GUYS This villa is the 'Cream of the Crop'

I live in St Louis, Mo and I wanted a place to park at my front door and then walk off my back deck into the sand and have the deck between me and the beatuiful Gulf.

This is it. I have refurbished the whole inside/out of this villa. It doesnt get much better. I didnt want to climp up any steps/I didnt want to park across the street and walk across an parking garage bridge I didnt want to go up an eleavtor. I wanted to be truly on the beach. THIS IS IT.

Thanksgiving at PCB

This was our 3rd time staying with this owner and our 3rd different condo with him. We have enjoyed all of them. The inside of the condo is beautiful and well maintained. We actually cooked our Thanksgiving lunch there this year and there were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. so that I didn't have to pack and bring it with me. Going in November is probably our favorite time of the year as the beach is not crowded, the weather is perfect and it is quiet and relaxing. Condo is right on the beach and view is spectacular. We took our 3 small dogs which is a plus since we don't have to get a dog sitter and they enjoy just being with us. The only downside was that the yard area has lots of sticker/burrs and the dogs could not go out into the back area to run and play. I understand this is an issue in Florida in general and the sea oats cannot be removed. After the first day, we just kept them on the deck so they did get to enjoy being outside, which they all enjoy. We love this area of PCB since it is fairly quiet and we found a new area at 30 Avenue which has some great restaurants and shops and not crowded. We will definitely be back.

This is my last day here and it has been amazing. I was supposed to leave two days ago and just couldn't – so I extended it two days with no problem. Luckily nobody was scheduled to come in! Dave is exceptional to work with. My toy poodle and I have had the time of our life at Sailfish 1. The beach is Right Here!

Wonderful community – close to Pier Park – it's old Florida (quiet) 😃 with incredible entertainment and eating close by when you want it.

Thank you! Already planning my next trip here.

I have stayed in several places but this place this time of year is perfect. sunsets amazing, weather perfect, not a better view anywhere on the beach, really just a few steps to a smooth sandy beach. home was very clean , and comfortable. everything you need is here. I will be back .

Awesome !!!

Myself, my wife, my daughter and son n law and my grandson arrived about 4:30 and everything was ready when we got there. Everyone loved the Villa. And close to everything.

We will definitely be coming back here. We have a lot of great memories from this trip and the Villa.

Away from the spring breakers!

Very clean. Great location. Roomy. Don't have to go outside to enjoy the ocean, especially from the master bedroom. Quite and relaxing. Didn't bring a pet but there was a nice fenced area for a pet. Rental is not in a super commercial area but great restaurants close. Best meals were at Bone Fish and Donut Hole for breakfast and lunch. Mike's, within walking distance was good also. Nice deck. Rental really had everything you would need for your stay. My only complaint was the pillows and sheets, clean but pretty worn. But then I'm pretty particular about the bed. Next time I'll just bring my own - not a big deal.
