Like Brand New 2006 Built, 2100 square foot custom home with all the amenities, dining room, full kitchen, large living room, 2 large master bedrooms and 3 full bath, 1 Master Bedroom with a king size bed, 2nd Master bedroom has queen, 3rd bedroom has queen, 4th bedroom has two bunk beds and a futon, 50 inch big screen TV in the living room and 32 inch tv in one master with direct TV service and blue ray players, 25 foot boat deep 3 car wide garage, 600 square feet covered patio with 180 degree view off the rear patio, 8 person outdoor seated patio set, with brand new gas BBQ.
The house is located on a newly paved wide main street which makes backing boats or water toys into my driveway a breeze.
This is not a party house, it is a family vacation home. As several of my friends have told me, this home is nicer than what most people live in on a regular basis. It has the perfect interior layout with all the room you could ever need for large families.

I'm a full time Police Officer who built this home to spend the summer months on the water with my family. I chose to buy and build in this particular area for the quality of the neighborhood, easy access for backing and pulling my boat out of my driveway, maximum parking available, unbelievable views of the mountains, casino's, and river. Shortest driving distance to casino's, river, and lake.
The owner, Jarrod, was a pleasure to work with. He was very organized and communicative. The home was beautiful and perfect for our needs. The great thing about the home in addition to how many rooms, was the layout and the cleanliness. We have stayed at several homes on VRBO and this was one of our favorites. I recommend it and if we have a 4-some going, we will definitely try to rent here again! Thank you

Listing description and pictures are accurate. Jason is very response to contacts for information. The drive way is big enough and long enough to park a vehicle with a boat attached. Plenty of parking for all of the other cars hat came too. Bathrooms had hand soap and towels. (Bring your own shower gel and shampoo). Kitchen has pots and pans and utensils. Kitchen also has salt and pepper and other spices ready to go for your cooking needs. BBQ is new and worked great. Basic condiments in the fridge are available. Floor plan is great. Sorta like a giant college dorm setup. No hallway. Bedroom doors are around the great room gathering area. Lots of space. Very roomy. I would recommend this property to friends. !!
