so they have not been actually washed so we didn't use.

4. Although we were just 2 people, there was still not enough bath towels as there were ONLY 2, really 2. There were about 4 beach towels but I don't think people want to use beach towels after taking a shower.

5. This particular unit DOES NOT have a small clothes washer/dryer like other units we have stayed at in Marbella del Caribe so we couldn't wash any clothing and obviously not the only 2 bath towels if we wanted clean towels during our 5 night stay.

6. TV in bedroom is way, way too small and should be replaced.

7. Jorge, realtor, appears to be very busy and couldn't locate we had already paid for the unit so I had to login to my credit card account and prove they had submitted the payment and it was charged to my account. He was cordial about the whole situation but I think better organization or management is needed by their office.

In addition, we were scheduled to check out 7/4 and found the office closed for the holiday. I was never informed the office would be closed and what to do with the unit keys so I had to call Jorge to ask what I should do. Again better organization or management is needed.

A home away from home.

My experience at this place was good. The minute I walk into the building I felt safe and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff and other tenants made it a home away from home. The place is near all shops, restaurants, pharmacies and lounges convenient for all tourist and the ocean view was breath taken. I will recommend this place for your first or next visit to the enchanted island.Thank you.

Amazing

To say I enjoyed my stay at the Mirabella would be an understatement. The apartment, location were perfect. Jorge was attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed. You coudln't ask for better treatment. The view from the living area and veranda was breathtaking. The apartment was clean and provided the basics needed for my stay. I will go back next year and would recommend it to all

The View is Spectacular!

The view was amazing and the accommodations were exceptional. Very quite and clean. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the Ocean and the property was very secure. Jorge was wonderful to work with and we would definitely rent the property again. Thanks Jorge for making our trip to Puerto Rico such a great experience!
